Hotel is clean, breakfast was tasty and variety. Bed was comfey.
Be aware as female single traveler, the area where the hotel is located does not feel comfortable in the evenings and night. The hotel itself is secure.

The room and the hotel were overall comfortable, without any significant issues. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well-insulated. The breakfast was very good and the serving time (6:30-10:00) accommodates all types of travellers. The hotel was close enough to the major attractions.
The bed mattress could have been more comfortable. Personally, I prefer a system where I can set up the room temperature myself (of course, the allowed range can be set by the hotel), which was not available. While the location was central, the few streets around the hotel were not the nicest.

The staff were wonderful, as was the breakfast. I loved there was a lift to assist with luggage and 24 hour reception, which means you could leave your key and not have to worry about it. Comfy bed and shower, as well as great value for money. It was close to the station. I like that the mini bar had prices for each item.
-The WiFi didn’t work for me at all the first day. -Only one pillow and a steep bath shower (I have a recovering knee injury so was a bit hard to get in and out but there was a rail to assist.) Next two points aren’t as much to do with hotel but someone may find it useful…. - Road was completely blocked when I tried to leave for the train due to a construction site. So had to walk a few extra blocks. (Only a problem if you have mobility issues and count on the short walk with suitcases) - A little noisy at night and felt a teeny bit unsafe as a single female returning after dinner

Super kind and helpful staff. Clean and very spacy room. A round-the-clock working hotel reception. And a great breakfast to go with that! And the location is close to pretty much anything one might need - train station is 1 minute away, Old Town is 10 minutes away, S-Bahn and U-Bahn and trams close by.
Location... I know, sounds contradictory because the location is actually good. It's just that the street the hotel is located at hosts a lot of gambling clubs plus some other shady places. This makes the street in from quite noisy. Not particularly dangerous but still noisy and filled with some shady characters at night.

Perfectly located near the main train station. Once you're there, easy to get around by foot, tram, underground or bus. Excellent value for money. Very safe - front desk with view to street is staffed around the clock. The staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful. Wifi completely dependable. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly good for a small hotel, and it's very appealing -- they refresh it constantly, so no matter how few guests there are, or how late you come, it always looks appealing and has a full selection.

Very close to the Munich main railways station. The street is part of the red light district, but not a problem. The Afghani restaurent down the road was good. Very helpful people behind the front desk. Bed was good. It had a fridge. Spacious bedroom, good bathroom. Shower over bath. Clean. A large breakfast room with a good selection and very friendly staff.
For my room the sun streamed in during the day and made the room very hot. There is no heat pump. There was a small noisy fan. I kept the curtains closed which improved things, but in full summer it would be difficult. I was there in June.

The hotel is very conveniently located vis-a-vis the old town and the museums' quarter and has a few places available in an underground car park. The employee-staff were highly fluent in English and very helpful on all occasions by phone and in person. They agreed for me to leave my car into the early evening, which ensured peace of mind while sightseeing all day (which clinches for them grade 8).
If they don't want to do something for you, even a small, they won't ; ) In my case, it was taking care to keep room temperature low ahead of my arrival (curtains, airing in evening) and I was lucky it wasn't mid summer, especially in this specific area. It is a rather raucous, ethnic type neighbourhood with some adult-entertainment establishments, but this includes interesting eating options and the hotel windows, if closed, provide efficient insulation at night. Also, look out for the moods of the somewhat direct lady manager (or owner).

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and the lady serving breakfast was always smiling and very kind. If you want to park at the hotel, you need to reserve a spot with them in advance (costs 25 euros/day), otherwise, they will direct you to a nearby parking garage (costs 30 euros/day). The location is great for reaching the city center, about a 15-minute walk.
The street is quite noisy at night due to young people, and there were two fights in two days, so I would not recommend staying on this street late at night.

Great location for Munich Central Station, staff were extremely friendly and printed off a concert ticket for me, as well as letting me check in early. Breakfast is as outstanding as all the reviews suggest. Beautifully presented, really fresh, good variety, good, hot coffee served in a massive private flask. Good night's sleep and quiet, even though my room faced the front street.
The room was very hot but I was prepared for this and the large fan supplied was excellent. Price was also a little higher than normal (probably because Adele was in town!) overall, good value for Munich in the height of summer.

I liked the duvet, super nice and warm, natural down. Breakfast room is cozy, breakfast is very reasonable. Service is good, people are friendly.
Only the area: from one side it is a center of the city, all attractions - walking distance away, from the other side I was told it's a worst area in the center.. Anyway, I didn't have any problem, all was good and my stay was pleasant. ) One more point: there is very poor light in the room...unfortunately, it is very common in the hotels... you feel like in catacombs.. 😆
