We've had a very nice staying in this hotel: cosy rooms, modern facilities, perfect breakfast. We would like to thank to the reception girl for helping us with the cruise booking. She was wonderful.

The Staff - Wonda at reception was just the sweetest person. She really took good care of us within her capacity. The hotel being new the rooms were comfortable and relaxing.

1) The AC were not cooling (temps didn't go down below 24° despite them coming and trying to fix it). 2)The bartender refused to give me a coke or a glass with water and ice coz their closing time was 10:00 pm and I reached them at 10:00 pm and 15 seconds (the most absurd thing I've ever come across in our life - no sense of hospitality - she just point blank refused). 3) Tourist should be made aware of such strict regulations so they can time themselves accordingly in the future. This should be made known to customers while booking the rooms or when they arrive at the reception.

We were very satisfied with the size and looks of the apartment. It was very spatious and stylish. The hotel is just a short walk from the City Park with all its attractions - the Zoo, Szechenyi Bath, balloon ride and the iconic Ethnographiv museum. We also liked the breakfast which exceeded our expectations for an apartment hotel of this category. A hotel garage is a great benefit for those coming by car.

The hotel is just on the edge of the center, close to Varosliget but other attractions and tourist spots like Vaci utca, Ferris Wheel, St Stephens’ and the Castle are about 35-45 minutes walk.

The hotel is really good, renovated, new and fresh. Breafkast is amazing, a lot of food with multiple options, although fresh coffee can be paid only (coffee machine is free). Location is very good, close to public transport and in fancy quite area. The stuff are really welcomed and ready to help in any situation, they allowed to leave our staff before and after stay, also provided an iron by request. There is a car parking available, but costs 14 euros per night.

Spa and fitness zone should be paid additionally, althouth they could make it available by reservation. A little bath tools for a room with 4 people. A small request to improve the room numbers, they are almost invisible :)

The location was very good, clean, well maintained and with great attention to detail. The staff is always ready to help and very friendly, they helped me with a special request - and I want to thank them in this way. Good breakfast, and very good building parking. In a few words, the location is excellent. You have to be careful when you park your car for check-in, there is a "parking policeman" on the street ready to issue fines immediately, so it would be good to go quickly to put the car in the parking lot and then go through the formalities.

It is a little far from the city center for walking, but with the help of public transport that has a station very close to the hotel, it is very easy to get there.I recommend to take the application for public transport where you can buy tickets online.

It's a new hotel, in business only for few weeks. Everything is new and modern. My apartment had accents of industrial design on the ceiling which was impressive from my point of view, fully equipped kitchen, beds have firm foam mattress - on my taste. The bathroom is spacious and fitted with a large glass shower (US style). Hotel has it's own garage (underground) and few parking lots in front of it. Parking in garage is charge, and the outsides parking lots are free only one day. I've chose garage parking, because had convenient access by elevator. In garage there are 230 V electrical outlets which were handy to charge my car. The staff is helpful and nice.

A nice quiet location, pretty close to the city center. Friendly staff. A nice breakfast is included in a relatively inexpensive stay. Comfortable and clean room.

Room service could use some improvement. And something needs to be done about a poorly designed shower, that tends to turn bathroom into a swamp after use. Not a big deal if you are just a tourist, but may be a critical issue for those who are on business trip or otherwise might require to groom themselves thoroughly for important meeting/event.

The hotel is really luxury. The breakfast was very rich and healthy. Whole hotel is very clean. The location was good for us because we prefer to wandering around by foot. It's close to hero's square, Terror musem and New York cafe as well as Sculpture of the boys of the Paul Street. Byw our return ticket from Kelenfold station. It looks far away from the hotel but M4 underground made it easy way. Through Keleti palyaudvar, you would reach directly to Kelenfold even only one transportation.

The hotel was far away from main attractions and didn’t feel very safe walking around. Our room was through a door and hallway shared with another room. Our neighbor apparently thought it was only his room, was very loud and never shut his door…hence having to see a random naked man when we walked out of our room one morning. Pretty repulsive. Bed was VERY hard

It was very clean, and thoughtfully designed for a family holiday. Great breakfast and fantastic service at the restaurant!

There wasn’t any local information about the area at the hotel reception which meant we took a day to work out best mode of travel to local sites. On the first day we walked a long way to get trains when there were trams 1 block away from where we could have reached the places we needed to go. The staff were not able to assist us well.
