We enjoyed our stay a lot! Location is great and safe. The apartment has everything you need. We loved the coffee and coffee machine!

We could'nt communicate well with the staff. But that's not a major issue, just a note because because if they interact with international guests, speaking some English would be helpful. Our apartment only got cleaned once during our 10-day stay. Ideally twice would've been really helpful because of dust and messes on the tiled floors. It was not cleaned under the bed or sofa, so it was very dusty there. Perhaps have a mop available for guests to clean messy floors? It would've have been useful to know when cleaning staff come to our apartment so that we are prepared.

From the outside it may not seem as much, but once you get to the room is very nice. Our room was big (we were three people) and had a balcony that led to an open space, and you could see other buildings and a coworking/school in front. The complex/hotel is located near the Moabit, in the Mitte neighbourhood, which is mostly quiet. You'll have supermarkets, some restaurants and pharmacies (which they call "apotheke") nearby, so it's comfortable. The place is quiet and perfect for a nice, relaxing stay. They have a coffee shop in the low level of the building where you can have breakfast if you want.

The only think I didn't like is that we found some hairs in the towels, that weren't ours, because at that point we hadn't even used them yet, which gave us an icky feeling. But that doesn't have to necessarily happen to you. I would just recommend to the staff that they look after that.

It was pleasant stay for three persons. Plenty of room and since we`re family, one bathroom was fine. The place was clean with easy access - subway only five minutes. Kitchen was well equipped and master bed was very comfortable. Nice view! 24/7 open gas station just across the street, if you need water, shampoo, something to eat etc. Thank you!

A bit noisy street and too hot apartment. Windows had to be shut because the traffic noise. And we didn`t know how to regulate the temperature. Grocerie store was far.

Very nice location. Close to the subway/metro. Clean apartments. Equipped kitchen. Easy access - electronic lock. Straightforward online check-in process. Some shops nearby.

1. You'll get your electronic key (set of digits) only after check-in time. If you don't have data roaming plan then you have to look for wifi somewhere just to get the email to access the building and apartment itself. As for me it would be more useful to get all of this in advance but host could activate it only after check-in time. 2. In my apartment there were poor (old?) widows seals. I could hear the street. If it is cold outside that it would not be very comfortable just because heat is leaking through the windows.

Great location and public transport connections. Nice furnished apartment. Clean. Good kitchenette. Comfy bed.

TV channel options were bad - no smart TV (would have been nice to have the option for mirrior sharing so that we could watch our own streaming services). No aircon, only a fan. It is ok though if it is not too hot outside. We had 31 degrees and managed well with the fan.

Had to wait for check in time at 3pm. But they released the access code by 2.15pm We arrived at 9am and had to wait till 2 plus to put our luggage's in the room. Wasted 5hrs of our time to wait for check in and whole day was burnt as we were to exhausted by then.

We had a fabulous stay! Good sized rooms, clean and well equipped and most importantly the beds and pillows were super comfortable! Close to transport links and grocery store, perfect for a family Berlin break. Check in and out was super easy, the codes all worked as advised.

The hall light outside the flat didn't come on automatically which made entering door code but of a challenge in the dark but certainly not a holiday spoiler!

Very convenient location, close to public transport or a walk towards the city center. Very quiet at night as our windows were located in the yard area. We selected an apartment with a balcony and it was a great choice as we had lots of room for the 3 of us both inside and outside, and as the weather was great we constantly used the balcony to have coffee or sit in the sun in the morning. Everything was very well planned with lots of kitchenware and things for your convenience. Very clear and cosy! The building is modern so lots of space and everything is new. There is also a cafe downstairs which we found later - so, it can be used for breakfast easily if you want to! Very conveneint!

The location is very convenient. Our room was spacious, modern, wonderfully designed and included a private shower and a mini kitchen. Special thanks for the electric cattle, a microwave, a stove, a toaster, a coffee machine and a dish washer. We almost didn't need to interact with the staff, as all check-in and checkout takes place online.

Unfortunately, the shower leaked a lot. It wasn't critical for us, though.

I loved it! Beautiful bright studio apartment had everything I needed, including a comfortable sitting area and large windows for natural light. Staff were friendly and always responded right away to my questions. Location is close to public transportation, grocery, pharmacy, and other basics, as well as walking distance to parks, river and the Mauerweg trail.

Everything was great, really, no complaints here. Only one very minor note: there was a confusing issue with the TV reception that ultimately got resolved.
