Towels weren't changed when room "cleaned" even though they were put into the sink. Glasses also not washed. Mini bar totally empty and you have to go to the reception if you want to have someting in the room (in my opinion, not 5 star service at all). One morning there were some workers in the hotel who started with banging on the wall at 9am. That could be done later when people are out. We were trying to sleep and rest but it was impossible since that pounding on the wall of the workers lasted long.

Room was spacious and really comfortable, location was perfect!

The bathroom wall was filthy! Covered in dirty brown spots that could easily have been washed off. It was pretty nasty!!

It was a spot on location for getting to and from the key parts of Hamburg. Train station across the road, literally. Central to all the Christmas markets and there was even one on the doorstep. The hotel was spotless, rooms were a good size. Nice and organised hotel. Bar was great, little pots of nuts provided without asking and the food was good too. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Make sure you sign up for the M Rewards to access the tinternet as you get 10€ off a bar or restaurant bill on check out when you show the voucher in your emails. Couldn't fault a thing and will definitely stay again when travelling to Hamburg for business or leisure.

The location, service, and room are absolutely good and stylish. It's top for business and leisure trips, excellent design and view, and has lots of modern vibes of the city. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

The heating system is absolutely confusing in terms of normal logic. There is no indicator for the current room temperature and only the suggestion to increase "the current" unknown temperature for the option of +1, 2, and maximum of +3 Celicious. For my more than 20 years of traveling experience and especially for 5 star chains hotel, that's not acceptable. What if for certain medical conditions, the room temperature should be known ? What kind of secrecy is this? The reception stated also that the room has some current temperature, when we asked what is the way to increase it as it was freezing at some point.

The hotel is perfectly located. Right next to the city center, metro stop is just around the corner. The rooms are big and clean and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with various types of food.

I feel we were unlucky with the specific weekend, because it was very busy, but hotel was very understaffed. When we tried to call a reception or cleaning service no one was picking up. There were no clean towels in the sauna, the sauna area was very messy which should not be the case in 5 stars hotel. Breakfast room was crowded and we had to wait in a queue to get the table. Although the service was top notch.

Hotel was centrally located within a very short walk to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations and in in a good area. Room was extremely comfortable with all the facilities you would expect. Breakfast was excellent - with a wide choice. A top quality hotel and I would certainly stay here again if next in Hamburg.

Accommodation was expensive but perhaps not surprising due to the European Football Championships (Euro 2024) being held in Germany - the main purpose of my visit. In spite of the cost I would certainly stay here again.

The location is phenomenal, the hotel is extremely clean, and the staff is very helpful!

It was uncomfortably warm in our room. We are American but are very used to European air conditioning. This was even warm by European standards.

Hotel is nice with new modern style , location is perfect My stay was quite good though A/C was not cooling well in the first 3 nights but it wasn’t an issue as weather was cold during my stay . When weather became warmer staff was kind enough to change my room and upgrade it in last night for better AC cooling

I would which if hotel put more attention in cleaning externally / internally specially in front side from rooms windows as spiders Net is covered all over Furnitures is new but it’s bit dusty Complementary room water is for 1st night only , no complementary waters for rest of days as other 5 star hotel normally offers
