It is really well located, close to the train station, tram lines and Little Tokyo (a neighbourhood you must visit). Even though the location is near the main station's train tracks, the sound isolation is superb. We enjoyed uninterrupted sleep throughout our stay, undisturbed by neither the passing trains nor trams. We stayed in the 5th floor. The room is great given its price. The beds are comfortable and you get different pillows depending on whether you like them soft or firm. Bathroom is beautiful and clean. You get a kettle, with coffee and tea. Wifi signal was great as well, even using the regular free wifi provided (there is a faster premium connection available). We held multiple "Teams" calls without any issues. Staff is great and helpful. If you require anything from them at any time, they will be sure to help you. Their assistance added to the overall positive experience of our stay. It's important to mention that the room is not cleaned every day (including towels) unless you really require it to be. We usually keep the same towels for at least 3 days so it was no problem for us. We also didn't get the breakfast option, but from what we saw it included assorted bread, fruits, eggs, cheese, ham, coffee, etc.

Location is super close to the main train station and therefore very convenient if you are travelling by train. Staff is friendly and the rooms are nice, including the bathroom. I can't comment on the breakfast as we ate out.

There was some noise from the street during the night and early morning. But this may not be a problem if you keep the window closed. I also didn't like that we lost our football match against France, but I shouldn't blame the hotel for this, I guess ;-)

The staff there are excellent, great service, very patient and helpful. Spacious room. Perfect for business trip. Easy check in . Great location .

Since I checked in the shower hear was broken . They didn’t fix it for two days but suggested allocated me a new room instead. -at 8/9 (12 is check out time)in the morning probably a cleaning lady (according to the staff) entered my room suddenly when I was sleeping.

After a disastrous stay elsewhere, we had to change to this hotel. The best decision ever! This time, I truly understood why hotel buildings must be purpose-built and why some people/organisations can not convert apartments and call them "homely stays." We could sleep comfortably despite being 15-20 metres from the central train station. The air ventilation system works well with shut windows. In the other apartment, we heard everything from rooms upstairs, downstairs and outside with windows closed. The room was super clean, very comfy large bed with high quality bedsheets and good pillows with some substance. I managed to have contact with many staff; all were friendly and helpful and appeared to enjoy working there. The kid's stay was free, and once I paid for my breakfast, my kid's breakfast was complimentary. I appreciated the vast lounge with many comfy sofas and seats. We had an enjoyable stay and will stay if we visit the city! Thanks for everyone!

The only thing I needed was a small fridge. When travelling with kids, parents need to store certain drinks and food that their child eats.

Good location, easy to find from the station with good transport links to the rest of the city. Allowed us to check in early, clean and comfortable room with bathroom that had a walk in shower with both hand held shower and overhead showerhead.

Couple of stains on carpet but that's just from being dated probably. Could benefit from better window glazing, although we were overlooking the street not the train station could still hear trams etc clearly from the 5th floor. Also would be good to have a mini fridge in the rooms. No milk provided for tea only coffee cream.

The rooms were immaculately clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed it. Public areas throughout the hotel were also kept very clean. The WiFi reception was strong and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. The showers were excellent, providing a refreshing start to the day. The toilets were spotless, which is always appreciated.

I had to request fresh towels every time, which was a bit inconvenient. There were no dental or shaving kits provided, which would have been a nice addition. Although the breakfast was great, it was a bit on the expensive side. The concept of having to inform the hotel daily if you want your room cleaned, otherwise, the money goes to charity, is not ideal for me as a businessman. I prefer my room to be cleaned every day without needing to notify the hotel each time. I’m unsure if this sentiment is common. The front desk staff could benefit from being a bit more friendly and cordial. A smile goes a long way in making guests feel welcome, and I missed that warmth during my stay.

For a start, we had an excellent reception staff helping us when we checked in. Kudret has been very patient and helpful in getting us sorted with our check-in. It was a seamless checking in, thank to Kudret. Position - the hotel is in a fantastic location, it is a minute or two walking from Dusseldorf main train station. From there you can tram trams and metro to all direction of the city, and buses too. Room - Room is good size and clean, so for what we paid, I say its good value. The only slight annoyance is the air-cond. Like a lot of European hotels, you CAN'T control the air-cond. There is a controller on the wall and it may look like you can but nothing will happen. It's centrally controlled. We do have reasonable air-conditioning BUT if you want to change the temperature or fan speed you are out of luck. You get the temperature that is centrally set. In any case I will come back to this hotel as its situated in a great location, good room and excellent reception stall.

air-condition

The hotel is located next to the main train station, but it is completely sound proof, you cannot hear at all the trains. The location is very close to the Japanese neighborhood (5-10 min by foot) and also close to the U Bahn to go to the old city center (5 min walk to the main train station and another 10 min ride). The staff was extremely helpful and always helping with a smile on their face. The room was very clean. A perfect location to visit the Christmas Market as you are in a quiet area, far from the huge crowds visiting the market.

Very good and attentive staff at the front desk/ reception. The staff at the breakfast was overworked and continuously under pressure. Felt sorry for them even though the quality of the breakfast and the food/choice variety was extremely good.

The room was not attended by the housekeeping on a daily basis. Not an extremely bad thing but it would have been nice to see the bed made in the afternoon, after returning back to the room. The parking was very close to the hotel but I found it extremely expensive at about 30 Euros per night. Also I was asked to pay for the three nights in advance during my check in, something that I found very strange. As I have not booked breakfast, I needed to pay for my breakfast every day at the entrance of the bar/breakfast area. Not extremely inconvenient but definitely strange, as I could sign as a guest that I had had breakfast and pay all of my expenses like breakfast/ drinks for the bar at the check out.

I booked the hotel on the same date and they were able to offer me a good deal for a spontaneous overnight in Düsseldorf. It was raining on Saturday and we were worried that trains would be canceled and we'll get stranded somewhere so we decided to book a room with them. The location of the hotel is like 3 minutes walk to the central train station and tram station so accessibility to available transportation is not a problem. The breakfast buffet that we paid extra is also nice. The bed were comfortable. And wifi access is also good. The internet connectivity is decent.

Some towels are missing like the bathroom mat but overall the hotel is great.
