Great for overnight stay with my dog Archie. A good field in back. Good value and a nice restaurant and meal.

Food was good though the wait for main course was a bit long. The staff were pleasant and helpful and corrected the bill. Plenty of pillows in the room. Nice towels.

The toilet didn’t fill properly so flushing was bad and it wouldn’t flush when we left. The mattresses are hard and need toppers. The under sheet or mattress cover on my bed was stained and grubby. The coffee isn’t very nice. We were not given an itemised bill just the total which we paid. When we asked for s breakdown an error was found and refunded. If we had been given the bill the error would have been found before paying.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. . The room was clean, comfortable with air conditioning that was able to cool the room despite the canicule. Parking was good but it could be more obvious that the entire area is available no matter which hotel is used.

Lack of food and service for breakfast. Unfortunately as we arrived at breakfast 30 minutes before the service was due to end nearly everything had gone. When we managed to find a member of staff they provided us with cereal bowls, cutlery, a small amount of bread and two portions of butter. If you have paid for breakfast and you arrive within the alloted time then a typical amount of breakfast should be available. As such our breakfast was poor and not value for money.

This is an excellent hotel for travelers, it has everything you need.

The dinner was really good, and so was the breakfast with plenty of choice. The pillows were amazingly soft, just how I like them! It was convenient and quite private.

Unfortunately it was difficult as a British person here as there was a big language barrier, no one spoke English which I found surprising in hospitality, especially being so near the motorway that takes you to Calais. The lady we dealt with at the end was quite rude as well, simply pointing harshly to a box to drop the room keys in when I asked about checking out.

The evening meal was excellent. The breakfast was good but we never want more than coffee and toast so the cost is a bit high for us. The room was cold but the hotel staff quickly came and showed us how to use the heating disks.

We believe we told the hotel we had reduced mobility so we’re surprised we were on the first floor, but we coped with the stairs.

I was in some Campanile's Hotels before, and this looked quite renewed. Location is quiet and easy to access from motorways. Everything worked as expected and dinner was good at the hotel restaurant. The receptionist was so kind to give me a room at the ground floor as I could pak my motorbike just in front of it. Ther room is the standard setting, which is enough for a stopover on a long trip from/to holidays locations. They even have 4 charging stations for EVs to recharge onsite during the stay.

The dinner was amazing. All 3 of the family ate different dishes and ALL were exceptional. The steak, duck and guinea fowl. We spoke to the chef and his sous chef to compliment them. Breakfast was good too with a wide selection.

Room was pretty dated but it was comfortable enough for one night. Tiles in the bathroom needed regrouting.

Coffee was poor. Staircase to first floor was very worn. The billing was chaotic as they didn’t transfer the bill for our meals so I could pay. Took quite a while snd we had to reconstruct what we had eaten to make bill. The company must be losing a lot of money.

Few English speaking staff, this is not a complaint but just an observation. At least 50% of the guests are British travellers. This is a good location for a stopover from the North to the South of France. It is close to the motorway but a fifteen minute journey to the beautiful and historic City of Troyes.
