Breakfast was phenomenal. Different options were available for breakfast. Hospitality is world-class. Housekeeping is good. The staff (Duty Manager, Rumpa, Gayatri, Aadhil, Security) at the front desk and servers in the food court are very nice/helpful people. Wifi is good. A concierge is available.

Waffles and pancakes can be better :). The swimming pool is not warm for morning or evening dips. Not designed for long stays or someone who is not in IT (Business hotel). I stayed for 10 days and laundry became a challenge as it was not included + expensive. Certain policies like heating guest's leftover food from outside) don't exist. stricter policies than the HR policies in corporate lol.

An efficient business hotel....not very high on luxury....but well located and generally very efficient. Check-in and check-out were a breeze (they had an express check-out for me). Breakfast was exceptionally good! Staff was very friendly....all of them. Did not use the gym....but I am told it is open 24 hours.

The road outside is a major pain point. Getting in and out of the hotel takes time especially if you have to go ahead and do a U-turn. The wi-fi needs to be reconnected every few minutes/hours....and its a cumbersome sms-OTP based logging in which is painful.

The staff were very helpful and are willing to fix any concern you have immediately, the location is great if this is a working trip, 5min walk to EcoSpace business parks, they had a great car service too.

The breakfast buffet wasn't great for me, there could have been a better selection, and it was quite pricey for what it was. The rooms were on the smaller side, not bad but for a 5star hotel i would have liked them to be a little bigger

Swift check in and Checkout, play area for the kids was good. Food was great, Dinning staff Durga was constantly taken care during dinning , thanks Durga the service you provided exceeded all our expectations. My kid enjoyed a lot with the touchscreen play area offered by the hotel. There was an indoor swimming pool, within the hotel. Our meals were all handled by the hotel staff, and the food served was plated with such elegance, and tasted delicious. The staff was very considerate, and courteous to all our requests. My wife has already decided that we will be booking your hotel for our next vacation as well.

Excellent breakfast - they have it all. The staff is also very helpful and polite. The pool area was also very nice with a lovely area with small water fountains - ideal to relax in! They have a nice spa too.

On a service road so with road construction going on, its a bit of a deal to find the access to the hotel first time! Other than that, excellent!

Great room and tasty indian breakfast. The continental breakfast is ok. Staff was very hospitable and solved any issues we had quickly. We traveled with two cats, and we also choose Novotel particularly because they allow pets.

The location is a bit strange but ok.

- All staff are professional, nice, and helpful. - The breakfast was good with authentic indian food and other varieties. - I had nice dinner with Srilanka buffet theme. Special thanks to Shubham, Vijay, and Sanjana in the reciption; and Subir in the restaurant.

Over all it was ok, and gym was very small but i would like to special thanks to the fitness Trainer Mr. Razal he was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable really appreciate his support during my stay, please pass my word of thanks to Mr. Razal and Novotel Team. Thank you

Rooms were neat and clean. Room service staff and front office staff were professional and courteous.

The restaurant staff were inattentive. I requested service at the table for my elderly mother in law and we didn't get that despite the staff saying "certainly ma'am". The staff (at least 3 people) were preoccupied in providing service / taking feedback / taking orders from a healthy "young" couple who were there for breakfast buffet. Fussing over perfectly healthy people and ignoring requests from a family (tired after a long trip) for an elderly person is outright unprofessional and appeared biased (God knows on what basis was the bias for). We finished our breakfast, served food to my elderly MIL ourselves and went back to our rooms but the staff didn't make an appearance till the end
