Location was phenomenal. When you want a great view you can't go wrong with the room. It is the highest room of the hotel and there is nothing obstructing the view at all. The staff are very friendly and attentive to all your needs. They also carried our luggage from the taxi all the way to the hotel room. We are happy with the hotel and would definitely come back. The location is at the top of the whole of Fira so when you start your walk to the shops it's all downhill which is perfect. Only takes 5 minutes and you're in the start of all the shops.

The view from the terrace was exceptional and was what we had expected and had been willing and prepared to pay for. The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive.

The room was very basic. It was quite small and apart from a small refrigerator there was no other items like glasses, cutlery or cups and plates. The hot water system took about 8 - 10 minutes to warm up for a shower. The bed was up in a loft with very low ceilings and a steep ladder to climb up to it.

Fantastic location with a breathtaking view of Caldera.Lovely bartender welcomed us offering us a welcome drink and was always nice to interact with. The location is really amazing, quiet at night although it is just 5 -10 min walk to Fira. Whatever you need, restaurants market etc is within walking distance. We also wanted to hike to Imerovigli and Oia so it was perfect for us to be in Firostefani. When we are back to Santorini, we would gladly come back here!

We used bottled water for brushing because the tap water tasted and smelled weird. Not a property issue per se, but probably it is island-wide as water is scarce.

Possibly access to additional drinks with breakfast after the pot of coffee and hot water had been finished. That is really being picky though.

Staff was amazing— kind and so very helpful. The views were extraordinary. A little north of the intensity of Santorini but still on the beautiful caldera with gorgeous views.The gentleman who carried our suitcases and brought our breakfast to our balcony each morning could not do enough for us— a true gentleman and one of the hardest workers I’ve ever met.

Amazing location - a 10 minute walk from Fira and thankfully away from its maddening crowds. We had a hot tub & lovely balcony with a wonderful view of the caldera from which to watch the sunset. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Very friendly staff, and very good location. Breakfast is not exceptional but is good enough to start the day, and the view is wonderful while you are having it ! The sunset is absolutely stunning from here. Without asking, we have had some helps from the staff to carry our luggages.

Tiny things : - Light in the room early morning ( above the door, there is a window which can't get obscured ) - Hot tub and swimming pool were too cold at this time of the year to really be able to enjoy it (early October)

Absolutely brilliant!! Location is spot on and the staff is amazing, views from this hotel is breathtaking, please book this hotel you won’t be disappointed 5 stars for this place it’s a lot better then Fira which is over crowded.

the villas have a great location, an incredible view and are also close to restaurants and shops. pleasant staff always willing to help, thank you Olga and Luca for taking care of us 🙌

There’s a lot to love about this hotel. The view is absolutely perfect, it’s location was perfect for us (10 min walk to downtown Fira) so we were close enough to the restaurants and bars without the loudness of Fira. the service was awesome and homely, the breakfast was great. Great family business.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for us, but not unbearable.
