Exceptional. check in was easy. parking was great. room was amazing. so large. the children had their own room with door. there was a large fridge in the room which was fantastic. Tea and coffee making facilities and two bottle of sparkling water. bed was comfortable. Two pillows for each person. Rey close to the U-Bahn which was so easy to get into the main part of Hamburg. Trains run every few minutes.

no lift to the fourth floor, but this was no problem for us. No restaurant in the evenings. this would have made the stay a little better, but there are a few options nearby so it was okay.

The room was comfortable and big, silent and clean. Bed was very comfortable and we easily found a free parking spot. The breakfast was very tasty and vegetarian -friendly, several options were offered. The underground is very close, so it is possible to reach the city centre easily and in a short time frame. Very welcoming hotel!

If you want to walk to the center (without underground), it takes long. Location is not central.

The room was spacious, but we booked a room for three and a friend has not been able to join in the end so I’m not sure how big is a 2 persons room. Very clean bathroom, but the shower head was leaning towards the wall and there was no way to change it so not very comfortable. The TV works well, would have been better to have a list of any English channels numbers so that people who don’t speak German could easily tune in.

It was such a nice location 💯and easy access to the U Bahn and Bus as well . The staff were so friendly I am definitely visiting soon

The cleaning staff , like throughout my stay there , the cleaners didn’t come to clean my room . Despite the fact that I notified them about it .

Good location: close to the U-Bahn Station and just a few minutes from the city centre. Lidl nearby. Warm room.Very good shower. Good size of the triple room.

The hotel's restaurant didn't offer any meal except for breakfast. Two family rooms are located in a block and with noisy neighbours you'll won't feel comfortable.

The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful! The room was cleaned daily! And the breakfast was amazing too! I will be sure to come back and stay at this place in the future!

The room was a little dim but not a major issue.

The rooms are large and love the retro feel of the decoration. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Great bathroom and really helpful staff.

There were no USB plugs in the room to charge our phones but we had plug adapters with us so fetched them from the car.

The hotel is very affordable (paid EUR 110 for the night), but also right beside a U-Bahn station so you can get to center in 15 mins. The room was an OK size for 1 person with decent bathroom. Would recommend for a short stay in Hamburg if traveling alone.

Walking distance from an underground station. Room was compact but comfortable. The room I was assigned faced the main road so it was a little noisy even with the windows closed but the road wasn't too busy that it disturbed my sleep. Overall a comfortable stay for a weekend trip in Hamburg.

Shower was a bit small but not a major problem. The shower and tap took some time to dispense warm water. No complimentary tea or coffee but there was a bottle of sparkling water and a pack of gummy bears.

Convenient location very close to a U-bahn station. The hotel is a bit older but has been well maintained and partially renovated.

The area immediately surrounding the hotel is not interesting at all, you really need to take the U-bahn for a stops to get to the city centre.
