Happy with this hotel, expectations were met. The hotel was clean, beautiful interior, comfortable beds and had good breakfasts.

Poor soundproofing, you can hear cars that drive near the hotel, voices of people from the street. But it is not critical. There was no shampoo and hair conditioner in the room, which is a disadvantage. There was only liquid hand soap.

Really great location, an easy 3 or 4 minute walk from the central train station. Big supermarket and a variety shop directly across the street. The staff were really kind and helpful and there's a luggage storage facility if you arrive before the allocated check-in time. Super comfy bed, great shower and a small fridge in the wardrobe. The room and bathroom were tiny, but it's to be expected in a big European city at this great price point.

The location is also ideal for exploring the city. It’s just a short walk to Marienplatz and the Christmas market, which added a festive touch to our stay. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness. Both our room and the common areas were spotless, which made us feel comfortable and well-cared for. The staff went above and beyond by providing a cot for our toddler, a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel is perfect for families and travelers looking for convenience, cleanliness, and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

This hotel really attended to my needs quite well. The room and facility were very clean, and the option to have one’s room serviced daily was available. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs, often having recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants or transportation. When I had difficulty with my safe on the first day, I ended up with the entire maintenance staff and even the manager herself looking into the issue. Although it took several hours, they resolved the issue. Additionally, Boutique Hotel Germania is only a little over a block from the Hauptbaunhof or Main Train Station. This gives ease of travel locally, as well as throughout the country. Marienplatz, the main square of the historic district, is around a mile away. The Octoberfest grounds are even closer. The European breakfast was very good, though not as varied as you’d find in a larger hotel. Although there was no other restaurant available on site, there were many restaurants and food options available in the ethnically diverse neighborhood where the hotel is located.

Having no on site restaurant was a bit of a drawback.

The hotel was very nicely decorated and felt clean from the moment we walked through the door. All the staff that we dealt with from start to finish were very friendly polite and welcoming no matter what hour of the day it was. The rooms were well kept, very clean and comfortable to stay in. The location was also very good as it was only a short walk to the main station HBF and also a short walk to the main part of Marienplatz.

There were no negatives, just on a personal preference I would have liked the rooms to be slightly bigger for more space but this did not affect the trip and the rooms were still very comfortable.

Really lovely hotel, nice room, very comfortable beds, very close to the central train station, great restaurants and cafes, and walking distance to key sites in town.

While the staff can't control other guests and truly tried their best, the rooms have a door that connects them to another room and the guests staying next to us kept smoking in their room. Our room had the smell of smoke often during the second half of our stay and staff were not able to get the individual to respond to their knocking. As they could not "confirm", even though you could smell it coming from the joining door easily, nothing more could be done. Sadly this really made us feel unwell and ruined our stay.

I liked most The personnel very helpful and polite !! All a of them, many bravo’s!! Very good bed also for getting rest, as I visited München for the BAU expo and I was very tired by walking .. very clean also, very comfortable, they made upgrade in my room type, by themselves without extra charge.

It hadn’t something to eat, neither a toast or a small bite, or a salad only .. just a little, and you had to go out to find something. But this is not enough to negate the rest of the positives! All the others excellent!

We had the family room and the bunk beds are tucked away nicely. Plenty of room for 4 adults who don’t mind sharing. Nice shower. No shower gel or hand wash for the first night. Good breakfast. Very comfy bed.

What a neat hotel! Loved it...lovely lobby...lovely single room...staff pleasant and welcoming...great breakfast buffet after a really comfortable sleep! Close to transportation, eats and shopping...loved everything about!
