First of all the property is very nice with a wonderful view of the Caldera from the property terrace which is amazing. Property has a nice pool, with a jacuzzi. It is right touching the main street and Oia blue dommed church is 800m..which is a quick walk. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Nikoleta is a wonderful host. She was so nice to keep a welcome wine for us and also stock the fridge with some essentials. She also guided us with best possible parking areas, places to see. Amazing host. Giannis checked us in and he was very helpful. I will definitely recommend people to stay here.

Nothing at all

The staff were wonderful, welcoming and friendly! The bed was comfy which is so important for us when we are staying away, it wasn't too hard or too soft. They cleaned the place each day and it was very kind of them to have left us a bottle of wine and a birthday card! The location is great, you are out of the way of the crowds but close enough to walk in. The pool is nice and there are a few hot tubs you can use too.

The only thing that could be improved for us would have been the outdoor areas. It was really hard getting any shade in the second half of the day because the umbrellas were fixed and on the wrong side of the seating for the sun. So we spent more time in the room than we would have liked hiding from the sun. I think a few more shady spots and some softer lighting in the seating area would have made a big difference! The air con units kicking out heat and the lack of shade in the seating area in the evening really were a challenge!

Room only . For a couple Air conditioned Shower / toilet in bathroom with shower gel / shampoo etc . A coffee maker / kettle / microwave so that we could make tea and coffee in the morning . Fridge filled on arrival with bread / cake / orange juice and a nice bottle of wine . We had stairs up to terrace with four loungers and a table and chairs and hot tub with sunset views and views over Oia. There was a small shared pool for all the apartments which was cleaned daily and had sunbeds . Our two daughters had another apartment which had no hot tub but was also very nice . This was adjacent to the pool and had a table and chairs outside which was lovely in the evening for a pre dinner drink . This apartment was quite a bit cheaper and really nice too with a fridge stocked on arrival . Fresh towels Daily cleaning Really friendly family running the place

Everything was perfect. The owner's welcome emails were most informative making it very easy to reach the location. The young lady at the reception desk was courteous, polite and tireless in answering all my questions and most helpful in providing directions and organising the tours. The location was excellent, close to all amenities (local supermarkets, restaurants, car rental, bus stop) and a short stroll away from the centre of Oia .Neat and tidy, well organised, comfortable, self- sufficient room providing an amazing, breathtaking, mesmerising sea view. The atmosphere was most welcoming and cosy, felt like home. The hostess was warm, cordial, friendly, kind and open-hearted making sure everything was fine and providing a wealth of information about the island. Highly recommend Aspa villas.

Where to start? First, Nikoleta's daughter, whose name I can't remember, was a delight at check in time. So friendly. Next, the room was spectacular! very spacious with excellent amenities, a really cool bathroom, and, the coup de tat, a veranda with its own jacuzzi. And talk about spectacular! The views from the bedroom, but especially the veranda, were amazing, Nothing better than sitting in the jacuzzi with a glass of the (provided) wine and looking out on Oia after a day of many steps.

These are not negatives with Aspa (there were no negatives), just some tips for visitors. Santorini streets are narrow and crowded, so be alert when walking at all times! The hiking trail from Oia to Fira is really fun, with incredible views, but it's a little tricky to stay on due to some confusing side paths, etc. Keep Google maps handy. Finally, sunset over Oia is good, but, frankly, better past Fira on the other side. I watched both from Oia and from Ventesantos winery (highly recommended!), and the latter was better.

Greatest host ever met! In your room you find everything you need for good vacation! You can go there just in swimming suit and everything what needed is in the room. Great sights from terrace and jacuzzi (photos from terrace)! Bus stop to Fira in 5 meters from place. We were even suggested and got much more service than we paid for. We got early check in after long journey (room was ready almost at 9 a.m., most hosts wouldn’t do that! I know because I have not few experience). Also our flight was late in the night and we were offered to use terrace, WC and even shower until we needed it. Mrs. Nicolette is great person and host. It was pleasure to meet her personally. Kind, intelligent woman! Hope I’ll visit her place agin next year.

Only thing that could make this place a sure paradise is a pool with sea view.

Dreams do come true, Luxury in santorini for a fair price. Let's start with the location, just outside of Oia, away from the crowds and only a 15 minute walk right next to the majestic caldera views. Supermarket, parking and bus station are right next to the Villas. The room: simple yet very cozy with a small kitchen, nice bathroom with perfect shower preasure. Opening the fridge at our arrival and finding bread, turkey ham, cheese, yogourt, water and bless the gods... a local bottle of white wine was such a nice details. The villas private terrace is only 10 meters away, and again simple and charming, you can have your coffee, breakfast, or evening wine here with a view of the caldera and Oia with a partial but fair view of the sunset in your own privacy ( try the jacuzzi! After a days exploring it will relax your body and mind ) Communication with Nikoleta: Before and during your stay she will make sure you have all the information and care you need. So profesional!... and did I mention she has a beautiful warm smile? I can't reccomend this place enough. Do yourself a favor, stay at ASPA Villas and let Nikoleta and her wonderful team take care of you! Congratulations Nikoleta, thanks for everything and our best regards to your team.

that we couldn't stay longer

Great location, and fantastic views from terrace. This was my favourite part of my stay, sitting on the terrace and taking in the breath taking views during the day and at night. Immaculately clean. Regular daily cleaning service. New towels every day. Even have swimming towels for pool. Great personal touches eg. the bottle of wine, food in the fridge, sewing kit, and even a shaving kit! Supply of sugar, coffee and milk is beyond any amount you could possibly get through. Good storage facilities and generally speaking you have anything you could possibly need. Great communication from host before arriving. Very hospitable, even texted to see how our first night was and if we needed anything. Absolutely outstanding service from host. I would definitely return to Aspa Villas, if ever I was fortunate enough to go back to Santorini

The communal balcony on the caldera was amazing. It had a jacuzzi, sunbeds, and multiple little tables and chairs with umbrellas. We sat there with a glass of wine at least once a day to enjoy the view. The walk to oia town took about 20 minutes and was very scenic. The room was comfortable, bathroom had good water pressure, kitchenette had everything you need for a few days stay. There was a spot to hang washing right outside the room. The pool area had sunbeds and was sheltered from the street. There is a company to hire cars/ATVs right across the street. There's also a bus stop and a shop for essentials across the street.

Street going to Aspa villa is a one way, so if you're driving plan accordingly.

Our stay was pretty much perfect, amazing scenic location in Oia with an incredible view from the shared terrace. We sat out there every day for breakfast and dinner/drinks, it had plenty of sunshades, loungers, tables and chairs and it was so much better than going to fancy restaurants! The hosts were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean with a functional fridge, A/C, toaster and microwave. Dishes and cutlery were fine for making some basic meals like salad using ingredients from the grocery stores (there are a few within walking distance in Oia). The snacks upon arrival were a nice touch though we did end up buying more food for breakfasts.

A Nespresso machine or stove for our Moka Pot would have been good to have
