The view from our lakefront room was spectacular. Our room had a balcony, plunge pool and small fenced yard. Sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee, watching the sun rising, the fishermen collecting their catch from the 'Chinese fishing nets', the small boats passing by, and the birds flying past over the lake, was magical.

Location -- it's fine if you're there to see the lake but otherwise there aren't a lot of tourist sites nearby and only the local villages and temples within walking distance.

Good resort overlooking the backwaters. It's a perfect spot for watching the sunrise. The staff were very accommodating when we had a change of plans and decided to leave Alleypey a day earlier. They returned 1 night worth of the booking cost back to us. The pool is perfect size too, and is a bit like an infinity pool with the backwaters behind it

The backwater resort offers an exceptional escape with breathtaking sunrise views. The rooms provide stunning vistas of the serene backwaters, room service and food was excellent. Highlights was the rejuvenating Ayurvedic spa sessions. Overall, the resort seamlessly blends comfort with nature, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation.

Breakfast was good. The spread was less but the items available were good. The location was excellent. Room service was great. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. The property is small but well maintained. The private plunge pool was great. Views from the room are also very good. Staff are cheerful and courteous. Would love to visit again.

The resort in itself was extremely pretty. The view that we got of the backwaters and the lawns and the pool is quite breathtaking and picturesque. In room dining was pretty cheap I would say for the quantity served.

Breakfast was decent. One day we had buffet. It was a really standard buffet, with basic things like tea coffee, nothing else. Other day was A la carte which was much better. The rooms were also not very ambient and seemed a little old. We were given upstairs rooms, which was alright for the views, but not so good for my elderly parents.

There is smell in bathroom 101which needs fixing Canal under restaurant needs to be cleaned The place and villas would love some good refurbishing.

The overall ambiance of the hotel is so beautiful. It is facing the backwaters and the view is so beautiful. Overall the property is well maintained and the staff are very friendly. The food quality is also good for the indian guests.

There are mosquitos outside and the accessibility is not great.

Good resort at back water area , easy boat accessible to vembanad lake . This resort is close by pathiramanal island, spacious room and clean swimming pool too....

Nice lake view at morning time... The only thing is the property is small but it's not an big issue...

Great location. Great view. Great rooms and facilities. Great staff. Great value for money. Considering the service, the location and the facilities provided, what we paid gave us great value for money.

The complimentary breakfast could have been a bit better, but considering the pricing of the rooms, I wouldn't really put that down as a negative but just something to improve upon.
