Fantastic communication from the staff! Prompt and easy check in with very detailed instructions and the code system was very useful. Very secure building. The room was fantastic, absolutely loved the shutters for a great night's sleep, extremely comfortable bed, excellent pressure shower, all the basic amenities, cleaning staff and quality, close to transportation, only two stops to the city via the metro, very fast only 15 mins. 7 mins by foot to train and 8 mins for 2 stops to reach acropolis. Excellent central air con. Very clean! Warm towel rails were helpful to get some washing done as well. The pelmet lighting and many choices to set a different wide range of ambience.

Gym air con wasn't working properly, was a bit too warm and muggy.

Very modern and clean apartment. Balconies on both sides of the house. Little kitchen was included. Loved the bathrooms with double shower heads (hand-held and overhead). Plenty of towels included and also soap, shower gel and shampoo. Excellent air conditioner. Amazing black-out blinds in every room.

The kitchen was actually too small to make real dinner there and did not have proper knife and a only one scraped pan, because it did not have pan shovel. Some slippers would have been nice, because of the stone floors. Tip! Put some stickers on the lights from electrical equipment, cause they blink a lot during the night. Why there isn´t any laundry machines in such a large building?

We loved the design of the apartment, its cleaness and confort. We found everything one needs when traveling: neet bathrooms, comfortable beds, well equiped kitchenette, power sockets, etc . It was above expectations. I fully recommend it

The only issue is that there is no staff receiving you and giving you recommendations about your stay. It's an impersonal experience that is not always welcoming when you are visiting a new place.

Spacious apartment, great bedrooms and bathrooms

Living room felt a bit sad. Sofa was uncomfortable and only space two people to sit on. We preferred to spend our time in the bedrooms because the living room wasn’t that cozy. Kitchen missing few items you normally find - vegetable peeler, scissors, larger knives. Some of the furniture (kitchen, dining table, chairs) on the lower quality.

Great place with good location. Everything was very clean and well maintained. For an extra charge you can rent a car park for your stay. If your car is too big, there is no way to park it, but there is a paid car park near one metro station. There is a subway nearby to the hotel, with which you can reach the central hour of the city and all the sights in 15 minutes. There is also another type of transport, many shops and restaurants. If we visit Athens again, we would come back here again

Wonderful luxury appartment. Enjoyed the facilities, lovely sized rooms. Nice haven to retreat to. Close to metro & tram stops. We only used the trams.

Really would have appreciated having a parasol on the terrace. Asked if we could have a parasol, offered to hire one if possible. Not possible. The streets around the appartment are quite dirty and unkempt. Less cafes/restaurants to choose from. We did enjoy Di Frans & Leaf near Neos Kosmos tram stop.

Comfortable beds, location, clean and fresh and secure

Far too many lights, Even at night with everything closed up there are lights that you can't turn off. I like a dark room to sleep in so I had to pile pillows up so light wasn't on my face. Also not eco friendly. The bathroom has wires that are hanging out above the mirror and also more lights down the side of a wall that is back to the raw wall.Someone came in twice in 4 days to do room tidy ,no notification or request to do so, wasn't happy to find someone had been while we were out. No teatowel to dry dishes. It is a nice apartment but not for us with those annoyances.

in the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was great for us as a family. the apartment is very clean and nicely designed. the staff was very friendly and replaced the towels several times during our stay and brought missing things for the kitchen. in the building, there is a conference room and a gym. the apartment is located 15-20 minutes walk from the city center

the communication with the property - when using Booking chat, it took a pretty long time to get answers. when I switched to WhatsApp, I got answers pretty quickly

Excellent central location in Athens, Very close to Neo Kosmos Metro station. Clear instructions on entering the building. Excellent support staff. The managers managing the property were brilliant. They are so prompt on responding to queries and sorting things out - special mention to PANOS - he was brilliant at trouble shooting. We upgraded to a suite with a hot tub for 3 days. If you are looking to stay central in Athens this is a very clean, secure place with easy access to metro. Highly recommend. There is also a gym at the basement which was very functional.

Nothing major to complain about. Maybe they could schedule garbage emptying and towel change more regularly - but if asked they were so prompt and helpful - so not a major issue at all.

Great value for this money! Near the metro station and tram from where you can travel anywhere, amazing location! All basic things that you need were already in the apartment which I didn’t expect. Of course the main star was the jacuzzi and no regrets! Friendly staff, easy access to the accommodation with a code.

Apartment could’ve been a bit cleaner but beside that everything was perfect!
