A lovely little hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. A very, very rich breakfast. Espresso coffee and unique mountain tea included. Quiet terrace in the shade. Top location. Lovely cafeteria with lots of tables. Quiet green garden.

It is bad that there is no hanger for outer clothes by the door. There is also no clothes dryer if you wash clothes on the terrace. The Internet is weak, as in all of Greece. There is no view to the lake, but it is quiet. Saturday night is noisy from restaurants and bars.

Not hotels fault but other guests smoking on their balcony is very unpleasant for non smokers who can’t use balcony and need to keep door shut to stop smoke siphoning in. Many hotels globally restrict smoking now in communal outdoor areas due to recognised health risks.

The stuff was very friendly and welcomed us at arrival. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean and had hot water all the time. The location is just outside the center, about 10-15 walking. It's near the lake where you take a stroll. It doesn't have parking but it has plenty of space near the hotel.

A modern, stylish and very comfortable hotel. Excellent location next to the lake and just 3 minutes on foot to the Castro. Newly built hotel block. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice bathroom. Strong wifi. Stylish cafe/bar downstairs. Excellent breakfast with good ingredients. Attentive and friendly staff.

The city of Ioanina is very authentic and picturesque. The hotel is on walking distance to old town, beautifully restored and has a lovely, large courtyard. The staff, all young people, are wonderful hosts as they were helpful, informative and made us feel welcome. They provided us with tips for the region (places to eat, places to visit etc) that have been extremely helpful. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, with Coco mat products and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was great, consisted of local products and home-cooking. We had a great time in Ioanina at Z hotel and are looking forward to returning.

It was very modern, comfortable and clean with all necessary amenities for our short stay. It was short walking distance to many restaurants and shops and sight seeing points. Staff were lovely and very accomodating to our needs. Would highly recommend.

The so-called free parking is actually a public space and was packed when we arrived. One of the rooms didn't have a shower door.

Great hotel! Super clean and cool, very very nice staff!! Close to the bars and restaurants, lots of free parking available. Nothing missing here, great shower, a very good bed. Quiet aerea, fast Wifi. Do not hesitate to come here!

Staff ( main aset of the hotel), facility, location, little garden, cafe, breakfast room and breakfast itself. They do really care to offer best selection of food and coffee/tea, juice to start the day in a very nice way.

May be they have to improve bath aspiration system
