My stay at the Artisan Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi was absolutely unforgettable. The stunning interior design shows that someone really paid attention to every detail, no matter how small. The rooms are beautiful, and the bathroom is cozy and lovely. The room had everything I needed, and I especially appreciated the filtered water – a great amenity. The hotel staff are wonderful. I lost my wallet and phone on the hotel premises, but the staff quickly found my belongings and made sure everything was returned to me safely. I am incredibly grateful for their help and professionalism. The hotel's location is perfect – there are many interesting shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The proximity to Mtatsminda Park is another plus. This is my fifth place to stay in Tbilisi, and it’s definitely my favorite. If I visit Tbilisi again, I will definitely stay at Artisan Boutique. P.S. Although the rooms on the ground floor do not offer a city view, the inner garden is very cozy and a nice place to relax.

The room was very clean and well-equipped, just as described on the website. It was cleaned and tidied every day, with towels and toiletries restocked. Even the dirty dishes in the sink were washed. We truly felt at home. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in the charming old streets of Tbilisi, with easy walking access to the entire city. A bus and van station was right in front of the hotel, along with several large supermarkets, a bakery, and a fruit shop, making shopping very convenient. Highly recommended! Whenever I return to this city, I will choose this place again

Everything about this hotel is exceptional, especially the people. Warm and kind hearted. True arts connoisseurs and passioneers. Hygiene is impeccable, particularly their homekeeper Alina keeps the place like her own. She's told that she has so much love for the owner because they respect her a lot, she feels like she's the General Manager. I wish all work places are like this. Alina has a heart of gold nd because of her, I'll definitely return to the hotel and recommend this experience to all my friends. She found me in solitude at the lobby and offered me her warmest smile, the snow caps melted. Made me her favorite coffee, shared her favorite pumpkin seed snack, and gave me chocolates to keep me in my next leg. And oh they have a wine cellar 😍✨

It's not a dislike but just to inform others that the place maybe a little tricky to find. It wasn't obvious from the hilly road towards it.

Everything was beautiful! There are everything inside of the hotel and outside. Ms. Alina cleaned a room perfectly every day! Her cleaning skill is amazing. She is the best cleaner in my life and in the world! Of course hotel manager Ana also is kind and advices us perfectly. It's easy to take a bus. There is a bus stop very near the hotel. We hope that we will be able to stay there when we will visit Tbilisi again.

Beautiful old building with stylish rooms. The room has everything what’s needed and additionally a small kitchen with microwave, kettle and utensils. Even though reception is not working 24/7 it’s easy to check-in any time you’d arrive. We arrived at 6am and I’ve received door codes, instructions and WiFi code a day in advance my travels, which really made our early arrival comfortable. (Note! We’ve booked a room including one day before our arrival, so we could use the room immediately) It has cafe downstairs where you could have a nice cup of coffee and if you’re curious enough about coffee, the baristas are holding a great knowledge about it😉 Also at the cafe its possible to get breakfasts or even dinners with some wine.

It has a little inner garden is very cozy and a nice place to relax. Hosts are wonderful. We forgot our wallet at taxi and reached the driver. Hotel staff is so helpfull. She do the best one can do to get our wallet. (Thank you again😊) And they sent us door codes, instructions and WiFi code a day in advance our travel, so you can check in easily whenever you want. We arrived at 4 am and entered the room. The hotel's location is perfect. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. If we visit Tbilisi again, we will definitely stay at Artisan Boutique.

Just one deficiency; there were no curtains in the room so sunlight was waking up us early.(Room no:5)

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed from both our rooms, it’s more beautiful in real life than on photos!! And in general the atmosphere at hotel is so calm, you don’t wanna go out. Very clean, stylish, friendly. So much appreciated renewable glass water bottle - great idea! Would definitely stay here next time I’m in Tbilisi.

The bathroom looks great, but could be more comfortable if there was a shower door or more floor towels. Also, I would suggest including an option for European-style breakfast at the hotel - coffee and croissant.

Cute little hotel which is very nicely decorated. Each room was well appointed with a sink and counter and little table and chairs. Pretty good location around the corner from a bakery and grocery store and a nice gourmet food store - just know that you have to walk about 1 km to main sites but we knew that when booking and it was fine. Breakfast was purchased separately from a menu and was excellent. They also offer dinner but we did not try it. Note that the front desk did not often have anyone there but we were given good instructions.

Soundproofing - this likely cannot be changed but some staff were talking on the patio one night until 10:30 pm and we could clearly hear every word and could not sleep. Maybe they could stop a little earlier. A mirror in the main room would be great.

Newly-renovated tidy rooms in a classic old Tbilisi apartment in the vibrant Sololaki. The room had a smart little kitchenette and a comfortable bed with reading lights and a somewhat unreliable wifi. Check-in instructions were easy and the guy in the reception was really helpful. The street is quiet and you get a view to the inner courtyard of normal people though I'm not sure whether the neighbours appreciate this type of gentrification.

Two things drop my score from 10: first, it's an old apartment with creaky floors and doors and no sound insulation whatsoever, second, the idiot who designed the shower forgot to add a door - now water goes splishy splashy to toilet seat and area below the sink.
