Adored the apartment and was even better than we expected. We had a corner apartment which looks directly across the most beautiful park. We had no problem with street parking and were able to come & go as we pleased. There is central air con should you need it which functions through the shared lounge area and the double bed roo. Only the single bed bedroom has their own separate systems. This was not a problem for us. The building itself stands out and is sparkling clean. There is a set of initial stairs ( about 8) which lead to the very small but flashy new elevator which is about the size of 2 suitcases. So we had no problems with my elderly parents getting up and down. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic! Note the beds are on the soft side but gorgeous!

A very important detail to note > that we had not realized in the very crafty wording of the apartment was that this is a 2 Shower apartment with just the 1 separate toilet to share. So not two ensuite. It may be important to know that the toilet is located near the 2 single bed room and not the double bed room. There are also shared toilets on the bottom floor for everyone's use. Which was a real bonus in the end.

The location was very nice, a wonderful park nearby in a quiet area. The train station is not far (10-15 min by walk) as well as restaurants and supermarkets accessible at 5 min by walk. The room was clean with every information supplied inside. The check-in process was informed by mail at check-in time.

If you want to ask luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, you may discuss this earlier as there is no staff that is always present at reception. (otherwise, you can use a luggage storage that was easy to use about 5-10 min from the apartment - 4~6 euros by size)

The room was exceptionally comfortable, spacious, and clean with modern appliances and updated features.

The only issue was the difficulty in accessing the building. The door is kept locked, and there was no doorbell and nobody actively attending the entrance. We knocked several times and eventually called several phone numbers with no answer while we stood outside with our luggage. Eventually somebody inside heard us and let us in after 5-10 minutes of waiting. I wish they could fix this issue, as it really was the only problem with our stay.

Quiet neighborhood location, right on a park, short walking distance into the city center. Easy street parking for our car. We were able to get into the building using the instructions and when we needed help getting the key to our unit the person at reception was very helpful. Lovely space, very clean, would have happily stayed longer!

While there was a washer/dryer in unit and the welcome info mentioned there would be one soap tablet to wash one load unfortunately we were not able to find it, and we did not have time to go to the store to buy one by the time we realized it. The elevator (tiny!) doesn't go up to the very top floor, just fyi if you are booking the top floor!

The property is completed to a high finish, and is in a pleasant residential district, close to a very nice park. The facilities in the property are excellent.

The apartment is a little bit of a walk (say 20 minutes or so) from the old town and the main restaurant district. For some older travellers this may be an issue (it wasn’t for me). One issue was the shutter in the bedroom: the control button appears to be broken. It didn’t matter to my trip, but it is something to note.

Central Parc was a very cosy space in a lovely green neighbourhood of Tours. I stayed here two nights and the apartment I had was spotlessly clean and very cosy with a view of the park across the street. I'd originally booked a smaller roomer, but the staff kindly upgraded me to a bigger one when I checked in. The room was good size with comfy beds and had everything you needed for your stay. It's about 10-15 minute walk to the center of Tours and to the train station in a calm area of the city. Although the property doesn't have a real reception as such, communication with the staff was very efficient and self check in smooth. Loved the park across the street and the cafe inside was a great place to get coffee!

Nothing! All good!

The instructions for opening the door and locating the keys were clear and helpful. The apartments are large and comfortable, with lots of glassware, crockery and a generous supply of coffee pods. The washing machine and clothes drying rack were a bonus.

There is a tiny lift for your luggage, but you have to climb 10 stairs to reach it, which is not helpful. The soundproofing between the apartments in the old building is not great, and the whole building shakes when the washing machine is on spin cycle, so keep your voices down.

The Apartment is very well equipped, quiet, clean and has been nicely updated. The location is also good, right across from a beautiful park, with our windows facing the park, we were in the Tilleul Argente Apartment. An easy 10-minute walk to the historic center of town. Having access to a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful. The reception desk was available for questions and information. The bathroom was also nicely laid out and soap, shampoo were provided. There is a small elevator which was helpful to get our luggage up to the apartment. There is an outdoor space available if one wants to sit outside.

Parking was a bit difficult on a couple nights, as the street parking is first come first served and spaces are very tight.

The standard of accommodation is excellent! The large queen bed was exceptionally comfortable: the best we had in France over our one month stay. The accommodation is very well designed and you have everything you need for cooking.

The internet was inconsistent and kept dropping in and out. Parking can be difficult for travellers with SUVs ,or not used to driving in France.

The room was big and had everything one could need from a hotel room. The view was beautiful towards the park outside. The hotel had an elevator and good air conditioning. The location of the property was very much to our liking since the area was calm and quiet at night, but within walking distance (a few km) from the train station and the city centre. The personnel at the hotel was very helpful and reachable by the Booking.com app.

Breakfast was good but the description could have been better so one could estimate better if it suits to ones personal diet or tastings. No mini bar at the hotel, so in need of a cocktail or a drink one would need to fetch a bottle from a nearby shop (a few hundred meters away).
