Nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds. Night check-in is available. An additional 10€/day is charged for private parking (there are tiny spaces, but it seems normal for Athenes), and the same charge is applied to the dog. Also, there are great breakfasts, friendly staff, and residents. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

I didn't understand how the room's a/c worked, but I forgot to ask. And dreaming about removing the pic of the ruzzian flag at the entrance.

We loved it! If we are going to Athens again, we are staying at ibis Styles Athens! The room was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was close to the public transportation. The staff was kind and helpful. They helped us with different things like taking our delivery box when we weren’t at the hotel, borrowing us a hand scale for our luggage. It helped us a lot. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Breakfast was more than adequate and a nice variety of items. It was also close to the metro station.

I was disappointed that it did not have a restaurant.

The hotel looks very new and plush - everything worked well, it was super clean, comfortable and the staff were lovely and welcoming - and the desk was open till very late. It is located about a 5 mins walk from Agios Ioannis metro station, allowing easy access to Athens centre and then good connection to the airport. We walked up from near the acropolis, which is not easy if you are carrying cases - so use the metro or get a taxi. The only slight downside is that the area looks a little "lived-in" but that is to be expected when you are on a main road and outside of the centre. Take a look on Street view if you are worried, but we felt very safe in Athens and didn't mind walking around late at night. The hotel was certainly full of English couples at breakfast, so you'll never be short of a conversation, and the staff all speak excellent English too.

Great location: Across the street & around the corner, Speciality Coffee. 6 blocks from nearest subway, 12 blocks from HOP on HOP off bus. Book WITH breakfast If a breakfast eater. WELL worth it. A great variety of foods to choose from. ALL staff patient, friendly & helpful. Small but nice outdoor seating area in back...a welcome oasis after a day of touring!

No small area washcloths. Smallest was what I would call a small hand towel. Need a new supplier of nose wipes,those on offer were too "sturdy". If room temp needs adjusting call front desk for a positive result.

Very good managed Hotel with well trained staff. Young lady at reception by our check-in (Tereza ?), staff in breakfast room (girl and man /Apostolis?/, cleaning personal - all are very friendly and at same time very professional. Hotel is clean, with well and efficient house keeping service and functions. Breakfast offer everything and all sort and type of food for everyone. Quality of food and ingredients is on the high level. Good located, still you need 10-15 walk to most important touristic hotspots, or use public transport on convenience at disposal in close proximity.

Actually everything was fine. Hotel is not for some Gala party in the evening at bar chairs, who need such accommodation.

Beds - they took the effort to have a proper mattress topper (sod) over the two single beds pushed together to make the one bed. Most accommodation place sell double or king rooms which is code for two single beds clamped together. They are often hard uncomfortable and the mattress seams in the middle almost make it pointless. It’s annoying that most of them do that. Ibis however went to the effort of having a proper soft comfortable mattress topper to remove those issues. Their staff were lovely. We arrived very late and the staff were very nice.

Location is fine, not far from city centre, Breakfast was fine too , has better options as compared to other hotels breakfast buffet. Staff was nice .

The hotel pickup service from the airport was confusing. I booked for the airport shuttle but it didn’t show up, i confirmed shuttle service booking with the hotel via booking.com messages but then hotel later e-mailed me for re-confirmation of my booking, which i unfortunately missed to read and reply cause i was travelling and so my booking for airport shuttle apparently got canceled. That was disappointing, as the distance from the airport to hotel is quite far. It was little frustrating to enter a new country with this kind of start.

It was nice, that employees helped us with everything, especially with the issues that we had at the last minute. Hotel is also not very far from city center, every time we walked back on our own. Rooms were also spacious, especially the shower, so very comfortable.

There was not many options at breakfast for people who follows vegan diet.

Clean, bright decor and very helpful, welcoming staff who let us book in early and looked after our bags for the day after we'd checked out. Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed and generally all pretty much spot on.

Nothing really - couldn't have asked for more. Just what we were looking for. It's not a central hotel, but close to the Metro, which is easy to navigate, and although it might be a slightly more run down area of the city, we felt safe and happy walking around.
