Park Hotel Tskaltubo is a rather simple, yet comfortable hotel. Our rooms on the ground floor can be described as plain, but the bed was good, and we slept well. The staff was welcoming, our exchanges with them very pleasant. Breakfast is served in restaurant 'Magnolia', which is right next to the hotel (2 min. walk), and it includes Georgian specialties, home-made yoghurt, and omelet made to order. Here, too, the staff was very friendly (but did not speak English).

The first night, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant 'Magnolia'. The food was good, but the service rather unprofessional and not very friendly - in contrast to all our other experiences with hotel staff. I should also mention that the toilet flushing in my room did not work very well: one had to make sure that the water didn't keep on running - but this should be easily fixed.

the staff is the key, they were so great, quick responsive.

food they offer for Muslim Guests. it doesn’t have much choice for Halal Dining. It would be great if they had more non-pork foods as there were many guests from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tatarstan, and especially from Kazakhstan.

Queen sized bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly and breakfast was decent.

Bathroom was small and our room had no window view. Also there was some kind of smell in the room and some spots on the walls

Spacious and good location!!

Air conditioning is not designed well …. No Air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms… had to sleep in the living room on the couch !!

Location. Rooms at the front had a reasonable view. The new wing where we stayed was newly built. Generally, polite, friendly and helpful reception staff. Connected to the spa.

Almost no wifi in 120 (luckily we were able to move). The Magnolia restaurant is a bit hit and miss. Heavy duvets no lighter blankets. No bedside lights

ოთახში გვქონდა ჩაიდანი, ჭიქები, თუმცა ჩაი და ყავა არ შედიოდა. გამუდმებით შემოდიოდა ბურღის ხმა ეზოდან. ვფიქრობ, იმ ფასად რაც გადავიხადეთ, უკეთესი სასტუმროს მოძებნა შეიძლებოდა.

Staff was really friendly from the first hello. Was so helpful with everything. Vako is such nice manager made us upgrade and prolonged a stay for a few hours as the flight was late in the evening. Luka was also very helpful adjusting AC for warmer temperature in the room, helping with luggage and showing around. I would certainly recommend the place.

all was good. spa facilities are separate place.

Very comfortabel bed. Good shower. Very well working AC. Hygiëne. Nice bar in the lobby.

Breakfast was not good. Was outside at restaurant Magnolia, where i had contracted a few nights earlier food poisening. Not happy about that...

Staff were really helpful. I had to leave a day early due to personal issues and manager tried (unsuccessful 🙂) to get a refund. Got a free room upgrade and free breakfast. Hotel was nicely positioned next to park, and park street had speed bumps on to prevent racing. Restaurant very good and very reasonable priced

No hot water in my room for 2 days, I thought there was a maintenance issue as I asked another guest and they had the same issue. Drains in bathroom very strong, bad smell, but experienced this in lots of Georgian hotels. More infrastructure than hotel. Only single bed covers on double bed (but again this is Georgian culture, not specific to hotel)

Amazing stuff, the best location, comfortable bed, clean spacious rooms, excellent atmosphere in the hotel. Very good breakfast with freshly served food. Thank you for your hard work!
