It was the most beautiful setting. By far one of the best looking places in the city.

All the steps but that’s just cause I’m out of shape.

Location very central. Rooms are comfortable with the most breathtaking views of the caldera and sunset. Breakfast is great and is made to order. They even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. Thank you to Adi who was an amazing host, recommended places for us to go and carried our luggage up and down the steps for us. Nothing was too much and there was a friendly feel. The indoor hot tub room was lovely but there were no windows apart from a small window in the hot tub area and a shutter that opened on the front door, however we couldn’t open it to let in fresh air and it did not give privacy when opened. Other than that, we had no complaints and enjoyed our stay.

Cute little cave room with in room spa. Central location, close to shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, arranged transfers, car rental and the porter carries your luggage down all the steps. We had a shared balcony for 2 rooms (depends on the room booked) where we enjoyed daily breakfast and a beautiful sunset with wine away from the crowds. We had it to ourselves each time. The room is quite well set up and felt luxurious.

Room 1 is accessed at the doorway to a storage area, and light shines in at night. The bed can be hard to get out of as one side is against the wall. But these are minor issues. Though I would suggest an eye mask.

The suite that we stayed well situated closed to all amenities in Fira, the bus stop is also 5 min away walking. Very comfortable room, all toiletries provided breakfast served at the balcony at the exact time you request it. Staff are very welcoming and helpful and are willing to help with everything.

Not really much to mention, besides the fact that we had to walk up a small flight of stairs to access our balcony and jaccuzi which can be bothersome if you need to grab something quickly or end up disturbings other guests relaxing time by going up and down from our suite.

Aperto Suites is a boutique hotel with stunning views of the caldera. It features 7 suites, 4 of which have terraces and jacuzzi pools directly out your door. Two of the suites are traditional cave rooms with indoor jacuzzi tubs, but without a direct view of the water. These suites has a private terrace up a couple of flights of stairs. The last suite has views of the water, however, the jacuzzi and terrace are located above the suite requiring climbing of stairs. The "honeymoon" suite is located at the top of the property and offers the best views. A picture of it recently came up on an ad to follow ThisEarthBeauty Instagram in our Facebook feed. We stayed in this suite which is built into the side of the hill and is open and spacious. Christine and the staff are very helpful. We unfortunately arrived in the wee hours of the morning due to flight delays so Christos was not available to bring our luggage down. He did however bring it all the way up the stairs and out to the street on our departure. Christine stayed up till nearly 3am to greet us and get us checked in. She was always available via text/Whatsapp and arranged transportation to/from airport, to restaurants, and other parts of the island. She also arranged dinner reservations on one evening. The staff was always very responsive to our requests. We needed beach towels for a trip to Elafonissi and they were delivered to us within 15 mins. And when we wanted the temperature of the jacuzzi to be warmer, it happened in under 5 mins. They were also able to provide us with ice each evening at our request. One of the best parts of staying at this location is having breakfast delivered to your terrace each morning. You select the items you would like for breakfast and the delivery time the night before and Christos delivers it promptly to your terrace in the morning. Wonderful experience sipping our coffee and dining with the spectacular views of the island.

As with most Santorini hotels with great views, there will be steps to go up and down. That might not work for some people so be aware.

Amazing location - all the main shops and restaurants are on the door step along with pick up point for tours/excursions. The suites offer the most Amazing view you can enjoy from your own private hot tub. Really good vegetarian options for breakfast - this is set up for you in the morning on the balcony overlooking the volcano. The staff were so lovely - greeted us and helped with luggage, were flexible with changing food options and other things. Everything was done with a smile. The rooms were clean cosy and functional.

Maybe a few more hooks for hanging clothes but otherwise the room was nice.

Communication between staff and us as guests was excellent even before we arrived. Mariam helped us in all the details we asked. Arranged us the taxi pick up even later and night while the receptionist waiting for us, even due late check in. Arranged us renting the car. I was fascinated by their kindness. The receptionist was kind, helping us with everything, also the suitcases. We were very grateful. The breakfast was incredible, brought to the rooms. I would definitely coming back! thnk you for everything.

Room was clean, equipped with all basic facilities. Hot tub inside the suite; Excellent view of the sea; Very good breakfast.

Although the following are the norm for most of all the suites in Fira (to be fair): 1. To reach the terrace, one has to go out of the room and cross in front of other people's room and the kitchen; 2. Terrace is facing / touching / adjacent to other people's terraces (not much privacy); 3. Lots of stairs to go down from Fira's main square to the property. Stairs are not so comfortable to walk on (tend to be slippery), especially when going down / up with the luggage; No window in the room. Although it is well ventilated, the room still tends to be humid.

We loved everything about this property! The location was excellent and with stunning views, the room was beautiful, spotlessly clean with everything u could need for your stay. And I have to mention the staff Miriam in reception and Addi were amazing! So helpful, chatty and lovely. Addi worked non-stop everyday bringing breakfasts, cleaning, carrying cases up and down the steps nothing was too much hassle. We will definitely return to this amazing hotel and stay for longer next time.

Staff were wonderful, went over and beyond to help. The accommodation was stunning and central to all shops and restaurants .

The hotel wasn't accessible by car to drop off luggage due to the central location. The roads were closed off for pedestrians. We hired a car and parking was very difficult to find. The hotel was more than happy to assist with your luggage.
