The hotel looks a little shabby from the street, but inside it is clean and elegant. The staff was very nice, they printed our tickets and got us a taxi to the airport at half past five in the morning.

Great value for money, very good location right next to Green Bazar. Easy contact with the staff (but their English wasn't perfect). Beds more comfortable than expected for this money. Clean private bathroom.

Shower didn't have any doors or curtain so the bathroom gets really wet while using but somehow it dried overnight. Also there was no hand shower only rainshower.

Very good hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Located in the city centre. Everything is walking distance. Breakfast is super. This hotel is excellent for this price.

We liked everything

The location is perfect for the city centre and for the airport bus (5₾, every two hours, from the tourist centre). The bed was comfy, and the room was ideal for two people. For this price, you can’t go wrong. The decor is thoughtful, to the palace theme. There is a roof terrace with good views and free sweets and hot drinks.

The room sizes on Booking.com were definitely an exaggeration, the room was not 30m². The shower could be improved: there was no curtain, no mount for the handheld shower head, and the lever for switching to the fixed shower head was missing.

Price appropriate, clean and tidy, easy to find in the city center

1) Nice hosts. They are good people. 2) Location. At the heart of the city. 10-15’ walk to almost anywhere. Literally at the door of the bazaar/central market. 3) Nice room, spacious, warm (well heated), warm water, good WiFi 4) young crowd mostly couples, solo travelers

We had an overnight stay before our flight. The hotel provides the great value for money, we payed 65 GEL/ around 20 USD for our stay. The hotel has great location, it is in the city center and all important places are in a walking distance. There are several markets, including groceries, nearby. The hostess was very attentive, she helped us out to print our travel documents and was always ready for help. The room is clean and well decorated, the basic toiletries (soap, shampoo) was provided. There was no extra facilities but it is normal for the hotel with that price. So if you travel on budget or need to have an overnight stay this place is best choice to go

Incredibly nice and friendly people work at the hotel. They try to help at every step. Great location in the city center and close to the market. I heartily recommend!

A nice small room to spend a night in a different town with cheap price. The restroom has shampoo, soap, and hair dryer. The entrance is next to the store which is very useful. You can also park in front which is very convenient. The Reception can speak English so there's no problem with the communication.

There's always loud noise outside may be because it is close to the market. Also the loud noise in the hotel itself. (They were fixing the alarm or something that day)
