The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. We appreciated the kettle and tea/instant coffee in the room, and the washing machine was convenient. Even though there is no dryer in the room (you have to go to the basement), there is a very effective heated drying rack in the bathroom that dries anything you need overnight.

The mobile key system is not my favorite. Every time we came back, I had to open my email with the mobile key link and click through to open the building and room doors. My teens, who did not have access to their email while traveling internationally, therefore could not enter the building on their own. And if your phone battery dies while you're out, you won't be able to get into the building.

Convenient location for the purpose of our stay.

Kitchen not well equipped for a serviced apartment. (no sharp knives for cutting, no scissors for opening food packages) Could do with bedside tables with drawers rather than stools. No place to hang towels in the bathroom. No grab bars in the shower area. Expected a washer/drier not just a washing machine. No iron/ironing board in the apartment. Did not know we had to go to another building to dry & iron clothes. This is definitely a negative point for a serviced apartment. Rain shower and hand shower not very practical, especially for a short person.

Breakfast was nice and was refreshed a lot, the staff was nice and friendly. They give you an app where you can open the main entrance of the building, your room, and much more. The bed was comfy, and the room is just what you need for a few days' stay.

To be honest, the only thing I did not like was how I could hear everything from our room, inside the hotel or out. If someone is walking in the halls, you will hear it. If someone is talking in the next room or in the hall, I a normal tone, not shouting you will hear it. And... more stuff from next door as well. The building is on a very main road. Every night, you can hear sirens cars honking, and of course, that's normal, but it's so loud. Combined with next door noises, some nights we wouldn't sleep that well. When we were there, there was also construction happening in the building, which made the elevator waiting time unreasonable, thankfully our room was on the first floor and we do not have any mobility issues and just took the stairs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at KOOS Hotel Munich, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome by Nadia and Sara at the front desk set the tone for my stay. They were incredibly friendly and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms that offer stunning views. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Daniel in the restaurant. Their recommendations for local dishes were spot on, and the food was absolutely delicious! I also appreciated the attentiveness of Astrid during breakfast, ensuring that everything was perfect. Overall, I cannot recommend KOOS Hotel Munich highly enough. The combination of beautiful accommodations, fantastic service, and a prime location makes it a perfect choice for anyone visiting Munich. It has all the amenities including a washer and the bathroom is very well designed as the shower was separate from the sink and toilet which meant that it was easy for us to keep the floor clean! The lobby was nice and inviting. The corridors are nice and clean. Cleaning of the rooms are upon requests which we loved cos sometimes we do not really need cleaning to be done on a daily basis. We loved that it was just walking distance to Karlsplatz and Marienplatz. Just a very nice hotel and we will recommend it to any families!

For a family of 4 with kids which are quite big, the space can be a bit tight but otherwise manageable!

Great location being so close to the main city tourist highlights and Christmas markets. Found it very easy to get to the hotel on public transport from the international airport. We were impressed with the very clean room and hotel, with great amenities in our room including a coffee machine and small cooking facilities. We loved the convenience of a washing machine in our bathroom and the free use of the driers in the laundry room. Especially handy when you are staying for a few days. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food.

We found the room quite warm but we could open the window to let in some cold air. However we understand some people might prefer the warmth.

Hotel is super central, making it easy to reach and to move around in the city. Has a lot of different transportations in the vacinity. Keys to the room are given through the phone making it easy to use without a card. Breakfast is big and has a lot of variety and workers are amazing. topper seemed to be a tad too slim so we would wake up with back pain, bathroom walk-in shower does not cover the whole entrance so it ends up going outside the shower area. While the use of room cards on the phone is nice, i felt that the check-in process through it was not so nice. The worker explained everything perfectly, but the process removes the human aspect and makes it feel less personal.~ Good for repeating guests, bad for newcomers

We arrived at the Munich train station with thousands of others. We didn’t come for Octoberfest, but everyone did. We couldn’t get a taxi, so we walked from the train station to the hotel in the rain. We were exhausted snd a mess from a long stressful day of traveling. The staff at the front desk was an angel! I think her name was Sara. She sat us down in comfortable chairs, got us some water, and gave us few minutes before completing the paperwork to check in. Then she helped us with our luggage, and showed us how everything worked in the room. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Spacious room with 2 bathrooms. Nice having a washing machine and some space to move around. Great breakfast with a wide selection. Lovely lunch bowls as well.

The digital key is great until you suddenly don't have wifi and can't unlock the door. Haha. Also, our room in building C was near the ironing room, so the corridor had a kind of weird, warm/wet laundry smell. The floorboards in our room were probably not installed properly, so it kept on sounding - and feeling - like we were walking on bubble wrap.
