Location - Walking distance to FIRA/ bus stop so that you can go to other towns. Cleanliness - hotel was very clean - daily cleaners mopped the rooms and you always came back to an extremely clean room. Staff - Marina (Hotel Desk) and Kostas (Restaurant Manager) were amazing and extremely accommodating. Everything they did was to make sure we had the best experience and they were just all round very friendly! Food - Breakfast had vegan options (had to request beforehand) which we loved. Lunch was a fairly standard bar menu. Dinner was an amazing dining experience and better than the local FIRA restaurants. Head chef is a real professional!

Location - at the bottom of a hill so walking up when you need to go into town. Cleanliness - shower had no divide from main bathroom so, bathroom gets quite wet. Staff - some of the older staff on the hotel desk were a bit rude/brash. Food - a lot of flies in the eating areas, no attempts to even get rid of them.

The welcoming was very warm, they explained us everything about the island and what we could do during our stay. The hôtel was very nice with 3 pools. One which was kids friendly. The sunbeds were very nice and comfortable. Service at the pool was great, I recommand the Slushy virgin drink. The breakfast was good with an egg live station. Location was amazing, very close to Fira center by walk. This is my second time in Santorini and the location was on point. Hotel was also providing a transfer service that we contacted by WhatsApp for pick up, very easy and convenient. (But quite expensive) The terrace was great, huge with 2 sunbeds with view on the pool. They also kept our luggage’s after checking out which was very convenient. One bottle of Greek wine per room was complimentary.

I was a bit disappointed by the room, I was travelling with a couple of friends and they got a way better room even if we booked same price/room. Cleaning service forgot to put the products back, hand towel, beach towel and water in the fridge, it was a bit annoying, I am not used to it when travelling in 5 stars hotel. Also we asked for late checkout but it was not possible. The lady at the entrance requested us to leave at 11:00 sharp. They also offered taxi from airport to hotel, 50€ for 8 min drive, that seemed a bit unreasonable. We found cheaper on site. Overall experience was great, only a few minor adjustments and it will be even better ;)

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Santorini and would absolutely return if I visit the island again. The facilities, location, views and breakfast were all exceptional. The room was very nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This was our second trip to Santorini, and we wish we had discovered this hotel the first time around. The pool area was really nice, offering a perfect spot to relax, and the food from the hotel restaurant was amazing. It was truly worth the money for such a great experience. My only suggestion would be to have the pool heated, especially for those visiting in early May when the weather can still be a bit cool. The hotel's location is ideal—close enough to the main areas of Fira to be convenient, yet far enough away to avoid the crowds. This balance made for a very peaceful and enjoyable stay. Overall, this hotel provided everything we needed for a memorable Santorini vacation.

The property is very beautiful and new. the hotel just opened in 2022, so very clean and modern. The pools are beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time there and felt very comfortable. It is a 5 minute walk to the capital, so that is very convenient and a 5 minute walk to the bus station.

When we got to our hotel we were greeted with kind reception staff that upgraded our room to a volcano view, we were also given a map with lots of things for us to explore whilst in Santorini. Our room was absolutely beautiful and house keeping did an incredible job at keeping it this way throughout our trip, everyday we were given fresh water, toiletries and bedding. We were also given a bottle of wine and fruit on our first night. The waiting and bar staff were beyond incredible and are truly a credit to the hotel. They were all so kind, helpful and dutiful. They have great recommendations and were very attentive, positive and happy to help. The food and drinks were exceptional. We had both lunch and breakfast. The lunch was delicious as well as the ice cream. Breakfast offered a full buffet everyday with different selections of fresh veggies, fruit and cakes as well as pancakes every day and an omelette station and endless hot drinks and juice. The cocktails that we enjoyed poolside were also incredible. The pool was a dream and every need was fully taken care of by the staff. The rooms also had fresh towels every day for both pool and bathroom needs as well as hairdryers, bath robes and slippers. I truly feel this hotel is the best hotel I have ever visited, it is beautiful, spacious, safe and has the most incredible staff.

It’s right on the main road, we paid specifically for a view of the caldera with a balcony to enjoy the view which we absolutely couldn’t do because the road which is the main road into Fira is really busy all hours and basically right under your balcony window. Didn’t use it the whole time we were there. Should have been mentioned in the description

Stayed with family and friends for our wedding at El Viento. I am incredibly picky with hotels. I am type A and hate old, dirty, dingy hotels. Orama is the complete opposite. It met our expectations and more! The resort itself and rooms themselves are incredibly clean and modern; Comfortable bed and rain showers. With super relaxing pools and spa. They have 3 pools! It’s right outside Fira, perhaps a 5 minute walk and the cliff side views are to die for. My husband and I had a couples massage… chefs kiss! Literally so wonderful and relaxing. They even gave us complimentary full size lotion and body wash! The staff and the breakfast are by far our favorite. The staff was so helpful with everything we needed! They were always available and on top of every inquiry, requests, and assisted us with our rentals and taxis. Everything went so smoothly. It’s insane how they make you feel like anything is possible. All you have to do is ask! Lastly, I want to really thank the chef in charge of breakfast every morning. Without a doubt the most delicious traditional food. The chef came out every morning to check everything was as he wanted. Talked to everyone and made the experience that much more special. I love this resort and it’s truly a gem! My husband and I decided that we’ll be back for our 5, 10, 15, 20 … anniversary. Orama will always have a special place in our heart. Also, shout out to the waitress from Brooklyn. You are living our dream!

We had an amazing time at Orama. The staff is super nice and accommodating. My friend planned a little surprise for my birthday and the staff were really great about it and helped her a lot. The food was great as well. Everyone will find something at the breakfast buffet, they even had vegan options (yogurt, cheese, roastbeef). The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The location of the hotel is great and practical to explore not only Fira but the whole island. In short walking distance you will find the Fira city center and the bus station. If you rent a car or Quad (the staff can contact rental services for you) you can park it easily either in front of the hotel (few spaces) or at the parking lot next to the hotel. All in all we would recommend the hotel wholeheartedly and were really sad to leave. If we will be back in Santorini we would definitely stay here again.

The entire environment was truly beautiful, matching the culture and luxurious. Every member of staff, from hospitality to reception to cleaning treated us with warmth, welcome and professional standards. Great location, we were able to book a room with magnificent water views of the Caldera, indeed the room design was unique, large and a pleasure. Great choice for breakfast. A delightful stay in every way.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Everything feels brand new and very clean. Our family suite gave us the perfect set up with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The shallow children’s pool was brilliant so the children can be safe and have fun for hours. The hotel location is ideal and just a short walk into Fira, even for little legs. We booked a sunset catamaran trip through the hotel which was one of the best activities we’ve ever done, I would highly recommend.

Most of the staff were great, there were just a couple that were less helpful.
