Overall this property is clean, offers a nice breakfast and the location is perfect. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of luxury hotels but nonetheless we still had a good stay. I was worried while reading other reviews but in reality, if you are looking for somewhere to stay for a good price and a great location the little bit of noise from the construction next door shouldn’t be a bother. We closed the window and slept well. For the record, the wifi works just fine. 5 nights of happy sleep here!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. They kept our luggage before check-in and after, at no cost. The position and close proximity to the platz and the station were amazing.

The room was small and the bathroom was very small. But it was clean. The bedding was clean, but was yellow and no longer white, so it looked old. We did take a room without aircon, but it was fine as it was not summer yet. But would definitely opt for an aircon room if I stay there in summer.

Double room was small but clean, bed comfortable, shower OK and some basic toiletries provided. Location is down a side ally so not very “inviting” but just a few mins walk from Hauptbahnhof, also very easy 10-15min walk to Marienplatz. Breakfast was good – standard continental and everything was fresh – you can also eat in an outside courtyard area. After check-out I needed to work for a couple of hours and was able to use the downstairs seating area that is used for breakfast in the morning which was very useful. Wifi worked OK.

The fridge in our room didn’t work – or we didn’t find a way to switch on. Rooms is a little dated in style but still very good value for money. No other issues - everything worked.

I really like the room, it was so comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was a little bit small but ok if you stay few days. We don't have breakfast because we have to pay like 15 euros and it wasn't the big thing so we decide to eat in other place.

The neighbors was a little bit grumpy and know the wall so me and my friend stay quiet like 9 pm although we don't speak louder. And we think that we have breakfast because the reservation said that we have breakfast included, but when we were going to start breakfast they told us that it was not included.

The location was very convenient to Central Train Station and just a sort walk to Marienplatz. The room, although very small, was laid out very efficiently. Staff was very helpful and graciously stored our luggage when we arrived prior to check-in.

Even though it was a non- smoking room, cigarette smoke filled the room. The curtains did not cover the windows adequately and bright light from the hotel sign shone in our face while trying to sleep.

Great location, within easy walking distance of the Bahnhof, Karlsplatz and Marienplatz (for the Christmas markets). Good-sized room with comfortable beds, a window we could open for cool air and a mini fridge. The breakfast was substantial, with different bread rolls/pretzels, different sliced meat and cheese options, various fruit and vegetable options, boiled and scrambled egg options, various cereal options and dairy and non-dairy milk options

The coffee was not great… The elevator was very slow.

The location is great for practicality. The property is located in a small side street, about 2 or 3 minutes walking from the central station. The street itself is not the most beautiful or fancy, but that didn't really bother me. I want to especially highlight the helpfulness of the staff. I had booked one night at the hotel, after which I was going to do a 7-day hike. Thus, I had some baggage that I had to leave somewhere, as I couldn't take it with me. The staff of Hotel Condor stored this baggage for the whole week for me at no extra charge, even though I had not booked another night upon my return, but only came to pick up the baggage and be on my way. This is something that I didn't take for granted and was very grateful for. Breakfast was included too, which is always a plus. The room itself was good, nothing negative to say there either. I can see people saying that maybe the view isn't the best, or the room could be fancier, etc., but honestly, I would highlight this property for the staff, the location and the practicality, so it's nothing I'd be expecting anyway, that close to central station.

From the time I arrived to when I left, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived a couple of hours early, so they allowed me to store my luggage and gave me suggestions on where to go exploring based on what I had asked. My room was super comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and I was pleased with the selection of breakfast items. I had a really nice stay there. Yes the room and bathroom are a bit small, but for me, they were just fine, and everything was in working order. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and I slept so well. And, most of all, the whole place was very clean. After reading other reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I wanted to be close to the train station (which it is very close to), so I decided to take a chance, and I'm so glad I did. If I'm in Munich again, this will be the first place I check for availability.

It’s extremely central and really convenient to public transport

Actually really loved this hotel especially for this price, it's perfect. And location is great, just a few mins walk to the central station, but it was quiet almost all nights we stayed there. Also i liked that you don't step outside right to the main street and big crowd, cause hotel is a little hidden in a small street. Stuff is nice and polite, very helpful. Bedsheets and all other facilities were clean.

No breakfast was included at the price we paid, but it was shown in the list of included ones. But mostly it is my mistake i guess.
