I wanted to share my incredible experience during my recent stay at Andreolas Luxury Suites in Zakynthos from August 13th to 15th. From start to finish, everything about my stay was simply fantastic. First and foremost, the warm and friendly demeanor of the landlady truly made me feel welcome. Her hospitality added a special touch to the overall experience, making it feel like a home away from home. The cleanliness of the rooms was absolutely impeccable. Walking into a well-maintained space instantly put me at ease. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for their guests. Now, let's talk about the location – it's beyond amazing! The prime positioning of Andreolas Luxury Suites allowed me to wake up to breathtaking views and enjoy easy access to the beauty of Zakynthos. Whether it was the stunning beach or charming local attractions, everything was conveniently within reach. To sum it up, my stay at Andreolas Luxury Suites was a delightful experience. From the cordial landlady to the spotless rooms and the unbeatable location, every aspect of my stay was top-notch. I can't wait to return to this wonderful haven for my future vacations

- spotlessly clean (and I mean spotless! the entire 11 days) - private location, very quiet and beautiful - consistently very good breakfast - supportive, helpful and understanding staff - really nice other people staying at the hotel

- partial sea view (we were really hunting for a sea view, and dismissed a lot of other apartments because of the partial sea view, so this was a big disappointment) - no real "access" to the sea in a holiday sense (while we could physically go in and out of the sea, we had to go all the way around all the other hotels and apartments in the area, in order to get to a usable beach) - bathroom was a little run down (top shower bit was essentially broken) - very little natural light in the rooms - kitchen way too basic for an apartment - the only really useful thing there was the fridge

Excellent breakfast choice and plenty to go round. Loved that we could eat breakfast outside. Fantastic apartment location and perfect for a swim in the sea and sunbathe afterwards on the grass terrace area. Lovely to fall asleep at night to the sound of the sea. Availability of sunbeds never an issue. Super comfy bed which was made up every day for us. The bathroom, balcony and bedroom areas were kept perfectly clean every single day. Helpful to have towels to take outside. Toiletries were unexpected but a nice touch. Situated away from the busy part of town which suited us perfectly.

Just one thing - room 103 has 2 aircon units which are situated on the balcony, it was uncomfortable to sit on the balcony with the aircon on (to cool inside) because of the heat being pumped out from the aircon units.

The room is super clean and modern. The breakfast was good though there is no variaty from day to day which might be boring for long stays. Maike is an excellent host, always nice and answering with a smile. She offered to make us sandwiches one of the mornings when we had planned an early boat trip. The place has parking and enough sandbeds for all the guests.

There is no longer a beach in front of the villa. The sea now reaches the garden's wall and the sand beds are all placed inside the garden. The pictures on the booking don't match exactly the room. We stayed on the top floor with the shower in a tight corner. The owner, Msr. Andreolas (present daily on site) didn't allow us to bring any kind of food (not even chips) on the tables around the garden even though they don't provide any service for lunch or dinner. Also we were asked to consume drinks from the fridge (self service charged on the room) instead of bringing our own drinks. Finally at night the room is getting very warm so the A/C has to be used but is placed right in front of the bed and the air flow was quite annoying.

We liked everything about this accommodation: the location close to the sea, the spacious and clean rooms, the breakfast and last but not least the kindness of the staff. The suite has a small kitchenette equipped with the minimum necessary: ​​plates, glasses, cutlery, fridge, even a kettle. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels changed every day. Towels for the sunbeds are also available, but they can be changed for a small fee if wanted. If we will return to Zakynthos, we will definitely choose Andreolas again.

View is beautiful. Rooms are always clean. Stuff is always helpful and friendly. Location is very quiet, since it's not close to restaurants or bars. Huge positive: Not smelly like many hotels who stay closed for half the year. And most of the furniture was new or seemed that way. It was a comfortable space and allowed rest right away after coming out from the beach due to its proximity. The downside is that it has rocks when you enter the beach, so, ideally, get beach shoes, your feet will thank me, but as soon as you go a bit deeper, it's only sand..

It was quite expensive for only offering breakfast (which is quite basic). But it's mostly due to the high peak season and its proximity to the beach, I guess. If I go back, I'll certainly forgo that option and just buy the cereal and milk brand I like. Also, considering that most restaurants in tsilivi don't offer lunch, it's a shame the room didn't even have one of those single stoves in the kitchen.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even gave us the golden tip for a windy day, when it was a bit too tumultuous to swim in front of the hotel. On calm days it's wonderful on a little sun bed and an occasional dip in the ocean. There's a few rocks to walk over (in the water), but after two meter it's sandy and lovely. The breakfast was good, with eggs, bacon, pancakes, sausage, fruit, yoghurt and more. When we thought we were going on tour very early in the morning (unfortunately this got cancelled in the morning due to the wind), they brought us a very elaborate breakfast the night before to put in our fridge. The location is really perfect. It is nice and quiet, right on the ocean but away from the hectic Tsilivi. However, just walk 5 minutes and there are already quite some restaurants and shops to choose from. Another 5 minutes walk and you are in the middle of everything. The parking was next to the hotel, very convenient. Room was kept very clean by friendly staff.

The bathroom was a bit old. We had to hold the shower head in order to shower. But the water pressure was really good. The beach towels were not so quick to dry and replacing them costs one euro per towel.

The location was great, you would just come down the stairs and directly in the sea. Everything was great, breakfast was good, the view was perfect. The room is cleaned everyday, the towels are changed every 2 days and you also have separate towels for the sunbeds. Parking spot available, the area is not noisy. Totally recomend.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with sea view. Only one room has sea view, the other one has the balcony in the hallway (not ideal if you want to use the balcony) and it was a little bit dark the room.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was light, airy and kept spotlessly clean. Towels changed every day and sheets four times in the week. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. We had a balcony overlooking the sea and a second on the side of the building, which caught the afternoon sun. The weather was sunny and hot, but air conditioning was available in each of the bedrooms if needed without charge.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay.

We loved the place. The location is perfect, couldn’t be better. Just at the water with very convenient access to the water. Spacious rooms, actually it was more like an apartment with 2 rooms, kitchen area and a balcony with beach and sea view. Very good service. The staff arranged a trip around the island, a taxi to the airport at a reasonable price. We arrived early and were allowed to check in at 10:00 instead of 15:00. Changing our clothes and relaxing on the beach for additional 4 hours was really a good bonus. When we realized that our trip would be too early and we would have to miss the breakfast, we were offered to take our breakfast in the evening of a previous day. Briefly speaking, everything was done for our holiday to be absolutely perfect.

Absence of Mosquito nets :). It is a problem for me at all hotels ‘cause I don’t like to sleep using air conditioning.
