The rooms were clean and the bathroom had been recently renovated, which was a nice touch. The parking lot was spacious and convenient. The staff was very friendly and polite, and they were very attentive to our needs.

The mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, and the furniture in the room was slightly outdated. The only major downside was that the walls were extremely thin, and we could hear everything from the neighbors. Unfortunately, we had the misfortune of having noisy neighbors who were inconsiderate and loud, speaking and slamming doors at 3 in the morning.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It was a very clean hotel from the bed linen to the bathroom, floorboards and balcony. Hotel staff were very friendly too. The family apartment we stayed in was large and comfortable. The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming when we arrived. The location is just a quick 10 minute drive into the centre. I’ll definitely book here again when I visit Ioannina in the future.

The location is great, the staff is very helpful and polite! The parking is wide and has easy access. This is a great place to start your adventure in the Ioannina area, including the famous caves, the lake, etc. The room is very decent, with enough modern amenities and allows a great night's rest. The town itself is very charming, with some great places to eat out and enjoy Greek country life!

Staff was very pleasant and ready to help. The room and the rest of hotel is very well maintened and cleaned.

Noise isolation is very low so you can hear almost everything from neighbouring rooms and corridor. And if other people are not respecting quite time there is a problem to take rest. However staff acted on my request and everything was ok after it.

we liked everything about this property - big comfortable apartment with a nice yard . Owners thought on every detail for their guests .

We had some difficulties finding the location . Directing signs on the way can help , so is a a large and clear sign near the property .

Comfy rooms and beds, everything in good working order, quiet neighbourhood, 6 min drive from Ioannina (central point by the lake), or 45 min walk or up to 10€ by taxi. The area has everything one might need, like coffee bars, markets, etc. Big balcony to enjoy early morning coffee and breakfast.

Domus Inn met our expectations in full. Nothing was annoying.

On the way to the island of Kefalonia we decided to make a stop. We found the location very quickly, the parking was secured. For one night it was the perfect location, quiet all around, at the foot of the mountains, a few minutes from the lake. The apartment was clean, newly renovated bathroom, air conditioning, plus a mini fridge.

I think the only disadvantage is that there is no possibility to have breakfast, but nearby, on the shore of the lake, there is a restaurant "Spitaki" where the breakfast was fantastic.

Very clean, modern bedrooms and bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of safe onsite parking. We arrived at the property very late, after check in time and the host was very accommodating and waited up for us to arrive.

Clean, well maintained, managed and situated, very kind staff.

No in-room coffee maker and no breakfast on site. Also, a very small shower which was difficult to operate without water getting all over the bathroom floor.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was exceptional: it had been aired and it was obvious that it was freshened up. The room was very well equipped and furniture was exceptionally good, new or well-maintained (not broken, clean and fully functional).

I have no complaints!
