The apartment is in an excellent location for visiting all the top sites in Athens. I was worried about street noise but this property is above a pedestrianised street so, no car noise and not above an eatery so, very quiet during the night. We particularly liked the nespresso machine in the room and the mini kitchenette. We were able to store breakfast items in the fridge and then have our breakfast on the balcony outside our room.

The location is great if you need to be close to the centre of Athens and explore. It is easily accessible with public transportation, especially from and to the airport. There is a great variety of places to visit, bars and restaurants all around. Great street food too! The room and the bathroom was clean, the bedding was amazing and i really appreciated that the ac was already on. Coming in from the heat to a cooled environment made such a difference. It immediately felt like home. There were cold bottles of water in the fridge, and complimentary coffee for you to make. I really enjoyed my stay.

awesome views and great location. It is close to the subway. As a single female traveler I felt safe in my room alone and even walking around the area. the staff is really nice and even offers guests a discount in the jewelry shop.

the hot water was out for a few hours but they answered my email immediately and had it fixed by the afternoon. really great customer service.

Both rooms we stayed in had balconies with picturesque views of the Acropolis. The property’s location is a dream: a 15-minute walk to the Acropolis and right in the heart of Athens’ attractions. Christoph even handled our luggage during our stay transition, adding a personal touch to an already exceptional experience. With its perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and hospitality, 24K Athens is a gem we’d return to in a heartbeat!

Everything was perfect!

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable with amazing views of the acropolis. Location couldn’t be better very close to all the main sites. Very handy for the Metro with Monastariki Sq easily accessible just a short walk away. The hosts were friendly and incredibly helpful, they regularly sent messages to check everything was ok, arranged a taxi pick up for us and provided Metro timetables and suggestions to help us. The property felt very secure with digital codes for both the main door and the room. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a central apartment.

Nothing we didn’t like

huge big fancy room. 2 of the hosts reached out on whatsapp and couldnt be more helpful with absolutely everything and would go the extra mile for you. amazing view from the balcony (there is building works going on next door which block some of the view but not the hosts/hotels fault) super easy keys. amazing AC in hot greek summer, cold fridge, great shower and big bathroom, huge bed. loads of mirrors. right in the city tourist center.

i noticed the door stopper in the bathroom is missing its head so its just a screw pointing up from the floor which could be dangerous if you stepped on it. some fittings like towel hangers etc just need to be re screwed as they are loose. I'm being picky with these things its honestly hard to fault the property.....

It was very easy to check in. Luggage was taken care of for us when we got there early, and was put in our room for check in time. It's in Plaka, so it's not a huge property. The apartment was modern, had amenities to cook if we needed to, was better than we expected, and more than enough space for the two of us. Since we had the penthouse, the views were stunning! The stairs did not bother us at all! While there was a small issue at the beginning of our visit, everything was handled well. The communication was also amazing. I never felt that I was questioning anything to do with this property! There were even suggestions for how to get to the property, and what to see around it. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a great stay. The floor to ceiling view of the Acropolis and the neighborhood of Anafiotika is unbeatable. The check in process was very easy -- Chris is extremely helpful -- and the location on the boundary of Monestiraki and Plaka is perfect. Besides all that, I was pleasantly suprised by how quiet it was. I expected a barrage of music from neighborhood bars and night clubs, but what little I heard was in the distance, and it ended early.

On thing to know: to get to our penthouse room we had to negotiate a set of stairs at the bottom of the building and another one at the stop, with limited hand railing. (An elevator takes you up the four floors in between.) Do-able without great effort but harder carrying luggage. Best to be sober.

It was very pleasant that the room was ready when we arrived. it was a bit earlier than were official announced. We got all explanation we need. The view from the room is simply unreal. Both day and night, you can see all the main sights right from your bed.

I would add a stool to the room to open suitcases and something like a small chest of drawers to put small things in there

All of the apartments had been recently refurbished to a high standard. Simple, clean and minimalist in design. We stayed in the penthouse on the 5th floor which was excellent. The apartment block is in a ‘pedestrian only’ area so no traffic noise. Location is close to a number of excellent restaurants (that offered high quality meals at reasonable prices), and the main tourist attractions (so you will be ideally situated). If you are arriving at Athens Airport take the Metro to Monastiraki (cost 9 Euro) then the apartment block is just a 3 minute walk (the Metro is very clean, efficient and takes about 45 minutes, whereas a Taxi is 60 Euro and takes a similar amount of time). The hosts were great and very helpful.
