We did not have breakfast. Excellent location. We easily reached the hotel from the airport by metro and bus. Very clean, quiet area. We had 2 rooms, one overlooking the garden and one facing the road. We didn't hear any noise from the cars passing on the highway. Very clean location, bathroom + room. The reception staff was very professional. They spoke nicely and politely. We arrived late from the airport around 10:30 PM. The receptionist quickly checked us in. I highly recommend it. My family liked it there, they wanted to stay another night. ;) Parking spaces are available near the hotel on the street and are free.

Restaurtant was shut on Saturday evening .. nothing nearby .. not even a long walk .. So a long Uber ride .. to nearest restaurnat 3 miles distant Really? If you're going to build a hotel next to an autobahn .. in a residential area .. with no restaurants / cafes nearby .. and guests don't have a car .. how are they going to eat if you shut the wretched restaurant on the busiest night of the week .. Unbelievable !!

I had a great stay with the room, facilities, cleanliness all being excellent. The staff was very friendly and competent. Good price. Breakfast was very good too for the price. Sometimes it was a little full, but I always managed to get a free parking spot outside. I highly recommend this as a hotel in the area or close to the airport and would definitely stay there again.

Window blinds let a little too much sun through for my liking, but it wasn't that bad in comparison to other places I stayed. Hotel is relatively close to flight path, so some plane noise when window open but that is pretty obvious when you look at the map. Great for plane spotting though.

The room was very clean and well presented. The towels in the bathroom were the softest I had ever used. Smooth checkin staff friendly.

We had dinner at the restaurant and the club sandwich was ordered by my friend and the chicken was very undercooked to the point it was quite raw and therefore she could not eat it. We did raise this with the restaurant staff but nothing was said only they would advise the Chef. The other meal ordered was very nice.

No kitchen equipment for superior rooms. Room cleaning only every 3 day, but tea/coffee supplement everyday

I had not the best day before but when i came to hotel my mood changed.The Hotel definitely not new, but extremely clean .The bed is comfortable what else you need.It was short stay.But really separate thank for this atmosphere and feeling like you come to you mothers home.The Housekeeping doing their work very very good.

This hotel need reparation in General but its not the most important for me.Its not that i dont like its more how to make it even better

it was nice as expected but a family room would have been good. had to pay 2 rooms but obviously didnt use one of them since our kids ate tiny - 2 and 4 y old.

no decent breakfast place nearby if you dont use the hotel, but its not the hotels fault. the hotel is suitable for someone travelling through with a car. not for proximity to airport or city id say.

The room was clean and since it was hot, the air-conditioner came in handy, a very rare to find in German hotels. The showers had good water pressure. Their was an elderly lady staff, I can't remember her name, she is a jewel, she remembered and greeted all guests with their names, was very helpful and full of joy, just wooow!

This hotel provided the best value for money during my whole trip through Germany. Good size rooms with all amenities and terrific staff who speak English which is great if your German is like mine! There is a bar and restaurant and the breakfast is first class. I have stayed here many times since 2019 and I have always enjoyed my stays.

Although the hotel advertises as an airport hotel it is not close to the airport. You would need to take a cab with a cost of about 30 Euro.

Response of the staff to my request for an invoice for my stay was not responded to in spite of repeated requests. Very poor coordination from the front office staff.
