location and facility. There are the big supermarkets closed to the hotel and It’s very easy to get there by train or tram. However, if you plan to get here by train, please be reminded that there is no elevator available at the train station. The hotel staff are very helpful, and our group are enjoy during our visit.

I suggest adding self-service machine with cold and warm drinks to the lobby. I was thirsty overnight and since there was no minibar in the room or soft-drinks machine in the lobby, no drinks were available.

The hotel was in a good location, half way between the City centre and the Messe. A 10 minute taxi ride. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel room was decent size with modern facilities. Did not eat there but we used the bar which opens from 5pm. There was an area where you could purchase drinks and snacks out of hours. There was a small shopping area just around the corner from hotel where you could get food and coffee. If you visit Munich at the weekend please be aware that nothing opens on a Sunday...

The price hike on the rooms because we were there for the Adele concert. Should be a rule where companies can not triple their prices for such events. Just my opinion.

Location is good, next to a shopping center. 5min walk from train station

The room was smaller but very clean; I was surprised by how clean it was, as most hotels I’ve stayed in didn’t maintain such a high level of cleanliness. The hotel’s location is great, with plenty of public transportation nearby and good connections. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center. I would recommend!

The only issue was communication with the reception staff, who did not speak German at a high level. Considering the hotel is located in Germany, in one of its largest cities, this was surprising. Of course, this won’t be a problem for guests from other countries who speak different languages—perhaps the situation with English is better. However, despite this, the staff were quite friendly.

The breakfast was plentiful. Martin at breakfast was absolutely the best. He was kind and made us feel welcome and got to us day good start. The air conditioning was the best in hot weather. There was no traffic noise in the courtyard room.

The people at the reception were really friendly, but as an extra, customers could be kindly informed the holidays when the shops are not open at all or if the railway track renovations limit travelling. A tourist map could be offered at the counter. The hinges on the doors of some rooms were creaking really loudly, something that can be easily treated by greasing.

Overall, staying at Holiday Inn was amazing. The staff was welcoming. Night manager is a superstar! We had issues with AC and realized it only late at night, when we were back from the busy day. He was super nice and changed our room and everything was great. Breakfast was superb with a lot of options. There were vegan options, there were lactose free milk and soy milk, which came as a nice surprise for me. Room was clean, comfortable, shower is clean and nice. In the room we had free tea, coffee and bottle of water as a compliment.

Maybe check the AC before checking in people into the room.

The hotel in general is clean and modern. The staff is kind. The location is relatively good. You can walk to the city center in about 35-45 minutes or get there by car in about 12-20 minutes. Also there is a large grocery store nearby and a few good restaurants. The hotel has parking (20e / night), but access to it is somewhat complicated (-2 level and two barriers that require card validation).

Our 6th floor room's window was pointing right to the gym at the same 6th floor across the narrow street. Because of that curtains were closed permanently of course, otherwise it's just too uncomfortable. There was no cleaning after the first night. Two times after cleaning one towel was missing (two persons room), and if you notice it quite late, you go to the reception by yourself, even if you are already changed for the night. A little spoon was missing one time too. Absence of a refrigerator at that price (>150e / night) feels a little bit confusing as well.

Location was excellent for transport links. Few nice places close by to get breakfast, burger etc. Staff all spoke English and were super helpful.

The breakfast was just ok and expensive for what you got. Dinner facilities were very limited - really just a sandwich sitting at the bar. Sandwich was lovely, but I had gone expecting a full restaurant and we would have eaten before we'd gone back to the hotel if I'd realised.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed were comfortable - relatively quiet as our room was not facing the main road.

We were very precise in letting the hotel know about our check-in time even when our flight was delayed. We arrived at midnight tired after a day of travelling and the staff at reception was on the phone and did not even aknowledge we had entered the hotel. It let us wait 20 minutes before he actually let us check-in without even apologize for the wait. Very rude. And not a very nice welcome.
