Great location if you have a flight to get the next day.

The parking is €18 a night/day, so you have to add that to your bill or look for street parking. The staff are eager to get you to pay and park but never mentioned any other facility, whether there are meals served, coffee or a bar (the bar was obviously in sight) There is no facility in the room to make a cuppa coffee or tea early in the morning before you head out, but this is understandable from a business cost side.

Super clean rooms, with white bedsheets, warm rooms. Bathroom equipped with hairdryer, bath gel and other nice smelling pretty things. The staff was very helpful and gave us all necessary information. From Frankfurt Airport it took only 15 min by Uber, which is a good option instead of airport shuttle.

There is no tea or coffee option in the room, but a pleasant moment was the offered mineral water free of charge in each of the rooms.

Have not seen cleaner rooms and outstanding staff. Lived it there. Will come back and recommend any time. Shout out to Alexandro ( hope its spelled correctly) All staff are wonderful, he is exeptional💐

parking is not free but 10 Euro a night, which is costly if staying longer. The pool has also a charge of 6 Euro.

The last shuttle bus scheduled at 10:30 AM never showed up at the airport and we had to take an Uber. The hotel couldn't give us an explanation why. The room was good but I expected a double bed not 2 twin beds pushed together.

Clean quiet room, perfect staff, incredible breakfast, and soon there will be a large pool! The amazing lake view with planes landing is a bonus. The hotel reviews are only downgraded because of one thing - it's too hot in the room! Please, finally turn off the heating in July 😂 and the hotel rating will soar up! Thanks to the staff for their pleasant service and the fantastic breakfast! We'll be back soon!

We had the suite, clean room, plenty of space.

The shuttle costs 4.50 per person, they even charged for a baby. In addition during our arrival time the shuttle didn't operate. With a family of four, considering the price an Uber is cheaper and more convenient.

The staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make sure I had everything I needed - very comfortable room, soda sold in lobby, easy to get to room, quiet hotel. There are small stores in walking distance.

It isn't that close to the airport. It was 30 euro taxi from Airport rail station and then 15 Euro for a shared ride back to the airport. There's no sign for the hotel. Side from the lobby is almost 4 euro.

the hotel receptionists were brilliant staff, very much helpful, supportive, and super friendly, they made us feel almost at home, the gorgeous Mariana, and the beautiful Gabi, of course, I won't forget about Robin who helped me at the beginning... if I will go to Frankfurt again I will stay at the same hotel because of what I mentioned above Ranj

I would say the ventilation system, however, might be because of the renovation that is undergoing at the hotel

Nice room, well equipped

While there is an airport shuttle, it picks up at a nearby hotel- something staff didn’t inform us of. We were told to wait outside and it wasn’t until another guest asked for further clarity that we learned we needed to walk 200m to the shuttle. Nearly missed it and could have missed our flight as a result.

Looking at other guests' reviews, I was surprised to find a very decent and clean place in a convenient location. Comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom. Plenty of sockets - USB and USB C included. Bus straight from the airport to a stop 3 minute walk away. Train station is a 15 minute walk away. For me, the stay was flawless and I would certainly go back.
