Great location overlooking the racecourse. Comfortable room, although quite small and a bit cramped. An armchair in the room would have been a nice addition, but then, it would need space which the room didn't have. Three restaurants serving a variety of cuisine. Chef Ajit was outstanding and went out of his way to assist at breakfast. The breakfast itself, is to die for. A very extensive spread of everything from cereal, oats, pancakes and bagels to idlis, vadas and stuffed parathas. I haven't breakfasted like that since I was a kid. The staff throughout the hotel were exemplary. Warm, hospitable, friendly, ever ready to serve and assist. Unfortunately, all good things come to an end and we sadly departed after three wonderful days. Thank you, Holiday Inn.

Room size, cramped. Lack of English language programming on TV. No bedside alarm clock, nor any music.

Amazing lavish breakfast spread with live counters for freshly brewed chai, sweet pancakes, bacon, omelets, dosas, etc. Breakfast spread and baked things like croissant, pain au chocolat, spinach danish, etc were amazing ! Room was on the smaller size but super cozy queen size bed and comfortable chair to sit and watch TV and chill. TV had good English Hindi channels. Shampoo, body wash, towels, all were provided. Iron was helpful. Amazing view of the racecourse even from their Deluxe category room. Helpful staff, not always smiling but were always genuine and proactive in helping to the point they’ll not even allow me to serve my own coffee, they always stepped forward to serve. very professional and genuine staff.

Amazing staff,so caring and understanding. Exceptional guest service by the chefs kitchen staff and Tahseen, the duty manager. Outstanding supervisor who is on the ground to assist his staff and the guests. Felt like we are at home. He even arranged for last minute airport drop off when our transport didn't turn up. Thankful to driver Chandra as well for tjhe safe ride to the airport. Vinaka Tahseen and team. Keep shining

Room cleanliness requires some uplift

The Hotel is located at the heart of the city center. Plenty of old eateries. The front office Reception staff and duty manager were helpful . The breakfast menu had a good choice of spread to choose from.

The room size was small compared to other 5 star hotels. The Hotel phone number is mostly busy, very hard to get hold of someone to answer your phone call.

The view to the racecourse is very special. The breakfast is INDIAN food style. No ham. No beef. Just Chicken sausages. Breads & rolls. Lots of vegetarian food , All kinds of rice foods. Every thing is INDIAN style herbs, some spicy some hot. I ordered every day (stayed 4 days) a 2 eggs omlet with vegetables & cheese & it was amazing. Good coffee . Very Good service. Interesting Sweets. All kinds of. Very Good value for money.

Located close to the racecourse, this hotel offers peaceful nights and a very nice panoramic view on all Bangalore city. Located close to the main axis of the city, you can easily access the old town through taxi route. There is a great variety of dishes in the breakfast buffet, for all tastes! Indian specialities and European, fresh food to start the day. The staffs are kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of your stay, at anytime. This hotel is a great value for money, to secure a good stay.

Behaviour of attending staff especially Mr. Tanmay is very good, courteous & receptive.

I didn't like veg (subji except Palak dal). Would like to suggest: 1. Pls have North Indian chef to cook veg food ( specially subjis). Roti/Nan/chapati preparation is superb. 2. Pls keep veg & non veg counters separate. I have visited your hotel more than 20 times using your board meeting room & also stayed on some days. On two occasions I inadvertently took non veg for which my conscious does not allow.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offered various options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was particularly convenient, especially in relation to the airport.

I booked Superior Queen Room but i was given Standard Twin Bed Room with an option to change it day after depending on availability.

The room facilities were good. Amazing breakfast spread & wonderful service. The other restaurants & bar were also quite good. Nice view of the Race course.

The hotel is in a location where there are too many outstation buses plying so always crowded - difficult to walk around.

RACE COURSE LOCATION WAS SUPERB ... MY CHILDREN ENJOYED WATCHING THE HORSE RACES FOR THE FIRST TIME FROM THE COMFORT OF THEIR ROOMS... AND WAS IMPRESSESED BY THE RECEPTION STAFF WHO DID OUR CHECK IN AND FACILITATED CHECK OUT (MS. RADHIKA; I AM NOT SURE OF NAME)
