My room was comfortable with stunning views .Great shower. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful

It would have been helpful to have a bedside light, not just the main overhead light.

The breakfast was great! A little repetitive but yummy. We liked the space and the staff was wonderful. The room was really spacious and it couldn't have been better located.

The wifi was a little slow and the common spaces were generally uncomfortable. There was an extremely drunk guest that caused a scene, but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Location breakfast laundry service all great. Francisco the manager spoke perfect English which was a great help in booking tours and shuttles. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure we had a fabulous experience in Antigua and the Volcanoes beyond. We were made very welcome and if we came this way again would stay at Hotel Maya is

Breakfast choice was great but would have liked some fresh orange juice. A small point.

Really friendly and helpful (we bought multiple great value transfers) the mini roof terrace has a great view of fuego at night. Superb location by La Merced, easy walk up to the hill of the cross. We had a few different rooms over the trip, a massive one and another more modest one. Always tidy. Good breakfast (and they made us up a take away bag for our early departure)

The staff were amazing, great welcome & checked me in early, held my bag for me until the evening for my bus on check out. Room was very clean, best shower since I left Europe 2 months ago, loads of hot water, great water pressure. I was in room 9, nice and quite even on the road & the view was amazing. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, good Wi-Fi for Guatemala. Location was superb right in heart of the town.

good value when in discount, shower with good pressure, great staff, they offered us a breakfast boxes as we were leaving early in the morning, and the man at the reception also watched us until our shuttle came

Good value for money. The breakfast was tasty. Good location, you do not hear the noise from the streets We stayed in this hotel on 3 seperate occasions. Some of the rooms are much bigger and comfortable than others.

The windows are facing the interior and you can you hear everything the other guests are saying in the corridors. The handles on the doors are not easy to use. You can often spend a few minutes trying to open your doors. This also creates a lot of noise. The hotel staff refused to allow us to leave a bag in the storage room whilst we went away for a week. The storage room was big and empty but they would not allow it. Luckily the kind people at New way tours were more accommodating.

The staff were kind, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, the terrace had beautiful views. The room was comfortable and well decorated.

My room was near the entrance and I could hear people coming in late and leaving early. The bathroom was damp with water in the corner and smelled musty.

The location is perfect, and the included breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. As female travelers, we felt safe and appreciated that there was a night guard and someone working 24 hours. The room was perfect for a home base in Antigua. We didn't expect to spend much time at the hotel, so it was fine that the room didn't get much natural light and was small. We knew this going in, so the hotel room size met our expectations. Staff was friendly.

The walls are extremely thin, so be aware that if by the luck of the draw you have other guests staying who will make noise throughout the night or talk in the room during sleeping hours, you will hear everything. The first night, all guests were like us, quiet from 10am-6am and we slept well. But the second night we did not get so lucky and experienced minimal sleep. Just something to keep in mind.

the room was perfectly clean, the stuff so friendly and kind. delicious breakfast included! airport shuttle at midnight and late check in was no problem:)
