I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ivis during my visit to Athens. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I knew I was in for an extraordinary experience. The first aspect that truly impressed me was the hotel's exceptional location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to all the major attractions, shopping centers, and entertainment venues. Whether it was exploring the historic landmarks or indulging in the vibrant local scene, everything was conveniently within reach. The hotel's prime location truly enhanced the overall experience of my stay. However, what truly set this hotel apart from the rest was the level of service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt pampered and well taken care of. From the warm and welcoming reception from Elena to the attentive and personalized assistance throughout my stay, their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident at every turn. The hotel staff exhibited a genuine passion for their work, and it reflected in their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate any request. The level of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the entire team was truly remarkable. It was clear that they were committed to creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for every guest. The amenities and facilities at Ivis were equally impressive. The rooms were not only stylish and comfortable but also meticulously maintained. I wouldn’t know where to start describing the great service we got. Everyone is SUPER attentive. We celebrated our anniversary and with a couple of weeks of anticipation I requested some surprises for my wife, a flower bouquet during the breakfast and a bottle of champaign for the room in the evening. These two were delivered with perfect coordination so it was a real surprise for mu wife! I can’t thank them enough. The room and hotel in general is very modern, comfortable and conveniently located around many restaurants from where you can see the Parthenon offering a beautiful view. The service in general is REALLY good. One day I stuffed all my clothes for laundry in the respective bag but forgot to take it down to the lobby. I communicated with them through IM and they gracefully agreed to go to the room and pick it up. By the time I was back to the hotel it eas washed and dried, fresh in my room.

The area of the hotel can look like it’s dangerous, but when you realize that there’s graffiti in the entire city you realize that it’s a very safe place to walk around. If you don’t like cats, you may want to reconsider ealking around. It’s full of them.

The location was perfect, just off into a quiet street in heart of downtown Athens. Walking distance to the Parthenon and to a lot of nice restaurants, bars, and shops. In contrast to many of the places around, the building was modern and the rooms were very spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was spot on, and the in-house restaurant also has a great menu and ambiance. Staff were really helpful on every single point.

Parking is always an issue in this area, but more suggestions and information of the parking options and culture around the property would have been more helpful for foreigners (ex: that you have to leave your keys with the valet overnight for the 24h parking services). Also to know that there are other lots where you can tell the time you will depart and also stay in contact with the parking attendant. Not really a fault of the property, just the one thing that we struggled with during our stay.

Excellent breakfast choice, very helpful, attentive, friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed here for 2 nights before a stay on the island of Hydra and had booked a different hotel in Athens for on our way back. We cancelled that hotel and booked to stay again at the Ivis4 Boutique The restaurant was an absolute gem . . . . I couldn’t understand why more people were not enjoying a meal there. The food was of superior standard and beautifully presented. I can’t rate it highly enough and really recommend everyone who stays here tries it.

The staff were very friendly. When we arrived we were given a glass of fresh orange each and were able to leave our luggage until check-in time. The bar staff were very knowledgeable and made us cocktails outwith their menu. Restaurant, sightseeing and transport options were offered without any bias towards the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was amazing. Basically, eat all you can/want!

Only there for one night.

Super modern hotel in the heart of very cool neighborhood. So much to see and do and not far from the main Athens attractions. Its a very busy area but the hotel felt quiet and calm. Easy parking nearby. Fantastic breakfast included. Helpful and pleasant staff. They made some great recommendations for dining in the area that impressed. Rooms are comfy and well appointed.

Our second year here. Our room seemed a bit smaller than last year despite it being the same category. Not a big issue and did not make the stay any less enjoyable. Will return

This hotel was in a really good location. It took us no more than 25-30 minutes to get pretty much everywhere walking. There were lots of restaurants nearby and in walking distance. I love that it had a pretty nice gym set up even though we didn’t get to use it because we walked so much during the day we were kind of tired. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was good. If you like pizza, you must try the pinza. I would definitely stay again, but not the type of room that we stayed in for this visit. One thing that really stood out was that we left at five in the morning hours before breakfast started because we were going to miss breakfast. The hotel made us to go bags with some breakfast items so that we wouldn’t be hungry.

I did not like the fact that I had a crappy view from the balcony. It was of trashed buildings, and I felt uncomfortable sitting outside because I could literally see people watching me. Upgrading to this room was definitely not worth it. If we stayed here again, I would just get a regular room or go big and go for the top floor because that’s really the only room with a view. Also, we did not like the fact that the temperature cannot be controlled in the room. It Hass to be controlled by the front desk. And the unit is shared with the neighboring room so if they don’t like it cold, your room can’t be cold either, so we were very hot at night and tell her last night there. We finally got someone to turn on the air.

Great location. The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The spacious out door living space and view of the Acropolis made up for the room being a bit more on the smaller side than than we thought. The bed was comfy and we slept well with white noise.

I don't have anything to complain about that was a deal breaker but the room was smaller than expected however the spacious outdoor balcony and living area made up for the room size. You also have to walk up a flight of stairs to the forth floor because the elevator only goes to 3. Still not a deal breaker for us because the view of the Acropolis was wonderful!

This was my second stay at the hotel and they exceeded my expectations. In my opinion a hotel experience es 50% the premises and 50% the service. Well, this hotel provides the best service that I've experienced in muy life. The hotel reception goes beyond any possible thing to make your experience in Athens an unforgettable. I will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a top notch experience in Athens.

We stayed with my boyfriend at this hotel for 7 days, it was our romantic stay. Already on the first day of our arrival after the night flight, we were met by a beautiful girl-administrator Iro, since we arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, we were immediately hospitably offered a delicious breakfast and aromatic coffee while we were waiting for our room. Everything was great! Every morning delicious breakfasts to choose from, an amazing Paschalina girl who brewed our coffee with such soul and care that we felt the difference when we tried coffee elsewhere. Everything is at the highest level, beyond praise! The hotel is very conveniently located, everything is within walking distance, metro, Monastiraki square, the Acropolis can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, along a quiet street that is not far from the hotel. There are restaurants, cafes nearby, which are always open and where you can enjoy delicious food, not only national Greek dishes, but any others to choose from. In the evening, a stunning view of the Acropolis opens up - an incredibly beautiful place. Cleaning was done every day, everything was clean and comfortable, each hotel room has a balcony, which is very convenient if you want privacy. The hotel staff is always open and ready to help, the charming girl Elena, who accompanied us on the day of departure, Iro, who greeted us with a smile every morning and was always interested in how we are, incredibly energetic Paschalina. Thank you all very much for the incredible experience that will stay with us for a long time, IVIS 4 Boutique Hotel - you have an amazing soulful team that will always help, tell you where this or that place is and feed you incredibly delicious food!
