The view was spectacular; unfortunately the water fall was mostly dry during our stay. I imagine the place is even more unbelievable in the rainy season or winter. The food was ok but not more than that. I would say cut the multi-cuisine format and specialize in Kerala food; offer a simpler international set of dishes for room service, like pizza, green salads (without mayonnaise!), fish sandwiches, fish and chips, grilled/fried chicken, and so on. The staff were for the most part amazing, though housekeeping seemed to struggle keeping up with all the rooms. You could probably reduce the managerial staff who didn't seem to be on the top of their game and increase number of restaurant and cleaning staff.

I would’ve rate this property 10 but for the food. I’ll talk about that later. The positives outweigh the not so goods. The location is wonderful. The best view of the Attukad falls from anywhere in Munnar. The view from our room was breathtaking. The staff was super responsive and positive all the time. The rooms and facilities were clean and upto the mark. Overall a very positive experience. Will definitely recommend it to friends.

The only thing if any not so good was the food. When I say this it’s with a word of caution… we are avid foodies. And may be our standards and expectations are high. But we did experience a few meals that were super simple to be not so great. We did give feedback to the chef who was very receptive, but I guess this is like you get it right the first time or your don’t. When you are hungry and something mediocre arrives on your table you tend to eat it, but we do share feedback if asked for. The location is such that we would not want to to venture out in the night so dinners had to be here, and we were quite disappointed with the taste and flavours thru our stay… breakfast and dinner. Scope to improve.

The hotel's location was excellent. We were warmly welcomed and received the rooms we had booked. The hospitality was outstanding, and the reception team was exceptionally friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, and the chef was accommodating. However, I was displeased to see a group of guests eating breakfast with their hands from the serving bowls, creating a significant disturbance. This issue was due to the guests' behavior rather than the hotel's service. I suggest adding Arabic dishes to the breakfast menu, considering the number of Arab guests or those expected. The reception team also helped us celebrate my brother's birthday by arranging a cake and offering chocolates as a welcome gesture. We were warmly bid farewell at the door upon our departure. However, I noticed an additional 80 dirhams were charged before our arrival without any explanation.

Everything! Incredible location, being able to look out across the hills and even a waterfall from the terrace restaurant and the infinitely pool was awesome. Food was wonderful, huge range of local and international cuisine for all tastes and all cooked to order beautifully. staff were brilliant too, helping organise a jeep safari last minute to take us to see wild elephants, tiger cave and other local attractions.

It was a pity it’s an alcohol free hotel - not sure if that’s a local legislation thing or choice of the hotel, but a beer on the terrace would’ve been nice. That said, plenty of other drinks options and was nice to detox a bit.

wow what a property. Let me tell you all in advance(in case you are reading my comment) once you stay here you will not like to stay any resort which is lesser in quality than this one. This is an excellent place in Munnar to enjoy the nature, relax at the resort. We almost just stayed and relaxed here as there is so much to do right from yoga classes to swimming to nature walks to cooking demo, live music and evening yea. you have lots to do here. The view from the resort rooms and infinity pool is to die for with a gushing waterfall right beside the property. You also get to see tea gardens. This is a must stay place for everyone. To add to it the hospitality is excellent and all the staff are really good. The food here is very good with so many food items for buffet breakfast.

The villas themselves were exceptional! Well appointed most all the conveniences, nice balcony. The infinity pool was very nice chemical balance in the water was perfect.

Having stayed at blanket in Munar all I can say is the access road needs substantial improvement. The location is in the middle of nowhere and the view is just OK. You’re in the jungle as far as the food goes. There is nothing nearby as an alternative the breakfast buffet was decent. The chef made it a bit nicer by cooking French toast made to order, they also figured out how to make good old-fashioned American hamburgers, which was stunning! On the other hand, the fish was frozen. The beef dish was hamburger. It really did leave something to be desired.

The best thing about this property is its location... Although whole of Munnar is scenic.. The location of this property i felt was best.. I did look around... Attakad waterfall visible from our room and the lush greenvalley with stream from dining area are best Room itself is comfortable . but the fotos displayed here on booking. Com do not match the ambience.. It was a bit dull Food was very good... While staff and service during buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent and spread of food was wide.. Ala carte service was not upto the mark... Staff seemed a bit confused and lost Overall it was a memorable stay

Many have said it but all the staff were truly exceptional in every way. The location and view from the hotel is breath taking on the edge of the hillside, peaceful, right next to the water fall (although it was not in full flow at this time of year), just stunning. Hotel is modern very clean and comfortable, lovely terrace, small but stylish infinity pool that’s heated as well. Extremely relaxing environment. Food was all delicious and great value. Again, stand out feature was the staff all beyond exceptional in their service.

Nothing really. Any small personal preference issues were dealt with immediately and our satisfaction was top of the list.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this hotel with our extended family. We had 4 King rooms with balcony - that had great , breathtaking views - which really made the room and our stay very unique and special. The room was comfortable as well and we enjoyed the pool , the spa, and used the gym n games room regularly. We also liked the nature walk organized by the hotel as well as the yoga session. The fire dance was super entertaining ! The best part of the hotel are probably the staff, who are very kind , polite and always there to help. Great hospitality, beautiful location and great amenities make this a perfect hotel for a nice getaway!

Nothing in particular but one should note that the road that leads up to the hotel in the last stretch can be a bit of challenge to drive, esp if weather is bad ( not really the hotel's fault- it's munnar and I suspect that might be the case with most good hotels that are built in such beautiful settings) - but because we came in a large vehicle and it seemed "risky" to get out through this road after dark so we spent our evenings and dinners at the hotel itself - so just a point for other families or travellers to take note.

Amazing views from hotel room and the breakfast n pool deck. The hotel is located right beside a waterfall and deep ravine so you see variety of panoramic views and woken up by birdsong. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we liked the additional activities that the hotel planned eg cooking demo, nature walk and even the lovely cardamom welcome gift! We loved it here and couldn't bear to leave!
