One of the nicest places I have stayed in. Room was huge, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a big balcony area with a jacuzzi that looks out onto this sea. Staff were very friendly too. Beach is only a short walk away and beside the old town. Would stay here again.

Stay was perfect, only downside is there are clubs beside the property that play music until 3 in the morning. Didn't bother me too much as I was up late anyway.

We had the pleasure of staying at Omma Suites, and it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. The location is superb, offering breathtaking views on the beach. The suites themselves are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every modern convenience you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring the surroundings. What truly sets Omma Suites apart, however, is the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with any request, making me feel truly pampered throughout my stay. The amenities at Omma Suites are also top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the whirlpool with its stunning views—it was the perfect place to unwind. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, catering to every taste.

The location of the suites are perfect. You can directly watch down on the shopping streets. Also there are about 20 restaurants within 200 meters. The room was spectacular, and the balcony was also really beautiful. The staff was always really nice and helpful.

The only thing that’s not positive about this place is, that you can slightly hear the music from the streets.

Exceptional stay at Rethymno was due to very attentive staff and the manager who created a special atmosphere of being always taken care of. The suites are located in the centre of the town, which makes the sightseeing easy. The balcony overlooks the central street, which makes the stay very interesting as you may observe the local life. I would also like to mention cleanliness and the smell of freshness in the room, and the bed was very comfortable.

Great location for shopping, cafes, bars and restaurants. Room was very clean and very pleasant. The balcony is huge with two sun-beds and a jacuzzi. Housekeeper cleaned the room every day and they even provided a nice bottle of wine on our arrival. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The place was bit hard to find and parking was a nightmare. Super busy area with lots of traffic. However, the staff guided us to park near by for 5€ a day, but somedays it was full. Also, there is a nightclub right next door and it’s quite loud every night. It didn’t bother us so much but if you are looking for peace and quiet, maybe not so peaceful. They offer sea views, but the beach right in front of the property is not so clean and you can see industrial ships and a ferry. It’s more like a port. Lastly, the pillows were super high and hard and not so comfortable for the neck. The staff bought us new ones, but even these were too high and uncomfortable. In conclusion very nice room, good aircon and clean.

A wonderful luxury apartment at the center of Rethymno city! Our stay here was nothing short of spectacular. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The apartment itself is a true gem.Staying at this luxury apartment was like living a dream. It's not just the impeccable interior and modern comforts; it's also the impeccable service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Mr. Manousos, the Apartment Manager, certainly deserves praise for making our stay wonderful and comfortable. This is a fantastic property. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very good communication, great room with the double jacuzzi on the deck and excellent location. We also really enjoyed the included breakfasts at the cafe a few doors down. What’s not to like! Some people said they heard the sounds from restaurants nearby, but we were never troubled by it.

The room are just incredible, super modern, clean and very comfy;-) And the sea -view is just stunning 🤩The staff are just AMAZING-very helpful, supportive and just lovely from every point of view. Wonderful suite with elegant Interieur design and a fantastic terrace. Great view and evening vibes in the whirlpool. As the suites are located next to the center and lively beach promenade there is some music until late evening. You are quick in multiple restaurants/ locations and beaches so overall it was a perfect stay with a polite and helpful stuff. Efcharisto
