it was near to freedom square and city.

They charged extra for my kids, I have stayed in other hotels also in Tbilisi and Kutaisi , nowhere they charged extra.

Great hotel with great staff. I’ve gone through many hotels and their reviews before choosing this one, even though this hotel also had some negative reviews but something made me choose this hotel out of all the ones nearby. We were happy and had no complaints in this hotel. The hotel manager was super great and friendly since the day he welcomed us. Easy to deal with the staff and no complications. The location was perfect for us! A 5-minute walk to the central area (Liberty Square); all mini stores, bakeries, pharmacies, bars, etc nearby. You name it!

No complaints. The only thing I would say is when you take a shower water will splash out and make the washroom floor wet + sometimes there is a smell from the drain. I’m sure this is normal in most of the hotels in Tbilisi as I’ve faced the same situation in other hotels too. I’ve read reviews about cars and music sound late at night but we didn’t face this problem. Maybe we had a better room or we just didn’t stay over the weekend. Not sure so cannot comment anything about that. Breakfast options were limited but wasn't an issue for us as we usually have light anyway. Overall all was better than expected.

Nice and clean. The staff are really welcoming. The breakfast is OK. The location is great.

In the second day they didn't have towels. We used a small / hand towels. The team tried to find more towels for us (although we return to the room around 10:00 PM) - but with no success. We booked a room for another night, the booking system allowed us to perform the reservation, BUT, the hotel didn't have a free room. @Booking - how can it be? We cancelled the room and moved to anther hotel.

1) The staff is exceptional from the Driver to the receptionists to the cook, who went out of her way to make us omelets that we wanted. Extremely friendly and helpful. 2) Location is very close to centre but not too noisy despite all the bars all around. The windows have good sound proofing. 3) The rooms are very modern and clean and the bathrooms are fantastic with modern amenities including muslim shower. 4) Safe is provided.

1) The breakfast variety is very limited and the buffet space is too small and congested with room only for two people. Large parties are a big bother.

Our stay at Garnet was so comfortable, the staff and the owners are very welcoming and always doing their best ensuring a cosy stay and most of them understand and speaks English. Although the breakfast buffet is not wide selection but every item is fresh and delicious. We felt just like home at Garnet, the property is very convenient for families with kids although there were no linked room but the staff tried hard to keep our rooms close to each others so we felt safe and secure.

Great location close to where you want to be. Walking distance from anywhere worth visiting. Staff and the owners were very helpful and kind.Clean rooms that make you feel comfortable.

Noisy at night due to the central location. BUT our request to change rooms was gladly accepted and this made a huge difference. Breakfast was ok for a family-run hotel.

i like everything and everyone about the property! i felt like home, ladies who prepared omelette for me were super nice!! i felt like i visited my grandma😄 ladies at the reception were all exceptional. Miranda was the nicest one! very well behaved and nice girl. I booked a hotel for 2 nights just to see and i liked so i extended up to 6 nights. i have read some reviews and i was surprised why some people said about management, the guy was pretty good and informative. everyone speaks english or russian. overall i liked this hotel and i will book again for my next trips.

breakfasts were usually same, some tvorogs, sausage, and pretty basic stuff but i guess for the value, it is worth it. IF, if it can be possible, just to have little more variety. as it is located in the center of the city, it might feel little noisy (there are some bars nearby). even though windows are soundproof, they still let some sound to go in but for me it was manageable. i could sleep well. also, we should take into consideration of location. obviously there would be noise. they have small balcony upstairs, very small, for two people, but better than nothing.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the city center, within walking distance. If you are looking for a budget-friendly place in the city center, this would be an ideal option. Although the room was narrow, there were some basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, Tea making facility, and a safe box. The room and bathroom were both pristine. The towels were in good shape and were clean. The room was designed with a small balcony, but there was no fascinating view. Bottled water was offered daily, and room cleaning was available upon request.  A basic breakfast buffet is available, and egg options and other snacks are provided as per choice. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Good for paid money value.

The Breakfast could be improved with additional varieties. Also, the baggage service is to be offered as currently, guest manages their luggage to the rooms. back

Lovely and helpful staff, I loved the balcony :) the weather was so good so we set and had our coffee looking at the lovely view :) Great location, by walking only we reached several places at the center of Tbilisi and near the Liberty Square. The bathroom had a bidet, it was so clean as well as the room :) I would like to thank the humble owner for everything he did to make us happy :) Defiantly we will visit you again :)

Breakfast was very good, more varieties would be appreciated.
