Room vas spacious and very clean with everything needed eg. hairdryer, slippers etc. Breakfast needs more improvement, for someone staying longer ( we were there 7 nights) more variety especially with heated dishes is needed. Location is perfect for guest which would like to see amenities, museums etc.

Internet could be faster and “ business center” should be maintained. It is handy to have apple wireless keyboard but charging cable is necessary to have too. Not much help from keyboard which is not charged and cable is not there. There was comment about flooding bathroom because there is no barrier between shower entry and rest of the bathroom. Well, if you point rain shower high, no barrier could help

Ideal location short walk to many attractions and midway between two U-Bahn lines. Nice to be across the street from a grocery store. Property was modern and well-maintained. Decent little exercise room seemed like it was not used much. Having a washing machine in the room was really handy.

Room was a little hot despite the cool October weather. Desk manager told me the room thermostat did not actually change the room temp but they were willing to open our windows to get fresh air which solved the problem.

Wonderful breakfast with a great range of sweet and savoury food, including vegan choices. Helpful staff, especially in the dining room. Lovely decor throughout. Our room was spacious, smart, spotlessly clean and extremely comfy. Great location close to public transport – which is made even easier if you get the Berlin Welcome Card rather than having to buy a ticket each time you travel.

Some reception staff could do with looking up to smile when guests pass the desk. Plus the hotel website says that it's best to exit the U-Bahn U5 line at Alexanderplatz and then walk for ¼ hour – don't. Instead, exit the U5 at Museeinsel and walk for 5 minutes only. And it would have been good to have soya milk provided as well as oat milk. That's all!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They received my packages on my behalf before my arrival, and the welcome was warm and super polite. We were able to check in a little earlier than expected. The location is in close proximity to the museum island, which was great for me. I could go to work and still have time to take the kids sightseeing in the evening, which was an added benefit. Additionally, the supermarket is conveniently close by for grocery shopping 😊

The cleaning staff need to be a little more attentive to how the rooms are cleaned. After cleaning, I still found crumbs on the floor.

Very spacious room with functional kitchen and comfy beds. The shower has good water pressure and hot water comes immediately. Products in bathroom are of good quality. The small studio had a couple of desks as well, which made working from the room very easy.

The twin beds were on wheels, so they did move a little bit if you moved too forcefully. The only real complaint is that the cleaning services come every three days, which you’re informed about at reception. Not a big deal, but good to know so you don7t throw your towels on the floor.

I want to start with one staff member and the only staff member who was warm and welcoming and made time to chat to us. Her name is Xhesi. Honestly if she was not there we would have given you a sad face for staff. The location and rooms were fantastic. WE were very comfortable.

The unfriendly staff. When we left in the morning the man at reception barely looked up. He never said thank you and goodbye. Wherever we travel I value customer service and the relationships we experience. It resonates with us. If you had someone as friendly as Xhesi training your staff you might be onto a good thing.

The hotel is wonderful, very well located, close to everything. It was clean (although they clean room once in three days). The breakfast was quite good, enough options. We stayed in deluxe studio and the kitchenette was very good option, there were even wine glasses :).

Unfortunately we couldn't sleep at all, as the pillows are very very uncomfortable, bed was okay. We stayed in October and the conditioning system was turned off, it was very hot in a room, so we had to ask to open our window (which was done, but we couldn't close it by ourselves, you should ask it from reception again).

Location of the Hotel is great, year Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Tor and Mitte. You can walk to lot of Places from the Hotel. Hotel is very funtional and efficient. The small Kitchen with fridce in the room is definitivly a plus. The Bed is confortable. The Hotel and the room are clean and modern.

I stayed for 4 nights, they came to clean the room once. This is insufficient. In this price category, i expect more. The staff was ok, but not particularly friendly/welcoming. The Breakfast was below average, with very little choice and quality was poorer than expected. Decoration/atmosphere is called not enough space/tables on the terrace (the two tables were always busy). The hotel cozyness and atmosphere.

The room was very big and fantastic. Even though it was on the 1st floor, no noise could be heard from the busy street. It had everything in it for a person to stay for longer terms, even a microwave, washing machine (with laundry pods), full kitchen with cutlery and equipment. I made myself a coffee using the Nespresso machine, just when I thought "oh I have no milk", I found two cream capsules waiting for me in the fridge. Everything was thought thoroughly for the guest's comfort. Great wifi signal. One of my biggest problems in German hotels is the pillow, and even the pillows were firm enough.

Excellent hotel. Room was big and had a kitchenette with microwave, small cooktop, kettle, fridge with freezer. Excellent shower. Great bed but I changed the pillow for a non feather one. Great breakfast. Excellent location with good transport links and walking distance to many sights. Staff very helpful. Good supermarket across the road - not open on Sunday, like most supermarkets in Berlin. Laundry room with two washers and dryers with an app system to work them. Bit strange but worked fine - €4.50 charge for using them.

Didn’t like the pillow but housekeeping changed it for a smaller one. Curtains do not block out the early morning light. Empty block next door but nothing being built so not an issue when we were there.
