The staff were exceptional. We came with our little boy (1.5yrs) and he loved every moment, we couldn't stop him exploring. From the beach (very clean and maintained), the swimming pool, the butterfly garden, the vegetable garden, the activity hall, the electric buggy, the kids playground and more he was kept busy and happy throughout. We would definitely come back.

We had only one dislike, which is endemic in the hotel industry in general. All water comes in 1 litre plastic bottles, which results in a lot of waste. We would prefer if there were water refills from a water filtration machine(reverse osmosis - UV) and reusable bottles provided with the room.

Overall the relaxing oasis we were looking for. After a trip through North-India we came here to find some rest and relax. The whole property is amazingly well kept. They even have a butterfly-garden. Rooms are large with good AC. The restaurant serves both buffet and a la carte options. The in-house spa offers a wide variety of Ayurveda treatments - we enjoyed massages and think price/value here is a great deal. At last we want to thank the hotel staff, who are both friendly and very professional. Their attention to detail is just outstanding!

The location was incredible, right next to the beach, which was basically empty. The whole hotel seems almost empty although it was pretty much full. It seems that, as the villas are spread out over a large area, there is a lot of privacy. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Finally, the massage treatments were wonderful and reasonably priced.

There was nothing really negative. I would just suggest to install a safe in the rooms and maybe have a pool table in the activity room. It has plenty of space for it and it would be a nice add on for guests staying over a longer period.

The ABAD Turtle beach resort located at the Mararikulam beach, is a value for money getaway option for those looking to rejuvenate and break away from the monotony of their busy stressful life. Our two day stay was filled with beautiful memories that will be cherished for life. The resort’s architecture and design is all one with nature. The private secluded beach was yet another add on to this serene meditative experience. The menu is a a mix of continental and Kerala delicacies and has optimal options to choose from. We had 7 meals ( including breakfast) and not even once we had anything to complain about. It was very delicious and sumptuous. The most important feature of this place was the service. The staff was friendly, courteous and always available on call. They offered us free upgrade to the pool villa, that further enhanced our experience . I would love to visit here again and definitely recommend to those planning a vacation at Allepy.

Green tropical feel to the whole resort. Tranquil and quiet. Warm and lovely. Good food in the restaurant. Buffet in the morning and some evenings. A la carte in the afternoon. Staff are very pleasant and go beyond their call of duty. Shamir in the restaurant and Rasheed in the reception were very accommodating and helpful. The chef made some special dishes with Cassava and fish (Kappa and Meen in Malayalam). We had a disabled passenger in a wheelchair. We stayed in an accessible room. There were ramps to the room, restaurant and reception. The toilet was accessible and had a roll in shower. The spa offered Ayurveda treatment with a Doctor available for consultations.

There could be a ramp to the swimming pool. They could get a licence to sell alcohol.

Dear Abad Turtle Beach, thank you for making our stay memorable. You will remain in our hearts. The days in your resort were really a bliss for us. The resort is really wonderful and peaceful, very good location on the beach, it is clean and very well maintained. The rooms are very nice decorated in Kerala style and I have also loved the bathroom with a plant growing inside. Inside the resort, all the time, there are people who are doings thing to maintain the cleanliness and all the vegetation to be green. Also, all the team is really nice and make you feel spoiled. The food is very good and fresh, we have enjoyed sea foods, fish and some other goodies from the area. Very tasty and all the team from the restaurant has treated us very nice. Thank you, Guys! Also, the team from the Reception has helped us to arrange a trip to Kochi and to Munnar and we have traveled with a very kind and super good driver, AlanSojan. Thank you, Sir for your services! The only think that I could mention is that the rooms would need, in some places, certain adjustments, but there is nothing to disturb your stay.

We loved Turtle Beach Resort for many reasons, but top of the list were the staff who made our stay extra special and memorable. The resort has everything you need, comfortable air conditioned rooms, a lovely restaurant with delicious food, nice pool area, an Ayurvedic Spa, lovely peaceful and green surroundings, direct access to the beach and a herd of cattle!

The resort is fairly isolated with not much around it, so if you fancy dinner somewhere else it’s a 20 minute taxi ride. It would be nice to have more sun-beds and shade around the pool and access to refreshments on the beach.

It’s a great place for a relaxing stay. Hawaiian style welcome and Private beach are the highlights. There is lifeguard and so you can dread into water. After the beach activity as you enter the property there are showers installed and so you can clean yourself and go to your room. Rooms are like villas built like old traditional houses in kerala, that’s cool. Service, their evening tea and snacks, dinner and breakfast was awesome

Wish there were more activities like fishing boating etc but this is a different vibe and experience.

Abad turtle beach property is a sprawling resort with lush greenery all around. The cottages are spacious and easily accommodate 3 people. The staff is courteous and always to help, especially Vinith from reception team. The resort is a great option for families to stay and looking for a peaceful getaway.

the contact with nature is wonderful and the Ayurvedic treatments are superlative. professional and always available staff. very clean facility, very good quality food. I especially thank the reception manager for recommending places to visit which I really appreciated.
