Room 103 is spacious with cosy bed, bathroom has enough storage space for your stuff. Terrace is very big, we really enjoyed it. Breakfast offers many different food, it was tasty. We got coffee machine and water in our room. But the biggest plus is big yard around hotel. It s great for families. You have toddler playground, fire pits, playground for bigger kids, trampoline, football playground. We really enjoyed our time in this hotel and will come back for sure!

We came with toddler who was all the time on the terrace, it could be cleaner, but we didn t mind too much.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good and diverse. The restaurant had great options for dinner as well. The sauna was spacious and comfortable, there was an amazing outdoor jacuzzi as well. The staff was very helpful and polite.

The room that we got had curved walls because it was under the roof, which was not comfortable. Also, the sound isolation was not great as we could hear noises from the elevator early in the morning.

Great and satisfying breakfast with everything you need The room was clean and very comfortable Kind staff Wellness zone has jacuzzi, sauna, small inside pool + outside pool which we found out as we left :( We only stayed for one night and only got into the wellness zone in the morning for an hour sadly. Will come back for sure to visit the rest of the city PS: they also have 2 kangaroos, lol. Bonus points

If you are travelling by car location is perfect. It is not far from city center and you have plenty of parking outside. Plus the location is very green and quiet. Room is big and clean. We did not use SPA facilities but kids really enjoyed the outdoor facilities.

I think breakfast could be better. It is very basic. Coffee is very good though. Plus Wifi is not super strong in the room and in the restaurant. You can do basic things like messaging but not watching a video or something requires a bit of data download.

We stayed in this hotel a couple of times, and there were three components we loved about it: 1) the staff was super friendly, 2) the wellness facilities were perfect for families with small children, and 3) the food in the restaurant provided an amazing culinary experience (we even came back just to have lunch without staying there).

Unfortunately, from our last visits, the food gradually became significantly worse. The previous experience was amazing; I would risk saying that it was a Michelin-star experience, but not anymore. The price/quality value is really bad now; it is just too expensive, and the food is average. Maybe the chef has changed, or perhaps something different happened; we cannot say. Secondly, the water in the pool was perfect for small children in the past, but currently, it is really cold, and the window was open. We gave it a 10/10 for the sake of previous stays, but unfortunately, we are not going to stay here anymore. It is a pity because it was one of the best hotel experiences we had, not only in Hungary but overall during our stays.

The rooms were large, spacious and rather comfortable. It was a great experience with a very helpful staff, and overall a well maintained selection of services offered. The property is quite large, and the back gardens are wonderful, for the kids to play or even the outdoor pool is very well maintained. Room service & breakfast staff is especially friendly, and was always smiling and happy to help. We traveled with Kids and at no time we had any trouble when we requested additional help / services from the staff. I would definitely revisit this with family, just to have a good relaxing vacation in this wonderful city.

The only thing that stopped me from giving this property a full 10 is a pair of sad Kangaroos / Wallaby just outside in the back gardens. Their cage is criminally small considering how large rest of the property and play area is. And I don't know if it's on whim of one of the managers / owners that they are at this property, but ideally they shouldn't be there because of how sad and frustrated they looked. Even my small daughter asked me why are they not with their parents, and she had to convince herself that the parents are out looking for the food and that's why the pair looks so sad. Overall it was quite heartbreaking to see an otherwise well run hotel doing this.

It was very quiet and the room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff was professional, polite and kind. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast that was included was also exceptional. I also loved the sauna.

I wish the water in the spa's hot tub and thermal pool was warmer. it really wasn't warm enough to relax in for long and the hot tub only had some jets working as did the larger thermal pool. The outdoor swimming pool was very cold, and full if noisy kids. That said, I really still enjoyed the spa, just not as much as other spa hotels in Budapest. I think they could do better. The room and staff were fabulous though so I might give it another shot in the future.

I choose this hotel for the facilities: pool and the outdoor area. The outdoor area is huge and very nice for a walk or just relaxing outside. Many things to do for kids or adults. The breakfast has a lot of options, and we loved it. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable.

The outdoor pool is positioned in the shadow and the the water was cold. The water was cold in July 22nd, when outside were 30 degrees. Nobody was in the pool... such a waste. They do have a small indoor pool, BUT the chlorine was so dense in the air there, that we couldn't stay inside more than 2-3 min. So the main purpose why we (as a family) choose this property was for the pools, but we couldn't use any of them. The hotel is quite remote, not much around to do or see. I will not go to this hotel in the future.

We loved our stay here very much and regret that we had booked just 1 night. The hotel is very comfortable, child friendly, the staff friendly, the facilities great. We appreciate very much that in the restaurant is a play area for kids and a table reserved just for families with little children. We took our breakfast (that was awesome) in a very pleasant and relaxed way. The pool and sauna were one of our favorites. We had no time to visit the garden and the playground, but we are sure that are great. We had a parking place for our car. The hotel is situated in a beautiful green area, very quiet and perfect for relaxation. We traveled with 2 small kids (3 years-old and 1 years-old) and the room was big enough for us all to stay comfortable.

One of the sink doesn't work properly. This wasn't something important to us, but for other might be.

- our room was only partially cleaned. Behing the couch and bed was plenty of dust available - also our sock were quite dirty just by walking inside the room - i would have expected for such an hotel to provide the "cheap white" room shoes - as the hotel had spa, you could feel up to the coridors as well in the front entrance / lobby, the smell from the pool water
