The view of the tea plantation was exceptional. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good, with tons of variety. The room was very comfortable. Room service was also good outside of the dining room hours. I also appreciated that they printed our boarding pass for us.

The breakfast and dinner hours were too short for the number of guests, so the dining room was always over crowded, with too few tables. I would have preferred an earlier breakfast and an earlier dinner option. We arrived with all of our plans made and weren’t interested in any extra activities. It felt like the staff wouldn’t take “no, thank you,” for an answer and kept trying to sell us extras. The checkout process took far too long for the bill to be tallied, the room checked and the bags to be brought down.

Wish we stayed longer, definitely top spot in our tour. Natural location. Good activities short thrilling jeep safari, rope walking. Excellent breakfast.

Should be notice on balcony 'beware of monkeys" we left the door open they knicked our biscuits and crisps for a party on the balcony 😉. Use of small plastic bottles.

The property was maintained very well. All the staffs and the management was so courteous, friendly, and very helpful with everything. The food was very excellent. Also, as we got a free upgrade to Club suite room, the overall stay was exceptional… We recommend his resort for everyone with best value for money!

The floors were little confusing to use the lift or stairs.

The natural surroundings were just superb, we encountered some issues on the 1st day while presidential suite was not really up to the standards. This has been rectified very satisfactory!

Cleanliness in corredors of the hotel, not enough attention to small details! I am in the hospitality industry so obviously I am a bit more demanding!

room was clean, spacious. it would be better to keep two rooms closer to each other since the booking was made in advance. this booking was made with proper age information of kids and family. So the room should have prepared and assigned accordingly. However, overall experience with the room and hotel was great.

we loved everything except the room allocation was bit far. it would have been better next to each other.

It was wonderful experience with PARAKKAT. The staffs are well mannered and best at service. The rooms have amazing views of nature and beauty. This will remain a memorable journey for us. Thank you PARAKKAT

Good hospitality, all the staff working were polite and very supportive. Front desk, Restaurant, Trip organizer all the staff were kind with guest. Overall, stay was pleasant and worthy.

Cleanliness shall be improved a bit in rooms.

Location, food, service. 1.Couple of days we spend on deluxe room but on 3 day they upgraded us to premium room with great view. 2. You can't complain about the breakfast, it was humungous options not continental but they offer most no. Of item but the dinner menu was limited but still enough to make you full. 3. Hospitality was top notch. I definitely recommend this resorts.

Probably nothing, as there were construction going on so apart from the noise I didn't find anything to dislike

Breakfast and Dinner are generous. Staff are very friendly. Hotel has a wonderful view and is very clean.

Rooms can become hot and the fans can be quite noisy. It's worth paying for the air-conditioned rooms. They need to add English tv channels for international travelers.

Washbasin had only cold water, should have an option of cold or hot. For dinner packages need different menu everyday. Starters & desserts were almost same everyday.
