Absolutely perfect! Exceptional little boutique hotel overlooking the Caldera right next to two chapel domes. Kostas was an exceptional host. Immediately told us all the things that we needed to see and helped outline an itinerary. Right on the edge of Fira within very close walking distance to parking. The hotel is perfectly located to walk into all the shops and restaurants but close enough to the edge of town that you can get out easily without fighting the traffic. The room was perfect for two people. The beds were very comfortable and accommodations very updated. The rooms have the Cycladic design and were very nice. The view from just outside our room was a picture. Perhaps my favorite memory will be waking up to a wonderful breakfast every morning and sitting on the bench table and looking out over the ocean. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend it!

Excellent view. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and massive breakfast included. Nespresso machine and bottled water in the room. Less than 5 minute walk to the bus station. Possible to get cocktails and food from next door restraint served on your balcony.

The location, atmosphere, the staff and hospitality, breakfast. We were there in mid November during the off season. With far less people compared to the peak season, everywhere was so picture perfect. Aroma Suites is located super convenient, still a hideaway, quiet, literally you are staying in one of the cave houses. The places are maintained well, clean, Costas and the staff are very friendly. Please make sure to get a ride from the airport through Costas before arrival. It costs 30 Euros, but it's no hassle to worry about going steps up and down. The driver carries luggage all the way to your room.

The bed wasn't firm enough for us. It could be fine for others. The breakfast was individually served which was great but way too much for us. We felt bad that the food got wasted.

Costas (property manager) was excellent. Very responsive and communicated well with me through bookings.com or Whatsapp. Help arrange dinners as well as catamaran excursion which was amazing! The view from this property is absolutely stunning. No need to go anywhere except your balcony or hot tub to experience an amazing sunset. The kids loved the upstairs loved two twin beds which had a beautiful view as well.

The only thing that could make this property better would be some shade on the patio area (umbrella) and if the main bedroom had a door (vs. being open). That being said, it was still a wonderful experience!

Costas was there to meet us on arrival, grab a bag and lead us down to the hotel. Everything about the hotel and how it runs was explained in detail. We were shown to our room and the features were pointed out to us (room safe, fridge, etc). Having breakfast on the terrace every morning was a great way to watch the cruise ships anchoring and just enjoying the amazing views. Speaking of views, they are to die for and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. With shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, Aroma Suites is a great place to stay.

The water pressure in the shower was weak but I can understand that with the plumbing and conservation of water. It wasn't a big deal.

Location was great, very spacious room. We were in the Vanilla Suite. Fantastic breakfast served on our private deck overlooking the Caldera. Easy to get dropped off/picked up, bus station 10 mins walk away. Supermarket 5mins walk.

Great views of the surroundings, churches, islands, water and ships. Night view of the town of Fira (and Oia in the distance). Super convenient for restaurants, cafes on main walking strips and for day outings - eg Acrotili, tours starting from the old port and Oia. Near the public bus stop. Early check-in was much appreciated. Host was welcoming and helpful. Great place to stay in Fira in private spot with awesome views.

This is Fira not Oia so we expected some noise. On Saturday morning we were woken up by early morning loud speaker announcements from a cruise ship for passengers to hurry up and enjoy the tranquility of Santorini! Followed by Saturday night noise from night clubs till mid morning then loud church bells commencing from 710am on Sunday! Kettle was plastic was dirty not useable. Breakfast basket for condiments had old papers from previously discarded sugar sachets. Water bottle was only supplied on the first day.

Mind bending great views of course! Great location at the quieter edge of Fira but with perfect, short access to everything by foot and with car drop off very near bye. ( Virtually no luggage hikes up / down stone stairways and what little there is, Costas and crew will manage for you.) Breakfast is tasty, varied, well prepared and well served on your balcony. ( It is also huge and will last you all day!) As others have said Costas is a great host!

Only one very minor ...the private balconys are not perfectly private as other guests may need to cross on rare occasion. ( ie Ours was central with a unit on other side so no one needed to cross ours but we would have to cross one or the other to reach one of two exits on either side of the building.)

Great cave hotel with all the amenities you need! There is quite a few stairs but well worth the climb. We had breakfast with our stay and it was delicious and served on the balcony with an amazing view and there was plenty of food! Costa, the hotel Manager was great! He helped us find great places to go to for meals and set us up with a wonderful Catamaran excursion. Anything we needed he was there for us!

Costas, the manager, made sure everything was perfect. Exceptional service!! The hot tub is not hot, but very refreshing. Breakfast was excellent; either a hard boiled egg or a quiche, bread, sweet rolls, cake, yogurt with honey, grilled ham & cheese sandwiches, orange juice, and coffee, and sometimes a salad. You can ask for milk and water. The room is like a cave. Plenty of room. An expresso machine with pods is in the room. You can ask for an electric kettle. We rented the room with the shared balcony. The view is awesome and the balcony is big enough for everyone. Very close to restaurants, super market, and the walking path to Oia.
