Good location, comfy beds, tasty breakfast. Staff was helpful. In overall, we were happy with this hotel and enjoyed our time there. Loved the sauna!

Small inconvenience that the sauna wasn’t always working. You need to inform the staff 1 hour in advance if you would like to use it, so they can heat it up. In the bathroom the tap was too short for the sink which is quite annoying

Great location, very clean, large, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast, so many choices. Very friendly staff. Loved the sauna, excellent facility. Would definitely stay again. Our junior suite worked really well for our family stay.

Fantastic location. 15 minute walk to Brandenburger Gate, trams, buses and metro right outside. Lots of resturants around. Room very spacious and clear. Good powerful shower with lots of hot water. Arrived early and they stored our bags for us, and again after check out. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice! Hot food and lots of continental options. Coffee machine, fruit juice that is actually real juice! Fresh smoothies and green or beet juice. So much to chose from. Beds very comfy. Iron provided on request and left in room for duration of stay which was nice! We were 2nd floor but with the windows closed it was very quiet, even though our room was facing the main road.

Could do with thicker pillows. Asked for more which helped a bit but still far too thin.

I really liked the hotel. The location is very good, it is easy to find, walking distance from the tourist attractions, but public transport is also near. Hotel and the rooms are nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is very good. If needed, REWE shop is next door

It was quite hot in the room. Windows do not open and it took a while to adjust temperature to an ok level. Also ventilation system was very loud. Even with fan switched-off, it was loud. And we had to keep fan on because it was hot in the room. Otherwise, the rooms were quiet.

All recommendations for this hotel. It is located in a good area, with many restaurants, cafes, and a Rewe store right next to the hotel, as well as public transportation nearby. The staff is very friendly and communicative, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast is very rich with a wide selection. The rooms are very neat and clean, offering free water and coffee, as well as a minibar for an additional charge. They are air-conditioned and very comfortable. Compliments to the housekeeping too. Since I was impressed by Berlin as a city, I believe I will stay at this hotel again. :)

Room was quiet, we were given an upgrade, I think. Bed and down pillows/blanket were exceptionally comfortable. I loved that the room had air conditioning and it worked well. Every detail, from the hand soap and shampoo/body wash in the bathroom to the generous and incredibly delicious breakfast that kept me going all day, is lovingly kept up and of good quality. Location is excellent as well, right in the middle of the city. I even got a phone call from the reception staff in my hotel room after I arrived, to check in that everything was to my taste and that one of the bottles of water was complementary.

Internet was unfortunately quite weak, I ended up needing to use my phone data a lot.

Great breakfast and overall very professional staff. Conveniently placed in the center of the city with many restaurants around and right next to the U-bahn and light rail station. The rooms were well organized and equipped (Kettles, Tea/Coffee, hairdyers etc...).

The greatest pro of this hotel was perhaps the greatest con as well: It's location on a main street. At nightime it was quite loud, as i lived on the first floor and could hear the light rail, people walking by and ambulances driving to the nearby hospital. It is worth noting that after requesting to change a room for a higher floor, i was answered positively by the staff at the reception. When making a reservation on Booking: make sure to ask for a higher floor on your note to the hotel!

We very much enjoyed our time in the H+ Hotel in Chausseestr. It was in walking distance to many places in Mitte which we wanted to see. And it was close to the central train station, underground stations (Naturkundemuseum and Oranienburger Tor) as well as a tram station (Naturkundemuseum). We had asked for a quiet backside room and we got one on the 4th floor - with elevator access. Very good. We had also asked for twin beds and got them. The room was clean - the beds were very crisp and clean - the bed sheets and towels were also frequently changed. There were a comfy arm chair and a table desk chair in the room, a desk, space for the luggage, hangers and shelves for the clothes. In the wardrobe there was a safe - which initially was blocked, but the lady from the reception immediately came when we called and fixed the problem; excellent! The heating was working well. There was a fridge in the room and a water kettle with two big cups, tea bags, coffee powder and milk - all very nice. The bathroom with shower was big enough - with hot water and shampoo/soap bottles. One could have used a sauna for no extra costs with one hour advance notice. The door lock worked well. One could not hear much from the corridor or other rooms. The breakfast was outstanding - a huge variety; good coffee and tea, juice, fruits, croissants, cereals, cheese, cold cuts, chicken sausages, bacon, eggs, pancakes, even fish, salad, different kinds of breads etc etc etc. Staff in the breakfast room were kind, attentive and extremely efficient with cleaning and providing further supplies. Cleaning staff were very fast and efficient as well - in fact we only saw them once during the week - they always cleaned while we were for breakfast. Staff at the reception were equally kind, helpful and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Although we got a backside room which was definitely much more quiet than in the front side of the building the proximity to the big Charite hospital meant that the whole night ambulances were passing by which caused a bit of noise - nevertheless we could sleep well. The white curtain was hanging down a bit and was not fixed the whole week (room 416) - nothing serious, but did not look nice and could have been fixed. On the shower walls and floor there were black spots building up - which should be regularly removed in order to keep the place nice and clean - again nothing serious.

The hotel was very close to the U Bahn which we used to get around the city. There was a supermarket literally next door and quite a number of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was great with a good selection.

The bathroom was a little tired looking, the shower area definitely needed some TLC with bits of mould visible. Also, the previous guests curly bits were left behind on the toilet by the cleaners which wasn’t nice. We didn’t complain though but it definitely left a negative impression.

M5 tram stops in front of the hotel 2 stops from Berlin Hbf. Staff were nice and responsive. You can store your luggage before and after stay. Wifi works. Complimentary 2 bottled water. REWE next door. Included breakfast was par for the course for H hotels I’ve stayed in, just slightly less selection.

Misfit bathroom faucet too short, hard to wash (see pic). Be aware the lobby is not spacious, not a lot of places to sit and wait out the rain. Elevator can use clear signage directing to breakfast floor and reception. Refrigerator was stocked with a minibar - unnecessary because of REWE and convenience store close by. I would rather use it to store my own drinks.
