The size of the room and amenities included were fantastic with coffee provided and free access to the minibar which included alcoholic beverages, sparkling water and juice. The room was very clean and felt very high quality, as did the lobby. There is also a gym in the hotel. Plenty of eateries within 5-10 minutes walk. We were also able to walk to the centre of Cologne in 20 minutes.

There is underground parking underneath the hotel with flat rate of 29 euros which felt quite expensive.

Hotel was nice, beds were comfy, sauna area is nice and clean, plenty of towels/robes/slippers. Tea, apples and water provided. Our reception staff/check in guy was friendly and helpful (our friend checking in at the same time however got a very grumpy staff member). Free mini bar was water juice and only 1 beer. Close to shops and restaurants.

Parking was very very tight. We were told no need to book a spot, but when we got there, the carpark was extremely full so we had to squeeze into a spot beside a poorly parked guest. So I guess there are no guarantees you will actually get a spot on a weekend. And it was 29 euro for 1 night. The room was very very warm. We had to open the windows to let in cool air. The soap bottle was empty in the shower, only 1 robe was provided in the cupboard and only 1 beer in the fridge. Wellness area doesn't have any hot tub/pool. Otherwise nice for a night or two.

I loved the location. It is close to the centre and to the train station, so it is easy to get everywhere on foot. The room was nice and with a beautiful view on the Dome. It was clean and comfortable. I also loved the attitude of the staff - whoever I contacted were very friendly and helpful! I went to the lobby bar to have dinner and the food was just out of this world! I also loved the Lab12 cocktail bar, they serve very good cocktails. In the room there was a free minibar, bathrobe and slippers.

Though I am very happy with my stay and would return, there were three little things that need fixing: First, wifi is very sub standard. I would assume that a 4 star hotel must have a normal good quality wifi where you do not need to log in every day, especially when people come for work. Second, I wonder why the hotel does not provide hair conditioner in the bathroom. Third, everything looks a little dated, I had a feeling that the hotel hasn't been refurbished for quite a while. Nevertheless, I had a very pleasant stay.

We we're really happy with the hotel. The staff we're really friendly and helpful, they even let us check in early, as we had arrived a little earlier. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds we're super comfortable. We used the spa/sauna facility one night and it was amazing. The location was decent too, only a 10-15min walk from most of the christmas markets.

This is rare, but I can't think of anything to improve or something that we didn't like. The stay was absolutely perfect! We didn't try the breakfast as it wasn't included in our stay, but next time we'd love to include it.

The hotel has is very central very close to the shopping areas and the Dom. Parking on site ( for extra fee) Staff is friendly and helpful. Gym is very good and also they have a sauna and lounge area to stay and relax. They provide robe and sleepers. Frigobar with a bottle of beer and juice as complimentary and refilled every day. Also we had a kettle in the room. Bed is very comfortable. Good size room.

Breakfast was good but expensive.

Good facilities at the hotel and conveniently located. Mini bar/fridge with some refreshments available in the room. Great for business travel.

Steam room was out of order so only the sauna was operational We were celebrating my partner's birthday which was the week before and despite being informed, they refused to arrange anything in the room even though a compliments slip and some sweets wouldn't cost them anything as they are free at reception

The rain shower was a room highlight as the water pressure was so good, that we didnt want to get out! The room was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The bed was very large and the mini fridge was free and could be restocked on request.

We didnt mind, but it was a 10-20 min walk to most attractions, restaurants etc. But there was certainly enough near the hotel if you have mobility issues, and plenty of taxis out the front if the weather deters you.

The bed was very spacious and comfortable and the shower was amazing. The breakfast was very good with both hot and cold choices. The staff were polite, friendly and accommodating.

It said there was a roof top bar in the hotel, but when we arrived we were told it was permanently closed due to lack of staff. Also, there was no toilet near the restaurant you had to go up 2 flights of stairs to reach them.

Super clean, spacey rooms, comfy bed.

There was only one lady at the reception for check in, and she was not very friendly. Around 7-8 groups waited in (one) line to check in. I booked a double bed room, but the receptionist told me the room was not ready, despite it was 15.20 (past checkin time). I did not hear a simple "sorry", or i do not remember seeing a smiley face during my check in or check out. Your staff was someone like who does not love her job. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. - Car park is expensive

Location, quiet, great staff. This is very conveniently located between the old town and the newer entertainment parts of Cologne. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The rooms can only be heated in winter which was a bit of an issue for us as it was uncomfortably warm and the only way to cool them is to open the window - it was not possible to sleep with the window open as the noise from the street was then an issue.
