It is really closeby to the city center in a safe neighbourhood. You can walk to the Altstad, night life, etc. in 10 minutes. Room was really clean, bed and the sheet were confortable, AC and TV units working properly. Interior design of the hotel and room were simply amazing.

I made the reservation and made a call to the hotel for a parking spot. Noone answered the phone. Then, I sent a message about a parking spot, again I didn't receive any response. When we were in the check-in spot, they said all their spots were full. But, I booked that hotel because they have a parking spot. Beside that, everything was great.

Wow, the hotel was amazing. Funky interiors with a great attention to detail and friendly staff. We arrived a few hours earlier than the check in time, anticipating on leaving our bags to go exploring until the room was ready. However, the woman checked for available rooms and allowed us to check in early which was unexpected but very welcomed. Upon checking our ID's for check in, she noticed it was my birthday a couple of days prior and gave me a small box of chocolates. This personal touch was a lovely start to our stay. The location of the hotel is very central and we just walked everywhere. The room itself was spacious and modern with a comfortable bed. The communal areas on the ground floor were great and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. I highly recommend people to stay here.

In the city centre the effort put into the decor was amazing! Arrived early, had to early check in fee and was given a welcome drink - Gin cocktail which was beautiful. Had the nicest room I had booked in Germany, the shower was so good!! 2 hour bar and snack shop! When you leave you get a coffee or tea to have before hand or to take with you. Staff are fantastic - very good with us Scottish people! I’ll return!

Great location, just in front of the U-bahn. I like the style of the room and hotel overall. Staff are super friendly and nice. Breakfast is also very good. Pet friendly with additional fee for a dog in amount of 15eur per night.

I was living with a dog and it would be nice to have better cleaning than just replacing the towels. Especially as the hotel charges additional fee for a dog. Kettle in the room would be also nice to have.

The location was perfect for our visit to Düsseldorf; very easy access from the station and very simple and quick to find the Christmas markets. Staff - crew - were all very friendly and helpful, very easy to engage with. The bed was excellent; two very good nights sleep enjoyed. Breakfast was great; sufficient choice of all. And we liked the ‘funky’ and different Moxy decor and public space set up / layout.

My only criticism- expressed to staff at checkout - is the absence of a ‘green’ towel use policy. For a two night stay one set of towels is quite satisfactory, but if room service is not declined towels are changed. Tidy the room, clean the bathroom - but put in place a towel option that is not automatic change with room service.

Nice vibe, funky decor, convenient location: in Little Tokyo, close to the main station and a 15 minute walk from the old town. Room was ready when we arrived a few hours early, and was comfortable. The shower had hair conditioner which is always a plus for me. They also had free mulled wine in the lobby when we arrived on Saturday, as well as water with lemon - this was gone by Sunday, would’ve appreciated the water being a constant.

No fridge in the room

The receptionists were very friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel was in a convenient location - close to the main train station as well as a subway station and Little Tokyo, It was also a chic hotel - the “runway” when you enter (as well as your name on the TV when you enter your room) made you feel special, and although I did not make use of these amenities, there were lots of places to relax or play board games and a station to use a computer and/or print. I also appreciated the air conditioning and shower amenities.

As a solo traveller, the storage space in the room was ok, but more storage (especially if there were 2 people in the room) would be appreciated. A mini fridge would also be more convenient. The bathroom door was tight to open and close, but also swung wide open - a door stopper would be a suggestion for improvement. I could hear the rooms upstairs when they were walking around and next door when they were talking/yelling loudly and/or slamming their doors - a reminder for people to try to be a bit more quiet and respectful of others would be beneficial.

I am not satisfied because there was one night that supposed to be refunded to me because of the strong storm that forced us to stay in and even there was an emergency alarm about not going out in the storm in Amsterdam 5th of July Booking said that they will contact the hotel about that night but the hotel refused to refund it to me I gathered with the hotel management and the said they are willing to negotiate with booking about that night but they didn’t contact them in the first place ( Booking ) note that I got a message of booking says that the refuse to give me a refund !!!

Great location, easy to get to with public transport from the airport, and also to exhibition centre from underground tram just opposite hotel. Cool funky decor and good breakfast choices

Beds could have been more comfortable and rooms are fairly basic but nicely decorated. Bar expensive and English tea was awful best avoided - stick with coffee!

Location was exceptional! Very close to the shopping street and christmas market. We also liked that there was a bar and a cozy lounge with board games and a soccer table. Very clean and nice rooms. We liked that there was the possibility to stream Netflix, Youtube,… to the TV.

Staff was not very friendly. Both check in and check out went quickly without a small talk. The beds were too hard to our liking, but that’s rather a personal problem. Our room sometimes smelled like sewage. We believe this was caused by the ventilation system. From 22:30-00:00, the rooms & hallway was quiet, but starting from 01:00, there was a lot of noise coming from down the hallway and the floor above us. All the other times of the day, we did not hear anything. No idea if the noise was caused by staff or rather other guests and we were just unlucky. The hotel offers free wifi but it’s a very weak signal, especially in the evenings.
