Fantastic location. This hotel is fortunately on a quiet block. Great restaurants and the historic town surround the property. I must say the hotel staff was wonderful. Loanna was wonderful, helping us with transportation and guiding us to different restaurants and destinations. I would highly recommend the hotel. Special note for anybody that is physically challenged. The rooms have steep stairs to a loft style room, so it needs to be taken into consideration.

It personally was not a negative for me however it needs to be taken into consideration that the rooms are set up similar to a loft. You must be comfortable with stairs.

Traditionally furnished w one bedroom one bathroom loft style spacious rooms. Steps didn’t both us but we left our luggage on the lower floor, armoire was upper level for a few items to hang. Short stay and amazing old town location with an incredible staff at the front and back of the house. Restaurant is 10’ from front door and loads of food choices in the neighborhood. They expertly helped us w our transfers and accommodations in another area of Crete. Great spot for able bodied, value conscious travelers that like a quiet spot. Great roof patio for enjoying the wonderful climate. One black away in either direction are great clubs and bars for all night fun. We appreciate the stay and gracious staff!

we being down a flight of stairs from sleeping area, but we are 60 plus and it was manageable.

It was a very nice 2-floor maisonnette appartment with bubble bath, 2 flat screen tv's including Netflix/Amazon Prime, a little kitchen with coffee/tea, and located at the Chania promenade at the seafront. The hotel has also a shared big garden with tables. We were there in March and the prices were absolutely reasonable. Would recommend en defo coming back again.

Some apartments do not have a balcony. I didn't know but that's my own fault because I didn't check the booking on that (for every apartment you book it's specifically written if it has a balcony).

Hotel is in an excellent position. The staff are all friendly and professional. Cannot praise them all highly enough, especially Penelope. The room was very clean and quiet (room 9) Bed was comfortable and aircon on a constant 26°.The bathroom was modern and clean with 2 different showers. Fridge in the room and 2 small bottles of water provided every day. Breakfast was also very good and served outside on the front, overlooking the sea. You pre-ordered what you wanted and it was served to your table fresh.

No balcony.There was a decided lack of hanging places and storage in the room. No wardrobe but a rail with very few hangers. So if going for more than 2-3 nights take extra. No where to dry swimming stuff or towels in the room but there is a communal clothes airer in the courtyard outside. Also only 1 mirror which was in the bathroom. However, all that aside, we got into a routine and got used to hanging stuff on door/window handles.

It was perfect in every way We could not have enjoyed our stay more The breakfast was amazing The location was perfect The restaurant was the best The management and staff were professional and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them We recommend this place for any couple who enjoy the best of everything you won’t be disappointed Bravo 🎉

The property was in a good location really cheap and worth it,comfortable beds and the staff was lovely

Everything was perfect except from the bathroom there was no window and there was e weird smell everytime we flushed the toilet also there was a small amount of humidity. Lastly, the ceiling that was from glass next to the toilet , while raining it was leaking a little bit.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, 5 minutes from the Harbour, the Beach or the centre of the Old Town depending on which direction you leave. Breakfast was outside in their bistro. Everything was freshly prepared and the staff were outstanding. The hotel was extremely comfortable, the beds were just right!

The bed, pillows, and blanket were comfortable, it was a good-sized room for a single/couple. The bathroom had toiletries and fluffy towels. The host/concierge was available during normal working hours.

The only thing I did not like about it was that my room had a window facing the main pathway to other apartments, but there was no privacy curtain. Just a sheer curtain. Other than that, it was a nice comfy room. Breakfast is not included, but the hotel gives you a 10% discount.

Located on sea promenade with stunning views. As we visited during the so-called off season, many of the outdoor seaside cafes were closed giving us even better views of the Cretan Sea (Mediterranean). Beautiful ambience in a restored Venetian building. If you like beauty, vintage and tastefully restored architecture, this is your place. Our window opened onto a spacious outdoor terrace which we could have used, but weather a bit windy during our stay in late December. No complaints what-so-ever about this facility.

Because we visited off season, although around Christmas, the hotel cafe was closed. Would have enjoyed an in-house breakfast but also found Bee Coffee less than a minute walk east of the hotel. Highly recommend Bee Coffee Cafe for the flower ambiance, comprehensive menu, good service, and Mediterranean views.

Beautiful modern rooms with a great view from the outdoor seating area. Room service cleaning every day with bottled waters, toiletries and towels provided. The location is mere steps away from the beach, old town or a number of restaurants.
