location, price, views and staff were all incredible. Kevin and Marirena were super helpful during our stay and always greeted us with a happy face! My husband and I stayed in the honeymoon suite and would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for accommodation in Fira.

very minor noise from restaurant/bar upstairs. opens till 12am and you can sometimes hear the chairs moving around if you’re in bed. again, minor.. we were still able to sleep through it :)

Great location, incredibly hospitable staff, beautiful rooms beyond compare and an unbeatable view! We ended up staying an extra night and upgraded rooms, as our current room was not available. The staff did an excellent job of making the move as painless as possible, and gave us a very generous deal on the upgraded room too! We loved this property and would absolutely stay again on our next visit to Santorini!

The hot tubs were not very warm so we only got to use them a couple times during the day when the sun warmed it up enough. We had hoped to use them more in the evening, but I imagine that’s less of an issue in warmer weather/during summer

Beuatiful cave suites.. loved the sunset views and caldera views. Hot tub was excellent and the hotel staff was superb. Special shout out to Cavin (i think) who is at the reception desk from 4pm he is amazing. Also the staff who served us breakfast was amazing. Facilities in the room was amazing. Complimentary wine and water bottle was great addition. We were also offered complementary drinks which was unexpected so made us super happy and we enjoyed watching the sun go down from our own private hot tub. Thank you so much for everything we had the best time. Would highly recommend to everyone I know.

Breakfast tea or coffee could be served in a kettle to keep it hot as soon as the breakfast was served on our private balcony it was getting cold in 2 minutes. Water pressure in showers was too low but I guess thats the whole of Santorini. There are no full length mirror in the cave so I had to go out and look at myself in the main door reflection which was also fun.

We booked the Cave Executive Suite 301. The location and the views were fantastic. The staff was very supportive, friendly, and accommodating. The service was top-notch! The location was convenient for food, shopping, attractions, and public transportation. This property has only eight rooms, and although it is right in the heart of Fira, the privacy was decent. The restaurant (Iriana Cafe) is located at the property, which is very convenient.

There is nothing to point out, but we wished we had elevators to go up and down to the room :). But the whole experience made it look like that was not even a concern, and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Iriana Suites! The location was absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything and boasting the most stunning sunset views. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; a special shoutout to Kevin for his exceptional service. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was incredible. Highly recommend Iriana Suites for a memorable stay.

While we loved many aspects of Iriana Suites, there were a few areas for improvement. Given the premium price tag for Room 101, the Honeymoon Suite, we expected a bit more 'wow factor' in terms of amenities or special touches. Unfortunately, the proximity to PK Cocktail Bar meant loud music and vibrations kept us up until the early hours most nights. Lastly, the shower in our room had inconsistent water pressure, sometimes requiring us to turn it on and off multiple times to get any water flow. Addressing these issues could elevate the overall guest experience.

Property is in Fira so very close to everything. Great location, amazing staff, Kevin was very helpful & also all the servers & other staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing & super lavish with a great view. Loved this property.

I didn’t know that room we booked was 4 stories down so it was really hard to walk up & down every time you have to go out. They should mention that when you book the hotel. Also jacuzzi & breakfast table was one level up. When i booked the property it seemed like everything was on one level. They need to clear that information when booking. Also taxi drops you to the bottom of street. Kevin came close to the hotel to help us with luggage. We had to carry all of our luggage on a steep hill by ourselves. They need to have some service available to help with luggage. Also my check in bag broke by carrying through rough hill which caused a lot of problem rest of our flight.

Kevin and Adriano’s were amazing! Adriano’s met us a short distance away the minute we got out the taxi and took our bags straight to the hotel. You couldn’t get a hotel looked more in the centre. If you tried with the most amazing views. Kevin attended to every need sorting the safe, trip questions, delivering pornstar martinis down three floors so we could have at our dining view area by our tub. Adrionos and Kevin delivered our breakfast to the second It was ordered down to you to enjoy the view. We are quite fussy people and I could not fault this place. It was amazing! Never stay anywhere twice and head back every year 😍😍😍 Iriana you wonderful staff absolutely makes somewhere beautiful absolute perfection 🥳

Couldnt fault

The staff was absolutely amazing. The day we arrived they met us where our driver was and immediately took our bags to the hotel for us. They were so friendly and kind and every time we came and left made sure everything was to our liking. Breakfast was provided and was always ready when requested and there was a large assortment of things to select.

It was not a fault of the place, but there were several stairs that we had to use daily. This was not expected and perhaps we would have requested a different room. We did not have to carry our bags up or down the stairs and now seeing Santorini and the way hotels are built into the mountain side I completely understand.

The view of the hotel is the best view of the island, and you have the sunset all for you in your private pool,magic. The breakfast system is also amazing, you sit in your balcony with the best view and food. Also, Loved the staff. They were super warm, respectful and attentive, shoutout to Kevin, he made our stay special! Welcome drinks and wine bottle were a plus.

Not a single thing.

The location was phenomenal. We were so glad we stayed here instead of Oia. Despite being in the heart of Fira, it felt like a sanctuary whenever we were in our suite. Having a jacuzzi and patio overlooking the caldera was amazing. We loved watching the sunset from there every night. Our suite was a lot bigger than we expected. The staff were so warm, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. The welcome wine and farewell drinks were an outstanding touch too.

We liked everything.
