I recently had the pleasure of visiting Munich, and I want to share my experience, particularly regarding our accommodation. We were delighted to receive a free upgrade to a spacious room, which made our stay even more comfortable. While the room didn’t have air conditioning, it featured plenty of windows that provided excellent ventilation, allowing us to enjoy fresh air throughout our stay. The bathroom was impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a hose and nozzle in the toilet for self-cleaning. This thoughtful addition made the experience much more hygienic and added a modern touch to the facilities. One of the standout features of our trip was the location of our hotel. It was conveniently situated close to München Hauptbahnhof, the main railway station in Munich. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city, as the station offers extensive transport options. We had access to both underground and above-ground trains, allowing us to navigate Munich and its surroundings with ease. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Rabie Alsaifi, who provided us with exceptional service. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our stay, making our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend purchasing train tickets from the main counter at the station. It turned out to be a fantastic decision that saved us a lot of money. For a family of two adults and two kids, we bought a 6-day transportation pass for just 42 euros. This pass covered all public transport options, including buses, trams, and trains—everything except taxis. It made getting around the city both affordable and hassle-free, letting us focus on enjoying our time in Munich. Overall, I had a wonderful experience in Munich, and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to public transport. Oh I forgot to add we got a free room upgrade thanks to Rabie ALsaifi.

The road from the station to the hotel can be stressful during the night people screaming and fighting specially during the weekend but that has nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel was excellent and i would highly recommend to any of my family members and friends.

I liked the convenient location, the friendly and very helpful staff, spacious rooms, kitchen facilities, and finally the Shattaf in the toilet.

The parking garages were mostly full and you need to come early to find parking (before 6pm).

We were given an upgrade which meant a bigger apartment. This was much appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped and we even had a small terrace

The shower head was not ideal. Even after some adjustment, the amount of water was very low and made it challenging for the ladies to wash their ling hairs

Loved the convenient location, the cleanliness and the great facilities in the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom immaculate. Despite being close to teh station and a busy area the room was quiet.

We felt a little cramped for a 5 bed apartment, it was fine for one night but with the additional camp bed it would have been hard to manage for more than an overnight stay with all our luggage.

Location about 7 minutes walk to the Munich Hbf where there are various shops around. There is also a laundry shop around the block. Heater works well and the room was clean. Staff was also friendly.

Bed was a bit soft.

Balcony in the morning. Street view. Cafe.

No air conditioner. Noise from ventilation, street and construction work. Suspicious people or unsafe area. Used/old/broken furniture and kitchen equipment.

The hotel was a 15 minute walk to Marienplatz (center of old town) and near the train station. Great value for the money as Munich tends to be a high priced city. Did not expect the daily cleaning, so that was a nice surprise. Grocery stores (LIDL and REWE) are just a block away. Great stay!

Nothing. Great stay

4 mins to Munchen HBF. And other public transport. 25 mins walk to Marienplatz area n tourist sightseeing places. Hotel was clean, towels were changed daily, and they have a great cafe next door for you to grab breakfast before your trip for the day. Supermarkets are nearby for snacks. Mostly, hotel staff was professional and very friendly. The area may look a little rowdy in the evening because there are many betting shops. But if you keep a lookout and not home too late, it's safe.

The extra pull out bed was not comfortable. I think it's usually the case with sofa bed. Nothing can be done there.

The apartment was perfect for a family. Super clean, comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly accommodating even on a holiday. So welcoming and kind to my kids. There's a cafe in the hotel that we could but fresh crossaints and coffee in the morning. Great value... fed a family of 5 for 20 euro. Thanks Bayer's!

The location is not in the best part of Munich, but we felt safe and it is a block from the train station. Highly recommend if you're staying overnight before or after a long train ride like we were. Even if you're not going to the train station, the location is about 7 minutes walk from Marienplatz and next to many other, higher rate, hotels. Great value.

The hotel’s location near the city center and excellent public transport options makes it highly convenient for exploring. The reception staff were very helpful, and the stay offered excellent value for money.

While the hotel offers convenient proximity to the city center, the noise from the street during the night can be disruptive. Additionally, parking is a challenge, with limited nearby spaces and narrow garages that were mostly full. This hotel is a good fit for those arriving by train duo to close proximity of the train station and explore the city via public transport.
