The space ,the lovely big windows with interesting street views and the complimentary mini- bar which had one bottle of beer and one bottle of cider per day along with one Coka Cola and one Fresh Orange .Complimentary bottled water too .Various teas and a good coffee machine with capsules .Great location for Fotografiska exhibitions, restaurants bakery , walk to park ,river ,The Dom and a few museums

We had an executive suite and it was sold as having soundproof walls...BUT our' s had an adjoining door with the one next to us and you could hear chatter ,coughing , laughing ,tv ,music, toilet going ,shower going ,electric blinds going up and down from next door .Bathroom was awkward getting in and out shower and the water temperature was not constant .Coffee table and dining table both very marked from cup stains and scratches .Tv was in a strange place and had to be moved along with its cabinet so as to see it from the sitting area .

The room was huge. The view out or the floor to ceiling windows was amazing. So lovely to sit and look out at the view.

The kitchenette was a fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine and some coffee cups. There were no bowls, plates, wine glasses, tea towel, spoons, dishwashing equipment etc. This meant we could not have breakfast in the room. The bathroom was very small, and the shower/bath arrangement was awkward. It would have been difficult for someone less agile than ourselves. There was a lot of wasted space that could have been used to make the bathroom and bedroom bigger.

The location was terrific (a short walk to the Museum Island and the opera house, among other things), and also close to several public transportation options (tram, bus, train). There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. The room was very large and the WiFi was strong. Breakfast was pleasant and convenient. Staff was available 24 hours a day in case you needed anything.

The furnishings and decor were basic, dated, and a little tired-looking but everything was functional and spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable, so I didn’t mind. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to street noise, be advised that trams run right in front of the hotel.

Great location, we were able to walk everywhere within about 20-25 minutes and take in all the beautiful scenery and architecture. But there was also public transport directly outside. The facilities and amenities were perfect, clean and comfortable. Despite it being -6 outside, our room was always warm and we were able to adjust the temperature to our needs. We were originally concerned regarding the bathroom however, the toilet is completely separate and it is only the bath/shower and sink that are separated by a thin sheen curtain. Bonus - the bath was big and spacious, just what I needed after a long day of exploring!

On 25 dec .we have asked reception staff about places to visit . .we have been told that everything is closed . They even did not take time to show us in the map where we are and recommend to visit the historical areas . WE WERE DISSAPONITED .. When we were out we searched in the web and discover that some spots are open .. The Girl who was at the reception in 26 Dec night was very professional. Thank you

The view from the room was great, easy access to the city center. A bunch of quality restaurants were very close, the staff was very nice and welcoming. Parking was included.

Parking was included but at an extra cost. You have to be a very good driver in order to not scratch or damage your car. You have to manually fill your information to register in the hotel, which is not convenient when you are a tourist from a foreign country.

Loved the location everything was easy to find tram just across the street bringing you straight to Alexander's Platz with hudge Christmas market and plenty of shops and Restaurants Only 5 mins away there is metro to all the rest of famous places in Berlin Staff was friendly and helpful,we had hudge window with street wiew

Breakfast wasn't very fresh especially fruit and veg. Got sick after breakfast...

The location is great, direct tram to the railway station 10 minutes away, near tube station. Very exclusive neighborhoods with loads of restaurants and shops around. Walking distance to many attractions. The room was spacious. The lobby is neat. Goid breakfast at 17 Euro extra charge. The refurbishement in the room is pretty basic, bathrooom is from 90th, but the bed was cosy. All is clean. Allin all, very good value for money. The room was about 99 Euro, all hot els nearby are a dash more modern but start at 150 Euro.

I personally do not like carpets in the rooms, they seem to be clean but outdated.

Easy communication with staff, location is good (although not the quietest), breakfast looks small at first glance but there was almost nothing that was missing, room is well-equipped and big enough. Luggage storage possible after check out time. Wifi working well.

No fresh juices for breakfast, quiet busy (noisy) location with loads of ambulances, trams etc, not possible to open windows, bedside light makes a weird noise (but not a problem, as one can switch it off, plenty of other lights in the room). Bathroom is interesting and barrier free, but after showering there's water everywhere and the idea of leaving towels on the floor only when one wants them changed doesn't work, as one needs to leave them on the floor in order not to get wet feet :)

The friendly staff at the hotel were great. We asked for local restaurants that do German food and we were not disappointed. Booking in was great and the hotel cafe was always welcoming albeit with a limited menu but it was a cafe. Breakfast was very good with what I thought was food to suit all tastes you would expect with a continental breakfast.The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The bath was a god send after a day sightseeing in the city.

It ticked all my boxes with no complaints.
