Friendly reception staff. Good location, with a reasonable price and as convenient for the eternal building site of Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof as any economy hotel could be. Ground floor room was welcome. Plenty of conveniently located electric sockets. We'd stay here again.

Our room was skipped by housekeeping staff. Since they'd left for the day, the friendly reception chap fetched new towels for us. He had also inadvertently wiped both our room keys, so new keys had to be issued for the second night. He was genuinely apologetic, and if the "staff" rating was for him alone, he'd get top marks. The compact room itself had separate shower room and WC, on opposite sides. It required some getting used to, but was no major problem.

Good location for city centre and central train station. Room was in good order and was clean and tidy. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful, even understanding my bad attempts at speaking German! Would definitely use this hotel again for another short stay in Stuttgart

Area around the main station is a little hectic due to huge building work in the area, but very little noise or disturbance. Although drinks were available to buy in the foyer, no tea or coffee facilities in the room itself.

A simpler small hotel very close to the main train station. Our room was very small but contained everything we needed. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Although they don't have any large storage areas, they helpfully stored our bags after check out.

The room was really tiny, there was very little space around the bed. The annoying thing was that when we ventilated through the window wide open due to the extreme heat, cigarette smoke blew into the room from the smokers standing outside the building.

great value for money in a strategic location. Rooms were simple but clean, staff friendly and flexible. few minutes walk to Hauptbahnhof. A good choice if u need to be close to the railway station. walking distance to MILANEO MALL as well. Would happily return

mattress was too soft for me. bathroom had a mouldy smell but there wasn´t any to be seen. probably came from the ventilation system. No fridge. But nothing that could be considered a dealbreaker

The location is close to the train station! You are also close to the city and subway, in which you could easily travel throughout the city. The rooms look also clean and modern. Moreover, the staff are very friendly and willing to help you out. They were for example willing to hold onto your luggage even after check out. The staff can speak both German and English very well.

To reach the location, you have to climb up a hill. In case you aren't used to hills and have heavy luggage, you have to be careful. The inside is also a little bit narrow, but it is maneuverable.

Small room, typical European single traveler- great value and great location (10min walk to Central Hauptbahnof) Breakfast included for free, nice touch for a value hotel, kudo's. Had a air filter that circulated the air in the room, very nice- you could feel the change in the air when it was on. Room had a comfortable single bed that fit a 186cm guy and a desk/chair. Checkout was 11am, which was really nice given my train departed at 11:59am.

The staff were nice and the facilities were extremely well cleaned, although the floor wasn't as clean as I had hoped (there were some hair from the previous inhabitant left. But overall, a nice compact place, good if you're on a budget.

Not really the hotel's fault, but the construction works around the hotel makes you go around and climb a huge set of stairs if you're coming from Hauptbahnhof. I recommend that people come from Stadtbibliotek if they're coming by S/U-Bahn.

The hotel was sufficiently close to Central Station, good for interstate train travellers. Premise was clean, staff was super helpful and friendly. We are a group of 5 with small kids. The owner was so considerate he made several on-the-spot room swaps so we were able to get 2 rooms close to each other. On the day of check out, he got all the kids their warm cups of milk on request. It is these little touches that will forever stay with us as part of our trip memories. The hotel provided bottles of water. A huge bonus for us. Will stay again if we are back in Stuttgart. Will recommend to friends.

While close to the station, the hotel was a distance away from restaurants, cafes and supermarket. It is on a little hill, you have to walk up a huge flight of stairs to reach the hotel. It is manageable but we tried to ensure we got back to the hotel before it got dark.

Very friendly, well-mannered and professional staff! As female, middle-aged alone traveler I appreciate it very much, when I am met with respect and professionality. And this has not always been the case. Congratulations! Hotel is new, very well located (close to the station) and they really have a welcoming policy. You 'li get even 1L water complimentary! And the Jura machine makes an excellent coffee in the morning.

Suddenly the window in my is not soundproof and you hear the traffic (hotel is not on the street but the far way street is a big one). They offer you earplugs though. With a room in the back it would have been an excellent stay.

I really liked the location for visiting the Christmas Markets of Stuttgart. It's tucked away and close to train station for an easy departure.

I felt like I could hear a good amount of noise in the hallways etc. and the interactions with the concierge were very transactional. I know this is a personal opinion but I like friendly interactions where questions can be asked.
