Location (near trainstation, various dining options nearby), Waschmaschine, kitchen, Terrasse, great price (around €100 for 3 nights)

1) Bad air (triggered asthma), but could be improved by putting both carpets away and washing blankets (washing machine in the shower) 2) door of the very small shower defect, water poured out and has to be dried manually 3) kettle unfunctional

Self check in went smoothly. The room was large and clean. Clean bathrooms. Nice and quiet location. Free street parking from 8 pm to 8 am, and available parking at the hotel for a fee. Good communication with the administration.

The towels were dirty and damp. Definitely not washed since the last client. So we wondered if it was the same situation with the linens. We really needed to take a shower after driving all day, but we couldn't use the towels. In my opinion it was the cleaning person not doing their job, and not the hotel policy (I hope)

It was perfect for me, everything what I needed it was less than 5 minutes walking distance. It was clean and tidy, had everything you need in the kitchen if you want to make your own food, but only salt. Otherwise it was lovely.

The tv had no remote and the tv box gave you only the main national channels ( 5 or 6), the rest probably required subscription. Would be great if you were able to cast your device to it ( just an idea). The small lamp on the bedside table had no bulb in it so it was out of order. And the cover of the main lamp was broken a little bit. But as I said before it was lovely few days there.

The place is quite specific. Very nice and comfortable rooms with almost everything you may need for even quite long stay. Available separately option of booking the underground parking is a very good addition. Everything is quite modern, clean and nice. The location is super convenient because there are many public transportation options available just on the other side of the street. It is super easy to reach any place in the city from there.

The building is located between old historical buildings (probably XIX century), however surroundings are a bit scary - dirty walls, strange people wandering around etc. I also didn't notice even a single policeman in the area, so one may feel not very safe there. I'd not recommend walking alone there after the dark. I'd also add a few more cups / mugs + maybe a teapot in the kitchen.

I was a little bit of suspicious about "no staff" organisation, but everything was very functional. Everything was explained in the e mail, the day of check-in (maybe it's better to send this email a day or two earlier and on day send the details about keys password etc) The apartment was fresh cleaned, with everything enough what I needed for the one night stay. Organisation of the parking place is little bit confusing (no level marks) but everything is explained in the e-mail. I recommend it!!

The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The self check-in process was easy and explained well. The location was great, just a few steps from the main railway station in Budapest.

The WiFi didn't work during our stay. We didn't mind it because we had a lot of mobile data, so we didn't contact the hosts to solve the problem, that's why we cannot say how fast they would resolve the issue.

The position of apartment was perfect. We had near the M2 station and also the bus station . Many markets around 200 m and also McDonald's, KFC, Burger King etc . Dimensions inside and the possibility to reserve parking inside was a big plus.

The cleaning inside was only on surface . In bedroom the bed fell with mattress when sitting on him . Putting him back used preservatives was founded under him :(

Location and easy days near the train and bus stations. Fun times around metro too. Good and clear instructions.

TV was missing contriol or broken. Could not watch the olympics 2024 at all during the stay. We voted for Hungary 🇭🇺 at the Bars instead.

The location is excellent being so close to public transport, grocery shop, bakery, fast food, ATM. The apartment had modern floor and furniture, nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. The host was easy to deal with. Entry to the building and apartment is contactless.

Unfortunately the cleaning was not completed on time and the cleaner was smoking inside the apartment as we arrived. It is not a reflection on the apartment or the host, they are excellent, but should look for a new staff member to clean.

Beautiful apartment modern and clean, Clear instructions from the owners on collecting the key. Apartment was nice and warm and comfortable. Security is also great, always felt safe. Will use again

Can be a bit noisy outside but this is out of the control of the property owner.
