The hotel is nice overall, the reception and the dining room where breakfast is served are nicely and comfortably furnished. The hotel room is spacious and has a double bed and a sofa. We received a bottle of water (2l) upon check-in.

Some of the minuses that I noticed in the hotel room are: - The floor is made of tiles, not parquet or carpet; - The towels, although washed, were easily seen as worn (the material was damaged, had stains and an unpleasant smell once they were soaked in water) - The bed pillows are of inferior quality (if you want to feel like you have a pillow under your head when you sleep, you should fold the pillow in half because it is thin) - In the pictures the room also has an electric kettle and tea/coffee cups, but I did not find anything like that. - The soundproofing is not that good, you can hear people talking quite well from the hallway, especially in the morning when the cleaning service starts. Unfortunately, there is only one water dispenser at breakfast.

The place was tidy and nice personel. They allow pets. Pretty close to the city center and good basic breakfast.

Even if the location is close to the center, the street looked like it was in a bad neighborhood :) The parking is kind of expensive for a night, but if you are visiting for a weekend, the parking is free citywide.

Our stay at Impulso Fashion Hotel in Budapest was truly unforgettable! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a pleasant fragrance that set the tone for the rest of our experience. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with bright colors and beautiful lighting that make it feel so welcoming. The rooms were spacious, lovely, and equipped with all the promised amenities, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was simply phenomenal—so many varieties, especially kid-friendly options, that made mornings a delight. And the coffee? Oh my goodness, the BEST coffee I had in Europe! It’s machine-made, but the flavor was rich, nutty, and absolutely delicious—I couldn’t get enough of it. The staff deserves a special mention for their kindness, politeness, and incredible helpfulness. They went above and beyond, helping us book tours and providing detailed guidance for exploring the city. Their service truly made our stay extra special. The location is another highlight. It’s so close to Keleti Railway Station and has excellent connectivity with nearby bus stops, metros, and trams. While the Pest side has a different vibe, I never found the locality unsafe. It’s convenient and well-connected, which made getting around Budapest so easy. Overall, our stay at Impulso was exceptional. My kid loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave, and I can’t blame them! Budapest is such a beautiful city, and staying here made it even more magical. I already miss it, and I miss Impulso. Highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Budapest. ❤️

Nothing at all!

Impulso Hotel is located very central in Budapest, right in front of a Tram station, just 2-3km from many attractions in Budapest. The free upgrade of room with Genius Level 3 was great as we got massive rooms (with tiny bathrooms) for our 4 night stay. The breakfast was quite nice too, with vegan/vegetarian warm dish options. Free electric car charging was a bonus!

They say the breakfast is until 11am, but at 10:15, they were out of one of the vegetarian dishes that I wanted to have. There was no resolution for this, coz' apparently, they don't make them in-house. The entrance to the parking works through a code (you have to park on street until check-in), and the entrance is a bit tight. Be aware of curb rash.

Nice hotel, good location, nice breakfast, good wifi, clean

I was not feeling to comfortable walking neer hotel after sunset...a lot of drunk people and people on "substances" some od then laying on the flor on the streets - nkt nice when You walk with family. When we came to our room , two out of four shower gels were used and half full/empty. Bathroom could have more light. No english language chanels on TV. Breakfast would be nice to have baked bacon as somenone already said, fresh squeezed juice...toaster, and some other food that is usuay served in 4 star hotels.

We have been staying at this hotel every year at the same time for several years in a row. We are never disappointed, always clean, room ready on arrival. The breakfast is excellent, the only thing I miss is that there is no coffee machine available during the day, as it used to be. However, it is also understandable that they have discontinued this, given the behavior of certain guests and the rude handling of the free drinks offered during the day. An alternative could be a water heater in the rooms. The secured parking lot next to the accommodation, payable for 20 euros per day, is excellent, as there is no need to look for a parking lot and the car is safe. We really like the hotel, the location is excellent, that's why we return every year.

I expect a 4 star hotel to have white, fluffy towels. They were not. We asked for extra towels, we received 1. There was very little room service in the 3 days stay- remove trash day 2 and that was about it. Location is a little far from where all the action takes place; fortunately Uber and taxi are affordable in Budapest. The area does not seem the best, I would not walk the streets at night there.

The hotel is located close to the city center. We had a fairly spacious family room with four comfortable beds. Everything was clean, and the beds were very cozy. I would especially like to highlight the breakfast — there was a wide variety of options, and everything was very tasty.

The soundproofing was very poor. Since we stayed on the ground floor, we could hear everything from the street. I would also like to mention that the water in the sink drained poorly. Overall, I didn’t notice any major issues, as we only stayed at this hotel for one day.

Very close to subway station and 10 min walk from the hop-on hop-off bus station. The room was big, clean and cozy. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of food. Friendly staff.

There are only few tables for breakfast and it’s hard to find a table even if you have the breakfast at 7.30 am. But the most annoying part is that there is nobody from the hotel to organize the guests so there is no queue to get a table. You just have to hunt for a table and this is not something I would prefer to do first time in the morning.

Second time we come here and the hotel still holds up to the standards. -we were supposed to get a smaller room but got the better one for free -amazing breakfast with an incredible variety of food (they even have cakes and several options of milk for your coffee-which is quite decent as well) -the room is spacious with modern furniture and a very comfortable bed -contrary to what others are saying the staff IS friendly but not in an American way for sure; they are always ready to help but don’t expect the extra smiles and chit-chatting, it’s not common in this part of Europe

-the floor right at the entrance was not cleaned properly, everything else was spotless -the rooms could have better sound proofing
